    I gave it since January this company never wanted to deal with there employee , my Rolex was stolen they claim he didn't do it not even sure if they questioned him, no one called me back this is the picture of him He didn't even fix the plumbing issue by the way I guess he snatched the watch and left. I gave them too long now I will be filing reports

    I had a really great experience with this Cool Blew. I highly recommend Edward Tatum he installed our toilet for us. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing. I tried installing it myself and was actually thinking he was going to have to do something that would have cost me more money. He's very honest and so is his company. He easily could've taken me for for money but he explained that installing another flange wasn't necessary.He didn't try to upsell me anything like I have had done to me at some of these other plumbing companies. They are my go to company. I highly recommend them.

    I'm reaching out to express my concern and disappointment regarding the service we've received over the past year. We purchased a new AC unit for our upstairs about two years ago; maybe 3. Initially, everything went smoothly--the unit worked well, online form submissions were acknowledged promptly, and phone support was courteous and helpful. However, the quality of service has noticeably declined. This is now the second time I've submitted an online service request and received no follow-up. When I mentioned it during a phone call, the representative had no record of the request and seemed unaware that it had even been submitted. Most recently, our thermostat displayed a message indicating a cooling issue, showing a setting of 74 but a room temperature of 77. Given what we were told during a service visit last year--that the new units may require regular freon maintenance--I assumed it was a straightforward fix and scheduled an appointment. However, the technician who came out today found nothing wrong. I wasn't home for the visit, and my husband relayed this update to me via text. I attempted to follow up directly with the technician to clarify, but my call and text went unanswered. I then contacted the office, explained the situation, and was told that a request would be submitted for another technician to follow up. The representative I spoke with seemed disengaged and repeatedly provided a response that did not address my question. Eventually, I was able to reach the original technician, who told me he didn't know why we were advised previously that the freon would need regular attention, as everything appeared to be functioning properly. I find this inconsistency and lack of communication extremely frustrating. Ironically, our 19-year-old unit is working perfectly, while the new one continues to raise concerns. Given this experience, I will not be using your company when it's time to replace the next unit. The decline in service is both disappointing and unacceptable. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as we initially had a very positive impression of your company and would have preferred to remain a loyal customer.

He broke down the cost of the system and how the rebates would work and made sure I got the best deal possible! I did the finance option and Paula in the office was amazing and helped walk us through the process of applying for financing and making sure we got all the things needed to pay for the cost of the solar and get the rebates. When we began the install process we ran into heavy unexpected rainfall and had to reschedule. Brandon was quick to help set up a new day for install and the team working on the install were amazing and friendly and did an excellent time! They came out installed the system and made sure to do touch ups after the install. We had an outlet installed on the roofline also and despite being put in the wrong location originally Brandon and the crew made sure to make it right and fix it free of charge. Honestly if you're looking for solar installers the Valley area Green Muscle Solar is the only company you should go with!!! They are beyond amazing and so great at what they do and knowledgeable. Andre and Paula were fast to respond and very communicative. I can't remember the name of the guy who was in charge of install, but he was awesome too. My system has been up and running for a while now and we couldn't be happier. Our APS bills are already way lower than last year and we haven't even hit summer yet. I actually think our system will pay for itself even faster than we thought. I highly recommend them if you're interested in solar!

    I'm going to give you a special insider tip from a customer who learned the hard way that you want…read moreto avoid this company. Did you know they can bring in installer team from Texas? And this group messed up out installion so a new team from Arizona had to come and fix it? Better yet we learned that the Texas crew has made mistakes before, so we weren't the first ones. Did you know that after the fixed install another guy came out from their place found another issue which he fixed? Where you aware that the battery pack they sell (we didnt want Musk) they clearly do not know that it requires a piece inserted to get Maricopa County inspector to sign off? Who knew. Not us and clearly not them. Don't worry they had the piece the second time the inspector came out. For the final inspection sign off it was an added cluster. Ignore the times they give you because they are just hypothetical. Let's see 9 to 12 pm doesn't mean 2.45 pm. Where did these times come from? The cable guy does a better job. Bonus - Did the company ever call us to apologize for their ineptitude? Nope. We had to reach out to get them to give us a small refund. Which was pulling teeth. Don't fret though they send the bill faster than they finish the project, and we totally understand the inspector time-frames which are beyond OWE control, but for a company who strives excellence I make a small recommendation. Don't ever bring in the Texas crew to anyone in the area. I ask on behalf of the customers you supposedly care about. In Maricopa County.

    I have used this company twice under my home warranty, One Guard. The first time was after another…read morecompany who scammed me out of a additional service call to replace a capacitor (which was bypassed on my system), and my blower motor went out 2 days later. I called a family friend to take a look, and he confirmed the capacitor didn't even need to be replaced. After getting my money back, and exposing them to One Guard, I demanded another company...and found Pro Solutions. They sent out a tech, confirmed the blower motor went out, and a week later, replaced it; we had to wait on the part. Now a few weeks ago I started to notice my system was running louder than usual, and the air wasn't as cold...so I called One Guard. They assigned me to another company and I demanded to be changed to Pro Solutions, as I had a good previous experience, and they were the last ones to work on my system. Upon the switch, I called and scheduled for the next day with Bill. He came out, tested the system, and verified that the blower motor was again failing, along with another part, and that the fan needed to be cleaned. The fan cleaning wasn't covered under warranty and cost $450, but the other parts and install were. I received a quote to replace the entire system automatically as Pro Solutions said they do that with any unit over 10 years old; I declined. They sent a tech a day or so later, but One Guard gave him the wrong part, so I had to wait another day (and get a hotel because the blower motor was out and making a loud noise) - listen to my video and if your system is EVER making this noise, shut it off before you cause more damage. The next day Bill was out, replaced the parts, cleaned my fan, and I was back in the saddle again! Overall, I trust Pro Solutions to take care of my issues, and appreciate the service they've provided to me over the years!
