My family and I were really excited to try The Corner Deli, but it didn't live up to expectations. I spent over $75 on five sandwiches and only one, the Penguin, was actually good and made well. The rest were disappointing. The pastrami had very little meat, the Mother Clucker barely had chicken, and the others weren't enjoyable and unfortunately went to the trash. It also felt like there was no consistency. Depending on who made the sandwich, the quality and portion size really varied. I was also concerned about cleanliness. I saw an employee slicing and portioning deli meat without gloves, then touching receipts, boxes, and even themselves before going back to the food. There were gloves available, but none of the staff used them while preparing food. Anyone in the food industry knows ready to eat food should be handled with gloves, so that was very disappointing and honestly made me close to asking for a refund. Customer service was okay. No greeting when I walked in, but the order was taken fine. Overall, I am not sure if I would give this place a second chance.

Bad service, no one says hello, let alone take your order. Seems they only focus on the drive thru for Wienerschnitzel. Was driving by on 4th street saw the sign of their Pastrami and had to turn around only to get there and no one Acknowledge you, so I was there just looking at the menu but nothing, The girl working at the drive thru came to the register as I was leaving. It was at around 1 pm, I noticed 4 employees two of the working on the grill on the right side, the one Girl working on the drivethru just standing there and another worker On the Wienerschnitzel kitchen.

I really enjoyed my sub and the portion was large enough that I had extra to finish later. They are located inside the wienershnitzel, which actually makes it kind of nice to be able to grab something off each menu if you have a larger party or just wanna mixtures of foods. The employees are nice and brought everything to our table giving more of a fast casual feel, rather than just fast food. Easy to make modifications to your order and everything comes out right.

The ribeye sandwich was a bit salty and there is a ton of fat that renders so its a bit oily.

It's a great sandwich and like everything else for 2 people it's around 40 bucks.. I got two sandwiches and one of them was a meal. I mean we can't escape the price point for fast food.. But overall the sandwich was good but not if your looking for a quick cheap meal. This is like hey I'm hungry let's go have a lunch and sit down.. Because if your paying that price just eat inside and treat it like a date or hangout. The ribeye sandwich is something I would say skip on just because of how salty and Willie was due to the fat rendering it leaves a very coated oil feel in your mouth after. Also share the fries because they're pretty salty too.

Finally tried the "new" Corner Deli today after being a fan of the old one for many years. I'm pleased to say that it's just as good as the old one! You can't go wrong with a friendly staff, carefully prepared food, and quality ingredients. My Mother Clucker was great, and so was the Hawaiian sandwich and the sweet potato fries (with their incredible garlic aioli) that we ordered. This place is very special. Don't miss it!

My all time favorite sandwich spot finally re opened!! . I Used to go to the old location and was so sad when it closed. I recently drove by and saw they re opened and now share a location with the wienerschnitzel. New location is so nice inside. You can tell the owner really cares. Got an Italian and a heater and got them both hot. They were even better than I remember. Everything tasted fresh and hot. Definitely gunna be coming here once a week: sweet potatoes fries with the garlic aioli are my favorite fries, they are a must try.

This new location/owner not as good as the original. The original location / owner was extremely friendly and paid high attention to detail making their food. The food at the new location was okay, but not worth the price. I ordered the Italian, with no lettuce and no tomato. My sandwich arrived with lettuce and tomato. I do not send my food back when it is incorrect due to who knows what someone might do to it. Staff was okay, but nothing to be desired. My total was $36.93, which I paid $40 cash, yet the receipt shows I paid $71 cash, so don't know what that was about.

Best pastrami. Like the fact this place is close to home and convenient to get a great tasting sandwich or salad, it's in the wienerschnitzel! Friendly and courteous staff. Owner really cares about customers.

I have nothing to say but great service and food I ate everything great meat and bread for the cheesesteak sandwich the bomb you can't go wrong here highly recommend coming here I had to add I did order pastrami sandwich to take home for my daughter such a picky eater, she love the pastrami sandwich she said it was perfect

Korean BBQ sandwich is my favorite! Tastes the same as the previous location. I'm glad it is back in town.

