This bagel shop did not disappoint. Ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and a plain bagel with pork roll, egg and cheese. Both were fantastic. My fiancés family lives in Belmar and I can gladly say that this will be our new spot for bagels anytime we visit. They even offer a discount when you pay with cash.

BEST BAGELS IN THE WORLD! I am not kidding! The owner makes these Brooklyn style bagels at 4am EVERY Morning! I come to the beach every weekend and my first stop is The Corner Bagelry on Main Street in Belmar, NJ! Super friendly brunette new employee was so cheerful! So nice to go to a clean happy place to start your day and enjoy watching the ocean as the beach is right here! It's doesn't get any better than this! Sharon S., New Hope PA & Lake Como, NJ

Taylor Ham, Egg, and Cheese on an everything bagel. Delicious!

This is my now go to bagel shop in the area. Had to go back multiple days in a row. The Taylor ham egg and cheese is delicious. The Taylor ham is cut on the thicker side, the cheese is melted and the bagels are well seasoned! Some places have the seasoning fall off before you even get to take a bite but not this place. Also, if you're looking for the perfect strawberry cream cheese, look no further. This is your spot. It's smooth and creamy. It doesn't have pieces of strawberry in it if anyone is wondering but with all the flavor, it isn't needed. The only downfall is the price but they're probably around the same price for others in the area.

Okay, so listen. I'm a queens girl, so I may not have much expertise here. My boyfriend and I spent a weekend in Belmar and stopped here for breakfast before the beach. I got the jersey boy. Pork roll (which since I'm moving to Morristown, I was told I have to call it Taylor ham), egg, cheese & a hash brown on a roll. Holy cow. It was a hell of an experience. So friggin good. My boyfriend got a SEC which he liked, but day 2 when we came back he flipped to the jersey boy. Service was pretty quick and we got a seat both days so really enjoyed it.

We are a Jersey Shore family who moved to Austin. When we come "home" we want salt bagels, egg bagels, and of course PEC. This cute little shop never disappoints. Bagels are SO fresh, so salt covered, SO good. Pork roll is sliced nice and thick. Egg and cheese blend perfectly for a local delight. Gotta order a dozen to take back to Texas and look forward to coming back again, again, again!

This starts off dark but it ends with bagels and joy, trust me!…read more We had been at Jersey Shore Med Center all week as our mother transitioned, finally, at 4am on Christmas Eve. When hospice staff finally ushers us out of her room at 6:20 we are left to collect our hearts and heads and move forward. Mom loved the beach and the sun will be rising soon. But we are short on sleep and need comfort in this time. What says comfort at 6:30 in the morning better than the staff and bagels at Hole in One? We piled in the car to grab our favs and then ate breakfast peacefully on the beach in Ocean Grove as the sun rose. We reflected on life and death and family... And the joy of a soft, toasty bagel. I also had a Red Bull which may or may not seem insane lol If it was any other bagel shop we may not have gone there that morning (there are closer shops to the beach than this one!). I mean who goes straight for bereavement bagels at dawn after 3 hours of sleep? Well the staff at Hole in One are always so great and friendly. And the bagels are possibly the best you can get between Red Bank and Neptune. And their sandwiches? Delicious. That little danish/turnover type of pastry thing that was kind of warm when they gave it to me? SO TASTY. Please stop by when you get the chance!

This was a small spot with seating available outside. There might have been a table or two indoors…read moreas well. They had a lot to offer ranging from bagels to mini donuts to deli sandwiches. The ordering process was simple, and the food was ready quickly. I had a chicken salad on a garlic bagel ($8.99?) as well as trying six mini donuts ($7.50?). The chicken salad also came with a potato salad, coleslaw, or a pickle. I opted for a pickle that was decent. The chicken salad was the highlight of the sandwich. It was all white meat with an ideal helping of mayonnaise and other seasoning. The garlic bagel was alright, nice texture, but a little small. It was nice to see the amount of chicken salad present. The donuts I tried are below. All the donuts were light. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough - This was alright. It seemed to be more of a chocolate flavor rather than cookie dough. There was not a great balance here. Strawberry Shortcake - This was a vanilla donut with buttercream icing and a strawberry. I thought the buttercream icing would be too sweet, but that was not the case at all. It was delicate and complimented the lone strawberry piece nicely. Apple Crumb Cake - This was an apple crunch donut with rolled sugar and topped with apple compete, homemade graham cracker pie crust and drizzled with vanilla frosting. This was easily the best one. The warm apple complete and the homemade graham cracker crust made for an unbelievable combination. The sugar did not hurt either. Oreo Crunch - This was essentially just Oreo pieces with vanilla icing. It was not bad. I thought there were too many Oreo crumbles and pieces. The donut layer was hardly tasted. Maple Bacon Waffle - This was a vanilla donut in a maple glaze with a mini waffle and bacon pieces. I am not a huge fan of bacon on a donut, but this one of the better ones I tried. The bacon went well with the waffle and maple glaze. My only issue was the waffle. It was a little stale, but I imagine because it just lays on the donut as it was not made to order. Jelly - This was a traditional jelly donut with sugar. This was good. The jelly was thick and enough was present where every bite had a taste of jelly. The jelly I believe was of the raspberry variety. Will I go back? Yes.
