They installed…read morea used item that has dent... plus they installed it wrong and water leaks turning of the igniter. they left an insulation in the compartment which blocked the airway therefore shutting of the furnece - incompetent company. when we called them, it was extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone and they needed to be paid $175 for what they call a trip fee that wont even be accounted towards the service. SAVE your money - do not use this worst company.

We called ProHeating a year later to service both and were quoted $89 each for the service call that included flushing the water heater by Cynthia. I specifically asked about the flushing because several sources state it's important and we've never owned one like this before. Two technicians showed up on time and proceeded to do the service and after about 45 minutes came to let us know they were done. When we asked why the water heater had not been flushed they just looked at each other and said nobody told them to do it. They called the office and Cynthia made another appointment to get it done and didn't charge us for the initial $89 for the water heater service. Then a couple days later she texted and said their flushing equipment was down so the appointment is cancelled and she would let us know when we could reschedule. Forward one month and the trouble code comes on the water heater so we call them back. Cynthia says their flushing equipment technician must have forgotten to reset the water heater after he serviced it so she'll send him out in Monday to do that. She also tells us that the pump needed to do the flushing is still on back order so they still can't perform that service. We'll it's Monday now and Bianca called and said their flushing equipment technician won't be coming out today. He's unavailable for the next few months. That's all, no solution for the trouble code or offer to help. They installed an appliance they can't and won't service. They have the poorest customer service I can imagine. That's when I stopped and calmly interrupted him and said "Hey, this isn't going to go well. I've been on the phone for 30-seconds and you've prepped me for a new unit. I know I might be skeptical, but ... " aaaaand he interrupted and went on a rant telling me that yes I was overly-skeptical (he might be right) and how long he's been doing this and how he knows what's going on with my unit because of his experienced, he raved about how great their reviews are on their website, how they help people when nobody else does, how they help little old ladies and poor people who can't afford service, how they stay open when other companies are closed and don't wanna help." -- In so many words, "they're the good guys!" I offered to share with him why his lead-in had sent up red flags and he continued to tell me why they were the good guys and I was irrational. When he finally finished letting me know that my perception was invalid... I shared with him that consumers are on-guard with repair people because we don't have ongoing relationships and we've all heard of or experienced horror stories ... he dismissed my concerns and told me I was an exception (less than1% of calls ) everyone else just trusts them. This didn't increase my level of trust and I said we'll just go our separate ways. I was definitely the calm one on the phone, though he never got rude (other than talking over me and repeating loudly how great their company was and how unbelievable it was for me to have any doubt at all because read my reviews)... he let me know several times that their company stays busy with all of their other customers! I then read a few more reviews and found others had similar negative experiences on the phone and several had the type of service visit I felt I was being set-up to experience. Happy for you if you had a better experience with them... I couldn't get past the arrogance and dismissiveness of the sales guy priming me for the big ticket.

I used to like this company and their technicians. What has changed?…read more Efficiency installed a new Bryant Air conditioner three years ago and it is still under warranty. The air conditioner does not work and cool the house consistently. It is frequently taking rest breaks. Efficiency has been to the house with their regular techs, co worker techs, managers, and even Bryant reps. I have been charged about $3000 for warranty repairs and I still have an air conditioner that works only when it wants to. They hooked up sensors to see if they could find a problem but the app quit and they tell me now that the sensors they put on may have caused a leak. Sounds like good work guys. I am sure there are better companies out there. Go find them.

Our neighbor recommended calling 72 degrees. They sent someone out at 8AM the next morning. The furnace failed again later that evening. Jason was sent out on Sunday and again on Monday with a new part. He was very professional and knowlegable. He spent over 4 hours taking everything apart and cleaning it. We now have heat!
