We were greeted almost instantly ..and since the pies and muffins we saw in the display case looked great , we had no doubt that the food and service would not let us down. And we were right... I absolutely love coming to Corkys for a filling and delicious meal, you honestly get your moneys worth because the portions are big. I prefer coming in the evenings or when they're not as packed based off of personal preference, but I would make the exception to come in the morning when family is visiting from out of town. The ambiance in the evening is really relaxing and laid back so you can relax and enjoy your meal but it can be bit busy during their peak hours. Nothin' corky about Corky's! This place has some fresh salads made up on ordering. A little on the pricey side but definitely they will fill you up. They serve a small selection of different salads on their menu. From the time you walk in, you feel welcomed. Always a friendly smile. Wait time from being seated to when your meal comes out isn't too long. Standard time for waiting. Also, you'll find that they are excellent at refilling drinks and asking if you need a refill. Very attentive. This alone should be a 10-star review based on that. Really can't go wrong here as this place exemplifies what customer service should be. My Dad wanted to treat me to an early dinner and am I embarrassed that I wanted pumpkin pancakes from Corkys. As soon as we walked in it was all bad. Being a vegan in Rialto, I shouldn't have to pass the Rialto Corky's to go another 20-25 minutes to Fontana Corky's to order an item that is a standing item in the menu...but I did and I'm glad that Kimberly and Enrique came through for me. If you go before 9, you'll be seated almost instantly. We had a kind hostess and waitress. The place had very small of people since it was early. A little after 9 you get more people coming in. The wait for the food takes a bit of time. The portions are really big and you get full fast. The part that was lackluster was that the meat in both the steak and Benedict's were less than ideal of how warm/hot you'd want to have it when eating. It probably cooled down by the time it got to the table. Besides this I think this place has potential to get bett I definitely recommend the smother cheese fries from the three items we had. We were really surprised by how it was made. Imagine a breaded chicken patty drenched in hot wing sauce. Not what I'd expect when eating a chicken sandwich. We also ordered biscuits and gravy. I didn't see any meat in the gravy and the biscuits were a little too stale for me.