I was really happy to see corner deli had reopened. Was left disappointed with the taste. Not as good as the original. It has potential to get there I think. A hint of the past flavor is there. The sandwich had an overall taste of burnt griddle and grease. Maybe if they clean the griddle more often it would be best. Not sure if I will be going back. Really miss the original. And there was no pickle!

The first time here a the food is delicious I had the Moo Moo pastrami sandwich tasty will be back when I'm around town for sure !!!

Found this place by accident, what a treat. This place made me so happy. It's like 20 miles from my house and I could give two number twos. I will definitely be back. The ingredients are great, they are ample and delicious. Whoever the owner is keep it up man this place is great. read more

A lot of interesting sandwich selections, not your typical deli selection. I like the different choices of breads and toppings. I had the Korean BBQ. Excellent flavor, well balanced with the slaw, onions, and cheese. For a little kick and added Sriracha. I also ordered the chili cheese fries. The chili was delicious, but the fries left a little to be desired for. My wife ordered the Philly cheesesteak. Little to no seasoning on the sandwich made it unenjoyable. She also ordered the chili (same chili used for the chili fries), it was absolutely delicious. Definitely will go back to try their other sandwiches. read more

This place is yummy. The menu is kind of overwhelming because they have so many options. I really like the mother clucker but I'm biased because chicken is my favorite dish in the world. So, anything with chicken is usually a-okay in my book. I found the KBBQ sandwich to be too soggy after 5 minutes. They have a lot of sauce options, which goes well with their sweet potato fries. They are very generous with their servings. I'm stuffed with 2/3 of the sandwich. read more

Such a great sandwich! I was in search for a good local sandwich shoppe and Corner Deli did not disappoint. There was a nice selection of sandwiches, sides and salads as well as daily specials. I ordered an Italian sandwich with mayo and mustard. It was made quickly and super fresh. This is definitely a place I plan to visit whenever I'm down in this area. read more

This is one of my favorite places to eat. Today I had the Hot Pants and it was delicious. The sandwich is made with thinly sliced prime rib served on a fresh Italian roll. They use Swiss cheese spinach and a creamy horseradish sauce that is to die for. If you are in the neighborhood it is well worth wild to stop by and have a bite. read more

Wife and I accidently stumbled into this place. We ordered the pastrami sandwich, we were blown away by the premium quality and taste of this amazing sandwich. The corner deli is one of the best if not thee best sandwich spot inthe inland empire. Food...the sandwiches are fresh and straight bomb dot com the Korean BBq is full of flavor like busting in your mouth with flavor. The cheesesteak is one of the best I've tried with grilled onions grilled to perfection. The pastrami dip has The best August jus like the bestttttt. The hat can suck it cuz this pastrami is worlds best. The French fries are crispy and delicious and the prices are very reasonable. If you don't give this place a shot you are missing out. There are daily specials during the week and customer service is great. read more

Last stop before you head out to Vegas with a good sandwich and cant wait for Earl of Sandwich at Planet Hollywood. Used to be a Quiznos. My family and I were out with some friends celebrating my daughter's birthday at Sky High Sports, and we wanted to grab lunch at a kid friendly place close by afterwards. Of course, I looked up eateries on Yelp, and Corner Deli came up with many good ratings, so we decided to try it out. Best. Decision. EVER! Three of us got the traditional cheesesteak sandwich and all of them were perfectly made and yummy. I got the Korean BBQ which was good, but I would have liked the meat to be a little more flavorful, and all the juices soaked through the bottom of the roll, making it a bit soggy. Kids both had grilled cheese and my son remarked that his pickle was "unusually good". So we'll be back, for sure! Thanks, Corner Deli, for a good first experience. :) read more

Went here for a little change up for lunch that wasn't the usual chain. Everyone liked their sandwiches (pastrami and Korean BBQ). I had the Korean BBQ, it was perfectly cooked and packed with meat. I took half to go since it was a little too much food for me with the fries. Speaking of fries.. the sweet potato fries are freaking amazing. perfectly cooked, not greasy, not soggy. Ill def go back. One star deducted due to lack of seating. read more

