They were more than happy to accommodate our modifications. We kept one as it came on the menu and ordered the second without cheese and substituted the red sauce. They make them all in house. I've never added vinegar to my meat before and I'm hooked. They have this Alabama white sauce that you have to ask for and that was done so well. All the sauces were tasty. I tried their sweet tea and I'm very particular about sweetness with drinks but I thoroughly enjoyed the balance in their tea. The seasonal treat is strawberry shortcake so I ordered that and there was so much balance in their flavor. I'm partial to strawberry shortcake because it was what I often shared with my late Grandpa. I was so impressed with how good this was and it definitely added nostalgia to the experience. The service here was phenomenal and the place has so much memorabilia honoring service members. Very open and welcoming space. Lots to take in, but not overwhelming.
