First time ordering here and there are a kazillion options on the menu that peek my interest. I got the Buddha bowl - it was a little spinach heavy for my preference - but was easily the healthiest (and quite tasty!) quick meal(s) we have ever ordered from a restaurant. We rarely have time to cook and unfortunately ordering takeout is a regular occurrence for my family - it's just easiest. This hardly ever results in a "healthy" meal - unless we're ordering salads and even they can be loaded down with "unhealthy" ingredients. Will be ordering here when we're looking for a tasty and guiltless meal that doesn't require any effort from us!!

I love the food at CoreLife! The meal options they have here are a lot healthier than many other fast casual places in the area and they definitely have a lot more variety in the meal options. I would come here a lot more often if it wasn't for how expensive everything is. I love all of the different "healthy" drinks they have in the fountains (healthy is in quotes because they all have a good amount of sugar in them). I came here for my free birthday bowl via registering their rewards app, which is by far one of the best birthday deals for fast-casual restaurants. I also recommend ordering in person vs online. For some reason my online orders take so long but whenever I go in person there's rarely a line and I'm able to get my order in under a minute or two.

Doubling back, right before they close and service still 10, sandwich still a 10. The parm crisps are just so good. This is restaurant is becoming one of my favorites.

Stopped in to an old Yelp spot recently, and was glad I did. I think we attended an event at CoreLife Eatery a year, or maybe 2 years ago. We remember it was a great meal and had been meaning to get back there, but time just passed by too quickly. Walking in, the smells reminded us of the great meal awaiting us. We got to the counter and had to make some tough decision. I decided to go with a bowl and got the BBQ Ranch Chicken. Going down the line we had the option to customize with many fresh ingredients and sauces, but I left it the way it was on the menu. I'm glad I did, and I'm glad I picked what I did. This bowl was packed full of amazing flavors and was absolutely perfect. Great portion size and very satisfying, especially knowing this is probably a healthier option than many of the other restaurants in the area. There were a few other options I wish I'd had the opportunity to try, but gives me all the more reason to go back much sooner this time. I highly recommend, my wife and I both loved our meals and we'll be back soon!!!

I was craving a wrap, so I decided to order a Chicken Caesar Wrap at CoreLife. I ordered through their app to be prepared immediately. It gave me an estimated time of 20 minutes and it was ready exactly then. However, the wrap wasn't very good because the dressing gave an odd aftertaste. My receipt (attached to the bag upon pickup) said it was Greek yogurt Caesar, but that wasn't advertised in the app. I do not like Greek yogurt, so if I would've known that, I would've ordered something else. Hopefully this is something the company can fix in the future so people know exactly what they're ordering!

Stopped in for lunch today. One of the freshest and healthiest menus in town! Love the large covered patio outside and the colorful vibrant vibe inside. Service was friendly and quick at their counter ordering area. Food ranging from salads, bowls, and wraps to fresh tacos and soups. They even have a kid friendly menu. What stands out compared to some other salad/bowl places is that there are 2 different sizes for all bowls and salads. Many places have one size, which may be too small or too large for each individual person. I had the tuna poke bowl, which comes with fresh tuna, purple grain rice, miso sesame ginger dressing, avocado, cabbage, pickled jalapeños and a spicy fire sauce. Talk about flavor! Something this good shouldn't be this healthy honestly. And the colors of this plate just pop. Only negative today, which doesn't take away from the 5 star experience, was that their public internet was down. This type of place isn't known for a sit down and work environment like say a coffee shop. But many times I enjoy bringing my laptop and working during lunch at a counter order spot where I'm not taking up a table or time from a server or other patrons. Definitely will make this place a regular stop for tasty and healthy food!

So as a whole I absolutely love core life and I know they are a healthier food option which is amazing but I need seasoning. Their food is delicious once you bring it home and add a little salt or seasoning. Like I said I get it, they are a healthier option but healthy doesn't mean seasonless. The bowls are my favorite thing to order and I usually get the Korean bbq pork bowl but the pork can sometimes be a little overcooked and dry. I love that you can get a bowl with greens or grains or both. The service is great they are super kind and if they mess up an order take full accountability and correct the error. If the meat was consistently seasoned and consistent they would get 4 stars. Also I do hate the bowls because if your item has liquid of any kind I don't feel like it holds up. I had an egg on mine and it cracked and the yolk started leaking out

I had my first experience at core life for a Yelp event and I've been pining to come back ever since. I figured since I ran a 5K at pig pounder yesterday, a light dinner would be perfect so I stopped by. I am literally obsessed with the food here. The bbq chicken ranch bowl is something I could easily eat once a week for the foreseeable future. All the ingredients are extremely fresh and there's just something about mixing a bunch of stuff that goes together and eating it that's comforting. I also tried the roasted sweet potatoes yesterday and would definitely order again. Their berry juice with apple cider vinegar is unmatched - I want to bottle it so I can drink at home every day. Their staff is always so friendly and accommodating as well. It is a seamless assembly line once you make it to the front. The only reason I deduct a star is because the wait has been extremely long both times I visited. I waited in line yesterday for 20 min with only 2 people in front of me. It seems like they put all online orders above customers in line so it may be wise to order online beforehand if you plan on visiting.

