I always stop at the corner bakery cafe when im I'm Lennox mall! It's become my spot really, and I try to get different things off the menu each time I go. The staff are sweet and help you make a decision based on what you like. I usually don't like mushrooms and I didn't even realize this panini had mushrooms in it but they definitely complimented the Prime Rib well. When I was in Atlanta for a trade show, I think I ate here for breakfast literally every morning. Because we were busy exhibiting at the show, I tried my best to eat a hearty breakfast that can last me through the late afternoon. I had their Anaheim scrambler which comes with applewood smoked bacon, tomatoes, green onions and cheddar cheese, topped with avocado, and a cup of coffee. Boss lady had oatmeal every morning, and tried all available options. Her favorite was the berry almond swiss oats. Their portion seems a bit smaller than the corner bakery cafes in Miami, but still decent size and tasted pretty consistent. Even though they had a full house every morning, I did not have a disappointing breakfast. Thumbs up to them for being able to deal with people attending the trade shows. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Ordered two simple items via DoorDash. Over 40 min passed and they could not tell the driver how long it would take to fill the order. Called the store directly and NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE. Driver tried to give them the phone so I could ask them if I needed to cancel my order based on their issues, NO ONE on premises would talk to me. DoorDash should drop them. Skip it! I was in town for a conference and needed a spot to have breakfast and work for a bit. I couldn't find an outlet for my laptop but that's not important. The person taking orders was way unfriendly, which I totally don't fault someone in the service industry for- it's a hard job. She didn't give me my coffee cup and I had specifically ask for it. My order wasn't input right. She didn't provide any acknowledgement that she heard me while ordering either, which makes a two-way interaction pretty difficult. I had asked for 3 egg frittata bites, and only 2 were input. They came on a sad little paper plate, and were barely warm. The place was generally not clean, as others noted. I've been to plenty of corner bakeries and generally they're fine to good, but not this one. read more

Oy. Well staffed and under served. Gobs of employees - but the tables were dirty, the floor is sticky, the Internet service is down, and there is no half-and-half creamer. Not sure how this restaurant makes money. The yogurt and granola was good - but I think the yogurt may have been sweetened - extra calories and sugar I would prefer to have a choice about. The cashier was busy punching in a faxed order for more than five minutes at the point-of-sale with a line of customers behind me. I finally gave up waiting, grabbed a coffee cup and came back later for my food order. Too many employees wandering around and not fixed at their stations. A very convenient location right across from our hotel. As you walk in, the layout, space and atmosphere are welcoming. Ordering was quick and straight forward, we had the Farmers & Anaheim Scramble. Wait time for our orders was a tad longer than what we are used. It this is the south and things are at a much different pace when compared to the constant hustle of a Major metropolis like Toronto. I've always been a Corner B fan. Growing up and living in Orange County, CA this was a spot I frequented for lunch and or breakfast on weekends. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that there was a Corner B in walking distance from our hotel while we were staying in ATL for a business conference. What I love about this place is that there's plenty of seating inside and the service here is very fast. On top of that, I've never had anything from the menu that I didn't like. I stopped in here twice while I was in Atlanta. I really LOVE their Pumpkin Muffins and their Power Paninis! Super yum. Ohhh...and I also tried their Chilled Berry Almond Swiss Oatmeal. Stopped in on a Friday morning around 10 for breakfast before a day of running around downtown. I was left (mostly) wishing I had found a new place for breakfast. Walking in, we were immediately hit by the temperature of the place. It was stifling.. on a 60-degree morning. I was so relieved to get outside after ordering! Service at the counter when ordering was matter-of-fact and lacked any level of friendliness. It was efficient and fast, so props for that I guess. The coffee station is stuck in a corner and can really only be accessed from one side. It's a really inconvenient location! With any more than one person fixing coffee, a line starts to form. No room to pour your cup and step aside to add condiments. The food is where I award my 2 stars. Well 1 1/2 really, but I'll round up. The steel-cut oatmeal was thick and tasty. I love that they use steel-cut as opposed to regular or quick oats. It can be personalized if you don't care for any of the toppings. If you've ever had Panera, I would say that Corner Bakery is comparable. They have a ton of different options from a combo of sandwich and salad to a flat and salad. I chose the sandwich and salad option - mixed greens and uptown turkey sandwich. The sandwich was surprisingly great. It had avocado in it, with tomatoes, bacon and of course turkey. Corner Bakery Cafe staff understands this. The menu is fairly simple and short not long and confusing. Coffee and Orange Juice - Coffee was steaming and hot, toasty roasted flavors filled the air. Stopped by here for a quick breakfast. Nice well lighted place with a good selection of panini sandwiches or egg scrambles. I opted for the chicken apple sausage panini and a side of grits. I also had a small coffee - basically self service with four different flavors. Hazelnut Creme stood out and won my vote. Great sandwich and grits. I really liked the grilled sourdough bread which went well with the scrambled eggs and sausage patty. The grits were thicker and more tasty than what I had at Silver Skillet yesterday. There is no Panera bread in Atlanta and basically this place is similar to it just like Atlanta bread. The hot panini we ordered was okay and the smoothie was not bad. I came across Corner Bakery Café while on my way to the Georgia Aquarium from the MARTA Peachtree Metro Station. This place was a nice stop for breakfast. The menu included scramble eggs, Panini's, oatmeal's, and coffee options. I had the Anaheim Panini, which was filled with fluffy scrambled eggs, melty cheddar cheese and diced tomatoes, onions, and green peppers. This is a good Corner Bakery in the middle of downtown Atlanta. The space layout is good, so you feel like you're not sitting on top of people while not feeling like this is a huge restaurant. It would be nice to have the drink station in a more convenient area of the restaurant so you don't have to elbow your way through people waiting to order or dodge tables. If you're staying at the Westin Peachtree or the Hyatt Regency Downtown this is an excellent option to the overpriced hotel restaurants. read more

I picked the fresh fruit - grapes, pineapple, and cantaloupe - it was fresh! Plenty of food for the price. I ordered the baked french toast and substituted potatoes for the eggs. They forgot my bacon and gave me fruit instead. Weekend Brunch, it's definitely not as cozy as I had hoped it to be but it came recommended by a friend, so we gave it a try. I'd say bustling sums it up well, with a cantina- feel. A lot of waiters, so there wasn't any wait, but the waiters didn't seem especially thrilled about their job. Nothing outstanding about the food either. My potato leek soup was so! thick! it felt like I ate a brick. Husbands omelet was alright, but I would not choose to come back based on those items. The bread in the bakery part looked delicious though, and if in the area I'd buy a loaf there for sure. read more

We brought our two daughters as well, they loved the food and while I was a bit worried about the almond berry oatmeal being cold, our oldest (5) loved the amount of fruit and didn't comment on the cold.
