Southwest chicken salad, added sprouts, feta and kimchi with Parmesan cheese crisps and cucumber basil dressing.

Food is great, id recommend omitting the rice from your salad but thats just a personal preference. Service is always very prompt; a younger girl is the day time manager and she is the best. Ambiance is friendly, clean and spacious.

Large Steak Bacon & Bleu (with double steak)

Definitely my favorite salad shop! I always go here when I'm craving a salad. My all time favorite is the Steak Bacon and Bleu salad... it's sooo good! Honestly you can't go wrong with any of their options, or you can just make your own! They have a lot of toppings and dressings to choose from as well. Personally, I find the salads to be a little bit on the pricier side. The regular size bowl doesn't fill me up so I always opt for the large. If I'm going for lunch, that's definitely enough. Although, if I'm getting dinner I usually also get double protein. Every time I've been there, everyone has been so friendly and the service has been great. They have a lot of indoor and some outdoor seating options. I also love that they have a rewards program so I can scan every time I go in, or order from their app and get points to get a free salad in the future!

Corelife Eatery is a nice place with good food, solid selection of choices with a chill atmosphere. I think if you're looking to spice up your salad game, you'll really enjoy it here. I always find it to be enjoyable here, with quick service, good energy and a nice place to chill for a bit, cafe style. I don't believe there is necessarily anything mind-blowing here and I say I know for sure their claims about "healthy" or not, but I do think it's easy for assumptions to be made that salads are "healthy". You do need to be careful with that as you start doing all the fun add ons which will start to change at minimum the calorie intake you see on the menu. And those sugary drinks at the fountain, woah! So that's just a PSA for those seeking healthy, if you're just looking for a tasty salad, you're good to go! Enjoy!!

I will start this update as I always start by saying I do not give out five stars unless I am really blown away. I love Core. Good food always fresh and healthy. This location can be crazy busy at times or at least it was before Covid started. Today was easy to get in and room to sit and eat. I am sure as things warm up and things open up more it will go back to super busy. Right now it's easy and delicious. The spicy thia chicken noodle bowl has become my new favorite. It's fresh spicy and a little sweet from the cashew dressing. The large bowl will fill you up and make you sweat a little. If you like fresh and healthy lunches you need to start coming here. Great way to get flavor and eat healthy. They have a lot of options that I have not tried but I will over time. Get in here and try it out already.

Choose 2 combo is the go to!!

Always great service. Easy to find a nice healthy meal. This time I got the Grilled chicken Greek salad with kale and arugula and curry chicken soup. Many other choices as well. Service is fast and pleasant. If you like spicy then get the Spicy chicken Thai rice noodle. So good. Best deal is the 2 for 2 combo:)

They were also so kind to give me a complimentary glass of prosecco to celebrate my birthday. Wednesdays are $2 off all cider and wines so my friends enjoyed that deal as well. The Wedge changes their menu on a weekly basis so I was excited to see what was on this weeks menu so naturally we had to get multiple dishes to share in order to try as much as possible. We ordered two pasta dishes, truffle fries for the table, and brussel sprouts to share family style and we didn't leave a crumb behind! All the dishes were more unique than a typical pasta dish you may find elsewhere which was extra fun and soo delicious! The brussels were so soft and topped with so much flavor. I would love to come again to try their brunch menu and continue coming throughout the year to try many new items as their menu rotates. I really wanted to try their mac and cheese so I am determined to come back at the right time for that one!

The onion rings were pretty good, too. I gotta say for a place that kinda screams "overpriced", it really isn't. Came to almost exactly 50 dollars for two burgers with fries, order of onion rings, and a soft drink. Honestly? In this economy? Pretty fair for the size and quality. 6 dollars for a shake kinda surprised me too, albeit I didn't order one. Server was nice. Place was probably overstaffed, but pretty great experience overall. Very pleasantly surprised. Check it out.

