Dr Sandro Tomita office has shown outstanding service. I came across this dental office after experiencing an unfortunately cracked/chip tooth on a Friday afternoon. Office staff, Ms Liz was able to accommodate me on that same day. X-rays were taken to determine if there was an urgency to address the issue or if I would be able to return on Monday for a temporary crown, thanks goodness there wasn't. I returned the following week for the temporary crown and the week after that the permanent crown to be placed on the chip tooth. Dr Tomita, has shown excellent care and patience. Liz and Ruby are a perfect team/staff that have shown professionalism and great customer service, adds a welcoming feeling at each visit. First, I'd like to say that I've only had one dental appointment at this location, but my review is regarding the office personnel. I called last Friday, May 2 at 9 AM. And requested a copy of my x-rays because I would be seeing another dentist. I called the office around 1 PM after I had signed the release and was looking for the x-rays. I did not receive a call back. I emailed the office and asked if they could send the x-rays on Monday. I received an email back on Monday stating that they were sent check my spam mail. I replied back to the office. I did not receive them in regular or spam mail after work around 5 PM I went to the office to pick up the x-rays that would be needed for the next days exam I met with Liz who was the office personnel she told me that she couldn't email them because it was time for her to leave. I told her my appointment was the very next morning and I asked her if she could just send them again she was rude not willing to help but wanted to prove a point to me that she has sent them only to find out that she was sending her correspondence which were the x-rays to the wrong email address. Her customer service was horrible. She was combative and defensive and after she realized she sent them to the wrong email her statement was well at least you can see that I sent them. O stars would not do justice to her subpar customer service. I asked her in the beginning why are all of the email received except for what I was requesting? read more

I am complete Chicken S**t when it comes to visiting the Dentist. I've always hated it, the idea of drills haunts me in my sleep, and I can never differentiate between pain and pressure in my mouth. But, what I fear more than that is all of the teeth rotting out of my head. So here I was, between a rock and a hard place, and after 10 (yes 10) years of not visiting the dentist, I decided that It was time to do my adult-like duties and schedule an appointment with Dr. Tomita. Now, Corporate Dental has been my family dentist for the last 30 years. The staff is awesome and the receptionist, Liz has known me since I was a wee lass. So I was absolutely comfortable throughout the entire process of making the appointment to scheduling me on a Saturday. Although I am still terrified of the dentist, the staff and Dr. Tomita are awesome! They are friendly, I feel at home, they always make sure the nitrous oxide is ready, and I am no longer stressed out by the idea that I'll need dentures by the time I'm 40. read more

Tomita is precise, particular, deeply cares about you and your teeth, never gives anything less then excellence, will not rip you off like most dentists. Instead of explanation and remedy the approach is to repeat same muddled explanation with more volume. Unacceptable behavior to staff and patient too frequently. Wildly disappointing! I move to the area and had intermittent pain in my gums. I have not been to the dentist for a long time so I wanted to make sure I went to a dentist that I can trust so I can keep going. When my family dentist Dr. McReynolds past away I didn't know what I was going to do. Luckily I didn't have to wonder for too long. Dr. Tomita took over his practice. This is a really nice guy. Excellent service and helpful doctor! I have super sensitive gums. Tomita uses a numbing spray which works much better than the gel. Fast and effective cleaning with lots of helpful guidance. He also straightened out my bite which reduced my grinding. Yay! read more

