Unfortunately I don't have pictures of the delicious snacks we got. They not only have con azúcar but also la michoacana. We got a combination of coffee, pan dulce, agua de pepino, nieve & paletas. Everyone was satisfied with their unique choices. The service was great. Staff is nice & friendly. The walls are covered in nice murals. They even have a tiny indoor playground for the kiddos. Great for families!

Service was good but we expected way more from the matcha. We ordered a duvalin matcha latte and banana matcha latte and they both tasted more like milk than matcha. We also could not distinguish which drink was which because they both looked the same. They did not look like how they were advertised :(

My boyfriend and I came here to give it a try since we always see it pop on up on social media. The worker was super nice and since it was our first time here she gave us some recommendations. My boyfriend got the duvalin latte and I got the horchata latte. Both were so good and the inside is very cute, perfect for pictures.

This is the cutest coffee shop ever! The food and Conchas are delicious! The customer service was great! Leading brand coffee you have competition for sure! I love all the Frida Khalo artwork. This is a must visit!

I had visited their other location in downtown SJ (check out the Yelp review for that) but when I heard that Con Azucar Cafe was in the Placita Tropicana inside La Michoacana Plus, I needed to come here and check it out for myself. I also wrote a Yelp review for La Michoacana Plus and I talked about the vibrancy and the wonderful use of colors. Con Azucar Cafe blends right in to the aesthetics without an issue, while also bringing their own distinct trademark that their locations are known for. I had a birthday reward that I needed to use before it expired. I showed the barista the email and she stated that she was not super familiar with the reward since she doesnt see them too often. She was figuring out how to input it on her end on the registrar, but she was really nice. I came in super early, on a weekday, so there was no one else there, but it was perfect since it gave me the chance to look around and take pictures. I love Horchata Lattes and they are hard to find, so of course that's what I ordered. I always say I am going to try other coffee selections and then I don't, lol, one of these days. The seating area is cute, lots of murals, colors, so many opportunities to take those Instagram worthy pictures. Ample parking. Its still quite a drive for coffee, so I cant come here daily, but for sure anytime I am in the area I will make a stop. It makes me so happy to see Con Azucar Cafe thriving and having more locations.......come to Fremont, please :)

I asked for an horchata latte and the lady gave me a cup full of cinnamon with agua de horchata and called it a day. Where the coffee at?

Great food and atmosphere, but the service was quite poor. Hopefully they improve it, because the place has a lot of potential....

Temperatures were just under 90 degrees Fahrenheit outside. The air conditioning was great in here, not freezing cold but cool enough to be comfortable. There were a few other tables of people with their laptops out, and I was excited to see that they have expanded since my last visit and added more seating for customers. The lotus milk tea is still one of my favorites in the whole city. We sat at a table so there was no outlet, but I can't remember if there were outlets along the walls for the booth seating. The WiFi worked well and if there was background music it was not being blasted loudly. I would definitely keep this spot top of mind if I needed a reliable spot to work remote again, especially since there is now more seating than there used to be. Looking forward to coming by again soon!

(On a funny note: I did not know that they were going to open another location in Fremont, so I'm definitely attending their grand opening when they DO open in Fremont. Fingers crossed that I will be able to attend their grand opening. While I like the cherry blossom concept behind it, it left me rather disappointed when it came to the service and making of the drinks. While the coffee shop felt spacious and more than enough space to accommodate everybody, it just felt rushed throughout the whole time I was there. Their drinks were another dimension. I got their EGGspresso Hanoi, which surprisingly, was not bad at all. I loved how consistent the egg batter was, and the consistency of the coffee was quite equal. I will be back to try their other drinks, and hoping that their customer service could improve just a little bit more. I know they have the potential, but being more courteous goes a very long way compared to being bland in attitude, obviously.

The whole vibe of the place is relaxed and like a European cafe. The coffee even tasted like European espresso. It was perfect. I ordered the linguica sandwich with tomatoes and onions and let me tell you, extremely well balanced sandwich. A little acid from the juicy tomato (not watery) salt and spices from the linguica, butter, and a light fluffy but crispy roll was amazing. He delivered the food to our table one by one and I wouldn't say he was hustling but was working effectively while chatting with what seemed to be regular customers. Extremely friendly and relaxed. I think that it's nice that it's a "pay when you're ready" kind of place rather than a "pay upfront". It adds a lot to the laid back atmosphere. If we are in the area, we'll 100% come back as there's not many places that have the European cafe vibe in the Bay Area.

There are so many yummy drinks to choose from!! Coffee and Red Bull! So far I have tried the Cookie Butter Latte, Mazapan latte, Dulce de leche latte, Pumpkin spice latte, and the Red Bull Fresca con creme. My favorites are the cookie butter, pumpkin, and the Red Bull drink was so good!!! The pumpkin latte might be the best pumpkin drink I've had all season! I highly recommend that one before it goes away!!! Service is so sweet and friendly. It's a one man (woman) band so it may take a minute to make your drinks but it's definitely worth it!! I got the Mazapan latte and a Cookie Butter latte (I'm obsessed so I had to), and my husband went with the Coco Puffs latte after struggling to pick because there are so many choices. The wait wasn't bad we got there right before a rush which worked out perfectly. As for the drinks, my mazapan latte didn't have much flavor. Mazapan is subtle in general, so I kind of expected that, but I feel like it needed a little something extra to bring it out.. maybe caramel drizzle? The cookie butter latte was really good but definitely on the sweeter side I couldn't finish it, but if you love sweet coffee, you'll probably love it. My husband didn't love his drink because it didn't taste like it had much coffee in it more like flavored milk. I would come back, but I'd probably ask for less sweetness next time. Overall, fun spot with unique drinks just depends on your sweetness preference!

Meat was tender and juicy. What a combo! Would try the ribeye version next time. We ordered some desserts to close out our meal. First, we had the avocado cream. There was a bigger group behind us, and when one of the staff walked up they intercepted him/her in Vietnamese and was seated before us (although we were there first) . I said that's fine, maybe they have a bigger table, let's wait. So we sat on the side to wait. Then a family ( parents and 2 young kids) walked in.. a server walked up and again they spoke in Vietnamese and was seated RIGHT AWAY. We couldn't even catch the server's attention, they just walk past us. We decided to leave and take out hungry asses to another restaurant who acknowledged our non-Vietnamese speaking presence.