The menu taps into childhood fast food nostalgia, with burgers, fries, onion rings and milkshakes -- plus beer, wine, cocktails and boozy sodas. With five burgers, two chicken sandwiches, two salads, a few shareable starters, Fly Bird chicken tenders, a Chicago-style glizzy and a fried fish sandwich served only on Fridays, the menu isn't long, but offers enough variation to appeal to most diners. The wife and I stopped in on a Saturday right at opening time. We were sat and given menus immediately. We decided to share a burger and fries and an order of tenders. We ordered the blue suede shoes - a burger topped with cheddar, bacon, lettuce, tomato, carmelized onions, pickles and house remoulade and an order of hot stuff buffalo tenders. Our food was brought relatively quickly and we enjoyed everything. Fries were fresh, crispy and seasoned, burger was cooker perfectly, the tenders were fresh, crispy, saucy and had just the slightest kick of heat to them. Our server was very friendly and helpful, prices were comparable to similar restaurants, and we has plenty of food to bring home. We'd definitely go again.

The wings were good, plenty of sauce and good, crispy skin, soft meat texture. What blew us away was the pizza. It was just a pepperoni pizza, but somehow it had it all. Soft, plenty of sauce, the perfect amount of greasy and stretchy on the cheese, and then the whole thing had a subtle crunch to it. Never had that in a pizza before. I hate talking favorites for things as big as pizza, but this just might be my favorite Pepperoni Pizza in Syracuse. We've been back twice since then, pretty much on a whim when we happened to be passing by. First time was on a Friday, so we got some fried fish and a steak sub. We went with both the regular fried and beer battered. We ordered the philly/steak sub because it was featured on their website. We kind of know what we're going to get when we order a philly from a pizzeria, but figured it was worth trying if they're going to make it the first high def photo on their website. Despite the hype, it turned out to be the same meat, bread and cheese you get from any other pizzeria, or any other place that doesn't really go for it. The fish was actually disappointing - one of the worse fish fries we've tried in Syracuse. The regular fried haddock had a hard bread crumb coating that pulled apart from the meat. You could snap it apart to break a piece off the filet. The beer battered shrimp was better, but the breading was soft and kind of peeled right off. Fried fish and philly steaks are never a bad meal, but this is about as low as it gets without crossing into malicious. We saw multiple people raving about the eggplant parmigiana, and I wanted to try their riggies. I figured Utica, Riggies, can't go wrong. Once again, we were in town, and it was on a Thursday, where they have a few dollars off. The riggies hit the requirements with the creamy sauce, the cherry peppers, the wicked tender chicken, and the peppers and onions were a good addition. My only complaint is that they weren't better coming from a place named Utica Pizza Company. They were exactly average - sauce could have been creamier, hotter, more flavorful. The eggplant parmigiana turned out to be nothing special, I'm not sure why people raved about it. Just an inch or two of thin sliced eggplant, breaded, cheesed and red sauced. With that last sentence as your recipe, you could make the same thing at home. We also threw in a medium buffalo chicken pizza, which was really good, but didn't have the same amazing texture the first pizza did. I had high expectations for this place, so if it seems like I'm complaining, it's definitely better than your average pizzeria. I'm sticking with five stars because the pepperoni pizza we got was absolutely perfect. We've been working our way through pizza places in Syracuse for years and this one stands out hard. Take or leave the other stuff, but absolutely get a large pepperoni and some wings.

Instead of offering a menu or any guidance, he simply pointed off to the side and told us to order when we were ready. Not exactly a welcoming first impression. The space itself was small, with a few tables, drink coolers, baked goods, and smoothie options. After placing our order, we waited...and waited. After exactly 40 minutes, I finally asked about the status, especially after watching another couple come in after us, order, and leave with their food before we received ours. I understand that takeout and delivery orders are part of the business, but in-house customers should not be completely overlooked. There was no communication, no sense of urgency, and no effort to acknowledge the delay. It genuinely felt like we didn't matter as customers. And for what? Two sandwiches--a roast beef and a turkey. Having worked in restaurants myself, I can confidently say that should not take 40 minutes under normal circumstances.
