Completely unreliable with 0 customer service…read more I stopped in a few weeks before the holidays to set up an appointment for front brake pad and rotor replacement. I scheduled the appointment for the day after Christmas. I told them I would drop the vehicle off on the 26th because I would be out of town and that I would return to pick it up on Jan 2nd. I confirmed that this was doable and that they would be open for the drop off and pick up. I get a call at 8am on the 26th asking if I was still bringing the vehicle in. I told them I would be dropping it off later in the morning and that we had discussed I would pick it up a week later. I brushed it as a misunderstanding, it happens. I arrive the morning of the 2nd to pick up the vehicle and the shop is closed. I peek in the windows, and someone spots me and comes out to talk. I am told that the work was never done and that I would need to reschedule. Brake pads and rotors for a single axle are a very straightforward job, and they could not even get that done over a 3.5 day period. Not even a phone call to tell me what the situation was. There are enough repair place in Maple Valley/Covington that you can avoid this one.

Based on recommendation from some guy at work we took it here. Next available appointment was 5 days out, but if we dropped it off and they had time...mayyyybe. NEXT DAY THEY CALLED. Power control module. I have no idea what the heck that is, but it was under $200 total and it fixed a variety of other issues "Old Faithful" had been exhibiting. Fast. Seemed honest. They FIXED THE CAR. And $200 was considerably cheaper than we've paid for everything else auto repair related.

The other business also screwed up on what they did and it was found when we took car in for repairs. A few years ago we had to move to Washington due being relocated due to work. I've had my SUV for 22 years, it's in good condition and runs well. On this model the vacuum hose can get knocked out of place easily which can cause air to blow on my feet constantly which drives me nuts. Usually I have had to take more time off work to go in and get this fixed because they did not listen to me when I explained about the hose during the initial drop off, but THEY listened and I got it back without any problems at all. They were also able to get me in the next week to fix those other items, one of which was a big repair. I never felt overcharged either as my services ended up being a little less than the estimate. I'm really happy that I found such a great place because even though my SUV is pretty old at this point, I really love it and want to keep it running as long as possible. I'm excited about getting all the new tech perks that come with a new vehicle, but this is my first vehicle that I bought for me, and I still love it and am not ready to let go just yet, and with this place, I know we're in good hands.
