Charged me $30 to tell me they couldn't align it? No work was done to it. I told him that I would come back and pay full price for the alignment once I got the problem fixed but he didn't care. This is my second time doing business with this shop and by far the worst experience. I had received two new tires and an alignment. The following day I could no longer reverse, I tried calling the shop explaining the situation and simply got told " it has nothing to do with us." My dad ended up taking it to them in which they had admitted to him. " someone had touched these brakes , two screws are missing , but we can change it for you for 35 each , no problem ." I had no issues with this car prior to me taking into this shop. The first time I took my car to change their tires , the person changing my tires informed me that my brakes will need to be change soon. How they didn't know the second time when they change my tires or how weren't they aware of it when they did the alignment, considering they were aware I was missing a bolt in my driver's side. Of course they are saying it wasn't them , but they stupidity admitted someone had messed with my brakes . It's too much of a coincidence that I took my car in , with no problems and had recently even changed my brakes about a month ago. So I'm still unaware of how conveniently " someone definitely messed with these brakes " as they said. It's extremely frustrating how of course they aren't taking accountability, it's one thing to do a bad alignment but to mess with someone's brakes to just get more money out of them is extremely disgusting. read more

Needed to fix a leaky tire on a Sunday. After calling pepboys and being told to come in ASAP and that I would have to drop my car off and leave it there til the end of the day... I called community to see if they could fix it quicker so I can run the rest of my Sunday errands. Harry was pleasant and calm on the phone (stark difference from the curt and harried Christopher at PepBoys) so I chose to go to Community, even if I had to wait. When I pulled up, I started looking for a place to park and saw all the fellows near the garage motioning for me to pull into the bay. They started work immediately and my tire was removed within one minute of arriving. The nail in my tire was super small so it was a challenge to remove so I was in and out of there in 21 minutes (I think it would've been waaay quicker if not for the tiny stubborn nail). Super nice super efficient and it was a $20 repair out the door. Definitely coming here from now on and recommending it to everyone I know. read more

I'm here again this time is to get an alignment witch I had already gotten before but they recommended me to get cam bolt on rear switched witch I was told would cost me 560 bucks couldn't afford it at that moment so I'm here now and they just told me 700 bucks. Understandable I guess but real reason I'm writing this is because I've gotten my brake pda and rotors changed back in May and since I've gotten them done I hear squeaking coming from back wheels when I brought back in to check asked me to come back a different day but I insisted and when we drove the car he didn't hear any squeaking so gave me a whole story on how the car drives and stops great but when I'm come to stop sign or in a drive through I myself and other cans hear it very clearly. Yes they told me they offer warranty but I consider time being one of our most valuable assets and to have to come back and forth to other side of town to continue to fork out more cash becomes an inconvenience. I've came to this tire shop multiple times due to a family recommendation always had good customer service by K, Roberto, and the other young man that's there but today was a disappointment. Not sure if its the owner or his just the manager that assisted me ( middle eastern guy) but I felt like I was being robbed open eyed !! I brought in MY OWN new tires today just to get them replaced I didn't think much of the price due to the guys always having good prices there, once everything was all set & done they told me it was 70$ for replacing my OWN TIRES THAT I TOOK.... I told Roberto that was a mistake I brought my own tires he said oh let me ask the manager. Manager said it's 40$ to replace them 20$ a tire!!!
