First time ordering here and there are a kazillion options on the menu that peek my interest. I got the Buddha bowl - it was a little spinach heavy for my preference - but was easily the healthiest (and quite tasty!) quick meal(s) we have ever ordered from a restaurant. We rarely have time to cook and unfortunately ordering takeout is a regular occurrence for my family - it's just easiest. This hardly ever results in a "healthy" meal - unless we're ordering salads and even they can be loaded down with "unhealthy" ingredients. Will be ordering here when we're looking for a tasty and guiltless meal that doesn't require any effort from us!!

I love the food at CoreLife! The meal options they have here are a lot healthier than many other fast casual places in the area and they definitely have a lot more variety in the meal options. I would come here a lot more often if it wasn't for how expensive everything is. I love all of the different "healthy" drinks they have in the fountains (healthy is in quotes because they all have a good amount of sugar in them). I came here for my free birthday bowl via registering their rewards app, which is by far one of the best birthday deals for fast-casual restaurants. I also recommend ordering in person vs online. For some reason my online orders take so long but whenever I go in person there's rarely a line and I'm able to get my order in under a minute or two.

Doubling back, right before they close and service still 10, sandwich still a 10. The parm crisps are just so good. This is restaurant is becoming one of my favorites.

Stopped in to an old Yelp spot recently, and was glad I did. I think we attended an event at CoreLife Eatery a year, or maybe 2 years ago. We remember it was a great meal and had been meaning to get back there, but time just passed by too quickly. Walking in, the smells reminded us of the great meal awaiting us. We got to the counter and had to make some tough decision. I decided to go with a bowl and got the BBQ Ranch Chicken. Going down the line we had the option to customize with many fresh ingredients and sauces, but I left it the way it was on the menu. I'm glad I did, and I'm glad I picked what I did. This bowl was packed full of amazing flavors and was absolutely perfect. Great portion size and very satisfying, especially knowing this is probably a healthier option than many of the other restaurants in the area. There were a few other options I wish I'd had the opportunity to try, but gives me all the more reason to go back much sooner this time. I highly recommend, my wife and I both loved our meals and we'll be back soon!!!

I was craving a wrap, so I decided to order a Chicken Caesar Wrap at CoreLife. I ordered through their app to be prepared immediately. It gave me an estimated time of 20 minutes and it was ready exactly then. However, the wrap wasn't very good because the dressing gave an odd aftertaste. My receipt (attached to the bag upon pickup) said it was Greek yogurt Caesar, but that wasn't advertised in the app. I do not like Greek yogurt, so if I would've known that, I would've ordered something else. Hopefully this is something the company can fix in the future so people know exactly what they're ordering!

Stopped in for lunch today. One of the freshest and healthiest menus in town! Love the large covered patio outside and the colorful vibrant vibe inside. Service was friendly and quick at their counter ordering area. Food ranging from salads, bowls, and wraps to fresh tacos and soups. They even have a kid friendly menu. What stands out compared to some other salad/bowl places is that there are 2 different sizes for all bowls and salads. Many places have one size, which may be too small or too large for each individual person. I had the tuna poke bowl, which comes with fresh tuna, purple grain rice, miso sesame ginger dressing, avocado, cabbage, pickled jalapeños and a spicy fire sauce. Talk about flavor! Something this good shouldn't be this healthy honestly. And the colors of this plate just pop. Only negative today, which doesn't take away from the 5 star experience, was that their public internet was down. This type of place isn't known for a sit down and work environment like say a coffee shop. But many times I enjoy bringing my laptop and working during lunch at a counter order spot where I'm not taking up a table or time from a server or other patrons. Definitely will make this place a regular stop for tasty and healthy food!