I have to say...honestly, all of my reviews tend to be negative reviews. So, when I post a positive review, it's because my experience was STELLAR. I really hate dentists and almost ALL of my experiences have been the down right unpleasant. With that said I was prepared to dislike yet another dentist, but you can't help but end up liking Dr. Tomita. Even though he did talk about how my teeth without a filter, he does great work at the end of the day. Even on a tooth he's about to put a crown on, the filling feels like my real tooth. The grooves all feel so natural. He definitely will try to salvage a tooth before going extreme. Gotta lotta love for this guy here. Why? Because I'm picky and love passion. Dr. Tomita is friendly and extremely passionate. His work speaks for itself. I was referred by my friends whom also have had work done by Dr. Tomita. I really liked that my friends vaneers looked natural and not like chicklets. I had four vaneers, build ups, cap, fillings and a gingivectomy and it all came out perfect. I also did a bleaching before all the other work. I had to find a new dentist after my dentist of 17 years retired. For me, trying to find a new dentist is almost as challenging as finding a new hair stylist. I'm a loyalist, so once I find someone I like; I stick with them! Dr. Tomita was a chance I took based reading a few yelp reviews, location and also one of those mailers I received in the mail. It was a chance I'm glad I took. Dr. Tomita and his staff are professionals and truly care about their patients. He uses top-notch equipment, which seem to be high-tech and modern. I've been going to Dr. Tomita at his office, Corporate Pointe Dental, for nearly 20 years. When I first went, I had been so traumatized by previous dental work that I had avoided going to a dentist for almost 2 decades. Dr. Tomita was kind, non-shaming, and we worked out a plan for him to use nitrous oxide for my first work. Each successive time I went -- needing no nitrous oxide-- I was calmer. I now look forward to my dental visits! I am comforted by his top-of-the-line, up-to-date equipment and mindset, and his friendly staff. The office is pristine, "beautiful" even, in the waiting room. There's a landscape view with bouncing and singing birds for the client sitting in the dental chair, Then too, relaxing music, warm blankets, if desired, and plenty of pauses during the work in which he says, "breathe." I've been to several Dentists over the years and firmly believe I found the most knowledgeable, caring, and hardworking Dentist in all of Southern California. Dr. Tomita Sandro is wonderful. My first visit was initially for a checkup and cleaning, but Dr. Sandro spent considerable amount of time correcting past dental work. Now my bite feels more natural and the jaw muscles feel more relaxed! I liked my initial visit so much that I went back several times to remove and replace old silver fillings and a bad cap. Dr. Tomita and his whole staff run a first class operation. I've a lot of work done with Dr. Tomita - both cosmetic and routine cleanings - so I think my review should be helpful. Finding a good dentist can be a daunting task. Dr. Tomita was the second dentist I had seen in LA. When I needed cosmetic work I got a recommendation from my old invisalign orthodontist. He referred me to Dr. Tomita, and I'm so glad he did. Not only did my crown and veneers come out FANTASTiC, but he cleaned my teeth more throughly than any dentist I've had before. There many things I like about Dr. Tomita's operation: the office is clean, appointments are always on time, everyone is friendly as can be (the staff is AWESOME - shout out to Liz). But for me, all of the above is not really that important. 98.65% of my concern is with the final product, and Dr. Tomita has continually delivered. My family was blown away with the cosmetic work, and I was impressed by his attention to detail during routine cleanings. For example: my orthodontist had left rough edges on some of my bottom teeth (its not uncommon to file down teeth to make room as the bite aligns). As a result, my bottom teeth stained much easier than before (I love coffee. And tea.). Rather than just cleaning the stains, he spent time (on multiple occasions) smoothing out the teeth and fixing the imperfections caused by another professional. Dr. Tomita is a man who seems obsessed patient satisfaction. If you're not happy with the final result, he will go above and beyond to make sure you are. Even if it comes out of his own pocket. One final note - he only sees one patient at a time. He has a big office, but makes sure to schedule patients such that his attention is devoted you. No jumping around and sticking you with an unqualified nurse (as I've experienced with other dentists). Final Final Note - although I live in Santa Monica, Corporate Pointe is right off the 90, so its really easy to get to from pretty much anywhere in LA. And parking is free/paid for. read more

This is actually not my first time using Corporate pointe dental. This is the only dentist I've gone to for the past 18 years. I've gone to one other because I moved but then decided going to CPD was the best option. I'd like to illustrate how great the service and care Is with this business. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by the lovely Liz dental assistant/office administrator, if you show up on time there is no wait at all. These people go above and beyond to make sure your experience is educational as well as beneficial one to your health. Dr. Tomita's attention to detail as well as his surgically precise hands leave you wondering why you don't go to the dentist more often. His eyes are always on the prize.