Sandwich shops are a dime a dozen but there is something special about Corner Deli. I've been in several times on Saturday and they usually have a lunch rush. Closely located to the freeway and outlets makes it prime realty. From the Korean Bbq to the Buffalo chicken each sandwich is personally made. I've tried nearby sandwich shops and they don't seem to put the effort or presentation. I recommend this shop to anyone who's tired of the same old subwaytogos sandwich. If you are going to have a sandwich make sure it's tasty and presentable. Friendly service every time. Made fresh to order in a timely manner. Until I can find another sandwich shop to best corner deli I keep coming back. All of the sandwiches that I have tried I have liked so try them all! BTW Korean BBQ the best. read more

Had a great lunch with my daughter for a delayed Christmas gift. She took me knowing it is a place with great food and friendly atmosphere that we both enjoy . Close and convenient to the Edward's cinemas in ontario, they make a very fresh and excellent flavored Philly cheesesteak sandwich which we both gobbled up. So yummy!! I had the Italian and the bread was so fresh and moist. The meat was to die for! Over all one of the best sandwiches. Other than I don't like oil and vinegar and forgot to tell them. So I tasted that too much! (My own fault!) My hubs has the Don Won. It was so amazing. We ended up trading half for half. Mouth Watering! The onion rings were mediocre. The fries were good. I am definitely a fan. I can't say I've tried everything on the menu but I have had at least 5 or 6 different sandwiches. The hot sandwiches were really good, especially the Korean BBQ. The cold sandwiches were okay but not nearly as special as the hot ones. The seating is sparse, packed, and flimsy but don't let that keep you away, the food more than makes up for the decor. If you are looking for a change from the typical mass produced chain sandwich then go to Corner Deli and you won't go back. read more

Stopped by Jamba for my regular while visiting from out of town. Read the reviews on yelp and made room in my tummy for a Buffalo Chicken signature sandwich. Got number 68, or 89, but whatever the number was, food came in 4 minutes. NICE! And the staff was friendly, too. The sandwich was heavy looking, not for the light of heart. Tasty and filling, but not good for my health. It was also very messy, dripping all over my hands (and shirt because I am a guy). But live a little and enjoy a tasty sandwich at the Corner Deli. read more

Saw this place on Yelp and decided to pass by. Was welcomed when I entered by the cashier and cook. I ordered two Korean BBQ sandwiches with fries and sweet potato fries. We're not from the area, hungry for a late lunch and found this little deli recommended on Yelp. We split a Hawaiian sub and swapped out the garlic aioli with honey mustard. It was delicious! The manager (we think it was the manager) was very friendly too! I would definitely return and try one of the other delicious sounding sandwiches! read more

This is my favorite sandwich place in the area. It is always busy during lunch hours especially during he work week, but they get their orders out pretty quickly and efficiently! My favorite is the Korean BBQ sandwich with the spicy Korean sauce. I have nothing negative to say about this place. The people are nice and the food is good. I guess the only thing would be it might sometimes be a little full in the room if you're planning to dine in but there's tables outside too. Love it here. Keep it up guys! read more

I was recommended this place when I started school in the area a year ago and it's my go-to lunch place since then. They have a great menu of specialty sandwiches with plenty of ways to personalize each order, from different kinds of breads to spreads. The food is always fresh and so are the deals! Not to mention, great customer service and speedy service to get me back in time to enjoy my lunch break. read more

Bomb.com!!! I have been coming here for a couple of years now and I never get tired of it, simply because I can always change up my choice with the many delicious sandwiches they prepare. History

Established in 2010.

Corner Deli was founded by Don Won, who brought his own twist to classic deli sandwiches by combining bold flavors with a passion for quality food. What started as a simple idea grew into a local favorite known for doing things differently. Over time, the deli was passed down to his nephew Daniel, who continued the tradition. When Daniel was ready to move on, Corner Deli was purchased by Nick, a longtime customer and local business owner who also owns a Wienerschnitzel nearby. Nick had been a loyal fan of Corner Deli for years and believed it was too special to disappear. With a vision to bring it back stronger, he relocated the deli inside Wienerschnitzel and officially reopened in January 2026. Today, Corner Deli continues its legacy with a renewed focus on quality, consistency, and bold, crave-worthy sandwiches for the Ontario community.