So as a whole I absolutely love core life and I know they are a healthier food option which is amazing but I need seasoning. Their food is delicious once you bring it home and add a little salt or seasoning. Like I said I get it, they are a healthier option but healthy doesn't mean seasonless. The bowls are my favorite thing to order and I usually get the Korean bbq pork bowl but the pork can sometimes be a little overcooked and dry. I love that you can get a bowl with greens or grains or both. The service is great they are super kind and if they mess up an order take full accountability and correct the error. If the meat was consistently seasoned and consistent they would get 4 stars. Also I do hate the bowls because if your item has liquid of any kind I don't feel like it holds up. I had an egg on mine and it cracked and the yolk started leaking out

1st time here . We got the Greek wrap and Thai Chicken salad (trying to eat healthier) to go. Great service, fresh ingredients, clean store.. I am surprised we've never been here.

I had my first experience at core life for a Yelp event and I've been pining to come back ever since. I figured since I ran a 5K at pig pounder yesterday, a light dinner would be perfect so I stopped by. I am literally obsessed with the food here. The bbq chicken ranch bowl is something I could easily eat once a week for the foreseeable future. All the ingredients are extremely fresh and there's just something about mixing a bunch of stuff that goes together and eating it that's comforting. I also tried the roasted sweet potatoes yesterday and would definitely order again. Their berry juice with apple cider vinegar is unmatched - I want to bottle it so I can drink at home every day. Their staff is always so friendly and accommodating as well. It is a seamless assembly line once you make it to the front. The only reason I deduct a star is because the wait has been extremely long both times I visited. I waited in line yesterday for 20 min with only 2 people in front of me. It seems like they put all online orders above customers in line so it may be wise to order online beforehand if you plan on visiting.

Love all the healthy choices available! Salad, bowls, soup. You can choose several options of ingredients. You can literally customize your own meal- or choose one of theirs. I had the steak and blue cheese salad bowl. It was very fresh and delicious. The juice and tea options are also amazing! Can't wait to go back and try the tuna bowl!

I love the healthier options and the food was great. It's a cool space with really high ceilings and old building vibes. The lines were pretty long.

Great healthy food, nice options of bowls and nice dining area with an option of external area. I love the bbq ranch chicken and tuna poke fire. The service is super nice and kind. They also have a fidelity membership in the app.

Came here for the first time with a good friend the quality of the food was amazing the freshness of all the ingredients the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu the facility was extremely clean and the cost for the meal for the high quality food that we received was very reasonable I hope that we will see more of this franchise unit throughout North Carolina so that others can enjoy this great establishment

The breading was nice and crunchy but there wasn't enough flavor, even with the dip, so I wouldn't order this again. My husband ordered The Roast Beast panini this time - I had a bite with the au jus and thought it was excellent. I love when restaurants offer mocktails and Melt has a few on their menu. I tried the Blood Orange mocktail and it was unfortunately a bit too heavy on the lime for me. I wouldn't order this again. I find the atmosphere of Melt to be cozy and I love the lighting and decor. Great casual atmosphere, the staff have really come into their own, and the food is simple but has little touches that often make it a small cut above most other sports bar type places around. My favorite things to order are the smashburgers, chicken philly (almost as good as the one at Old Town, a restaurant also belonging to this same owner), and now the fish and chips. I decided to get those last night, and the fish was two good size thick cod filets, fried and breaded perfectly. The fish was flaky and tender, the remoulade it came with really elevated it, I'm glad it was not plain tartar sauce (gross). The appetizer favorite here is the pulled pork nachos for me, otherwise, we usually just get meals. If I had one small complaint, it's that the tea is usually brewed pretty weak. However, our experience fell short upon arrival. The hostess said they don't have a table for 5 but we could add a chair to a 4 top. And when I said that's not a comfortable or reasonable set up for 5 people and asked if we could push two tables together, she seemed annoyed. Who thinks it's acceptable for a party of 5 to sit someone at the corner point of a 4 top table when there are open tables all around? First of all-service was excellent. Our waiter came to the table within a moment of being seated to get started with waters and non-alcoholic options, and was quick to check back up on us and see if we were ready or had questions. He made several great recommendations on both food and drinks. My only caveat was that my 10 oz steak was a bit on the salty side, but this may be due to the aging process. It was cooked to a beautiful medium per my request, and both my sides (asparagus and loaded baked potato) were yummy, well cooked and seasoned perfectly.