1st time here . We got the Greek wrap and Thai Chicken salad (trying to eat healthier) to go. Great service, fresh ingredients, clean store.. I am surprised we've never been here.

Love all the healthy choices available! Salad, bowls, soup. You can choose several options of ingredients. You can literally customize your own meal- or choose one of theirs. I had the steak and blue cheese salad bowl. It was very fresh and delicious. The juice and tea options are also amazing! Can't wait to go back and try the tuna bowl!

I love the healthier options and the food was great. It's a cool space with really high ceilings and old building vibes. The lines were pretty long.

There's a reason there is a long wait when you are in line waiting to decide what you want to eat. This is a subway/chipotle style way of ordering your food only I believe the are still working on how it should flow. Not sure if there is a lot of turn over or what? That being said they have a lot of great choices when it comes to eating healthy. I tried their Greek chicken bowl. It had a lot of things you can add to it. My only gripe was that the chicken was in the dry side. They offer a customizable bowl or wrap if you can't chose from their large menu. The staff was very polite and helpful. The whole process just took some time. I wasn't crazy about the guy at the register handling the food press and then the money even though he wore gloves. All in all it was a good experience. Will be back.

Great healthy food, nice options of bowls and nice dining area with an option of external area. I love the bbq ranch chicken and tuna poke fire. The service is super nice and kind. They also have a fidelity membership in the app.

The burgers looked great too. The menu has enough interesting options that I could see myself coming back several times if I lived nearby. Definitely worth the wait for a great sandwich.

Upon walking in the place appeared clean, the customer service, not the best. But maybe someone was having a bad day, I get it. I'm so glad I did check my bag before I left because they did not give me ranch or plasticware, man I would have missed out on some amazing ranch. The young man gave me three ranches which I'm so disappointed I only grabbed one. Unfortunately I didn't get the best pictures but the food tasted great. The fries were thick cut (probably frozen) and let me tell you, I would just come back for the ranch! They have my favorite restaurant ranch. The slaw was really tasty - good ole southern sweet mayonnaise slaw, not too vinegary. The sandwich, not bad, good combo of toppings, they paired well together. I' ll be back. Anyone want to go for a patio lunch? Ciao for now

I ordered my ramen with no egg and spicy and it came with no spice and an egg. Disappointing to say the least because I've heard great things and expected better since in the short period of time we were there, so many people came in to pickup takeout orders. There was 2 pieces of thinly sliced pork in my ramen and it was mostly mushrooms. The broth was super flavorful I just wish I had more spice. If you're planning to eat there, just know the food isn't fast--it's made fresh to order, so expect a little wait, but it's worth it for hot, quality meals. My go-to is the egusi with chicken and a side of pounded yam. I'll also switch it up with their vegetable soup and pounded yam, which is always a good choice. I've tried the jollof rice as well--I'd give it about a 7/10. It's solid, especially with chicken, and I recommend asking for a little extra red sauce or gravy to take it up a notch. Overall, the food is consistently good when I order delivery. One thing to watch for--they've occasionally forgotten my extra pounded yam, so double-check your order before settling in. I can't speak on the dine-in service or ambiance yet, but based on the food alone, I'd definitely recommend them.

Stopped in for a weekday lunch and the person behind the counter was really nice. The place was clean and bright with an open air feel to it. I ordered an Egusi with Chicken and Fufu. Let's go through what all this is, but first why the 3.5 rating...the chicken. This is supposed to be fall off the bone that is fresh and stewed in the sauces. Great flavor for sure, but it was very tough. The plastic knife given had trouble cutting it. You want to think fall off the bone meat, this wasn't it. Not sure if I came in on a bad rotation where they reheated chicken from earlier or the night before, but it did not taste fresh as you'd expect. Ok now to the good stuff... Egusi: this is the main flavor, listed as a soup on the menu but more like a stew instead. It's nutty and hearty with 5 star flavor and spices. This thing rocked! Fufu: this as a mild and soft starch that goes with it all. Almost like a softer consistency gnocchi or some other potato/noodle combo. Not much to it by itself honestly, but man, what a great flavor bomb when you take a piece of it and dunk it in that amazing egusi. Maybe on a day with fresh and tender chicken, the trifecta would be complete: soft and chewy fufu + rich and nutty egusi + fall off the bone tender chicken. Unfortunately today the 3rd piece was missing.

My wife's wood-fired salmon was pretty good, but her vegetables came out with no seasoning at all. My wood-fired filet was cooked exactly right, but it also had no seasoning, and when you find yourself asking for steak sauce for a filet, something has gone wrong in the kitchen. Then the peach crumble showed up and stole the entire night. It is genuinely amazing, and I'd tell anyone within earshot to order it. Great atmosphere, great service, great drinks, and a dessert worth the trip. If the kitchen brings the seasoning up to the level of everything else, this is easily a four-and-a-half-star restaurant.

Maybe not for the $, but it was fall apart brisket. Wings: these are crispy fried with sauce on the side. A little hard but good. Not my favorite. The poutine was by far a favorite with the melty cheese and the gravy was delicious. We also had the street corn and with the lime was pretty good as well. These 4 things were plenty for the 2 of us with a little extra. We didn't mind paying the extra because of the experience.