We waited about 20 minutes for the sandwiches so they suggested we call by phone next time if we didn't want a long wait. The meatballs were huge, which made it a pretty filling sandwich despite the small size. The bread was also good so the only thing that could've made it better was another slice of cheese to cover the entire top. There's no indoor seating so it's to-go orders only. It's a small mom-and-pop shop, and you can tell they're working hard to keep the business going so I was happy to support.

The chicken and mushroom sounds more normal but it was just so good. The fillings were so tender and was very saucy, which I like. For this bakery, there's their usual flavors, but the special flavors must be called in advance, so make sure you're aware before you come so you know if you need order ahead of time. The owner was super nice. We told her it was our first time so she was very patient when we browsed around. I also looked at the cookies a bit curiously and she was nice enough to let me try one. Bonus: The cookie was on the harder side with a bit of chewiness. I like harder cookies, so for me it's perfect. On first look, it looks very homemade, but upon biting into it, it was delicious. It had a very comforting flavor, likes of chocolate chips throughout. I regret not buying her pack, but I'll get it next time. If you're not here for the pot pies, I highly recommend the cookies. Eventually, we had to get up and ask for our check ourselves because apparently that was too much to expect. At that point, it was obvious that nobody working there cared whether we had a good experience or not. I've worked in customer service and understand that places get busy, but this wasn't a matter of being busy, it was a matter of not caring. We were treated as if we didn't exist. If this is the standard of service this restaurant accepts, there are plenty of other places that deserve your money far more than this one. Having tasted almost all the sandwhiches here, I can honestly say I haven't yet been disappointed. They have a vast array tasty and different sandwhiches that you won't find at just any sandwhich joint, and these ones will blow any subway sandwhich out of the water. If I were to choose one it would definitely be the Don Won. This had got to me the best pastrami sandwhich I've ever tasted, mind you, I've grown up with The Hat not too far away. I just don't see a reason to go there anymore seeing that Corner Deli offers a better sandwhich at a better price. Service is excellent. I've come to know the owners and their son ever wince they first started, you'll typically see the Dad or son taking orders at the register. Protip: you can call in your order and they will always be ready once you get there. Pro tip 2: sweet potato fries with garlic aioli sauce is orgasmic and pairs perfectly with a Don Won. If you're wanting a quality sandwhich place at a great price, head over to Corner Deli. You will jot be disappointed. read more

My review is solely based on the BBQ sandwich that was recommended by the cashier and apparently is their biggest seller. Rather than a microwave that is widely used with Togo's or Subway, the thin slices of meat are heated on a grill (or skillet?) which creates a tender smoky flavor within the meat and veggies. Furthermore, the soft bread is warmed by holding a 1/2lb of thinly sliced Korean meat, onions, and cheese. To top off this already juicy concoction, a spicy sweet Korean sauce accompanies the sandwich, providing a flavor that isn't typically found in your basic sandwich joints. I have always gone to Ontario Wienerschnitzel because it's close to my work and it may be the cleanest fast food establishment I have ever entered... anyways I've been seeing the signs at the store about the Corner Deli coming soon to this store (so same building and owner and everything just two options, hot dogs or sandwiches). So I went there today to get some corn dogs and I saw it was finally open. The owner happened to be there and I asked him what he recommended and he said try the #6 MotherClucker. I tried this new sandwich spot for the first time and was seriously impressed. I ordered the cheesesteak sandwich, and it did not disappoint--the steak had amazing flavor, was cooked perfectly, and paired so well with the melted cheese. You can tell they really care about the quality of their ingredients. The restaurant itself was extremely clean, which I always appreciate, and the overall vibe was welcoming. This place is annoyingly busy during lunch hours so prepare for a little wait. When you do order though everything on the menu is great. And I mean everything. I even tried the SOS salad on sandwich and no I'm not a vegetarian. Add the peanut dressing to that one for a really quick meal when you're feeling guilty about eating all their other sandwiches.
