First of all, this dental office smelled like a motel and looked pretty old. The equipments were outdated. When I got there, I waited 20-30 minutes before I was finally escorted to X-ray. When I got to X-ray, the tech didn't explain what he was doing before starting, I had to ask,"what are we doing now?" When I saw the dentist, there was some small talk then he proceeded to dig these sharp pins into my teeth without telling me what he's doing. It was so painful and I was so uncomfortable. When I told him I didn't want to continue because of the pain, his attitude was horrible. I came for a regular check up and cleaning, which I never got. You definitely won't catch me coming back here again. Nope! I'll schedule my deep cleaning with a dentist that's compassionate and cares, with a nicer office. read more

First off I have seen Dr. Khodadadi since 2014. He's a wonderful dentist who isn't pushy with his patients. Every time I see him, he always reacts like seeing an old friend asking how my life has been and he remembers little facts I told him here and there which is nice considering he has a lot of patients. This review is also for his excellent dental hygienist Theresa! I haven't met someone who absolutely loves what she does and educates the patients on proper maintenance of healthy dental care. She's sincerely looooves talking to her patients and it's such a wonderful thing to see. I hope he keeps her around for a very long time. She's a great human being. read more

The office made so complicated to make an appointment! They told me I had to do an exam first but I just wanted a regular cleaning. When I called my insurance they told me this dentist would resign on October 1st. The appointment will be too late for me to go and be covered by my insurance anyway. Why do I have to have X-rays and exam when they can have information from my previous doctor and just perform a regular simple cleaning!!??? read more

I've been coming to Dr. Khodadadi's office for about two years now and overall, I'm very satisfied with the treatment and services that I have been provided. Pros 1. My insurance covers it, so that's great. 2. The staff is friendly. I had to cancel an appointment a couple of days before and they were able to book me just a week or two after my original appointment date to keep up with my six month routinely check up/cleaning. 3. Office location and ease of parking - very accessible. 4. Good cleanings and helpful, educational information to improve self-care. Cons 1. You have to be clear that you'd like your cleaning and check up at the same time. I understand from a logistical and scheduling standpoint why one would book it like this, but it's inconvenient to the patient (especially if you have to come to two separate appointments in the span of a week or two). Like I said, overall, this is really great service and treatment. I'm happy that I found Dr. Khodadadi and will continue to receive services here! read more

Dr. Khodadadi is the only dentist I've had that actually remembers you personally and sincerely cares about your health and comfort. I've only been to him for the past couple years for regular cleanings and am impressed at how much he remembers me personally. Granted he could be making notes in his files after our cleaning sessions but regardless, it shows that he cares to go that extra mile. Really friendly staff too, couldn't ask for more! The Westchester office is not the most modern of buildings or interiors -- but that does not mean this doctor is not advanced and up-to-date. I am thrilled to have found him - he's gentle, patient, extremely thorough. Did I mention "extremely?" He will never rush your treatment and he goes the extra mile. He offers suggestions and opinions for treatment options, but he's never pushy. He will always give a printout with breakdown of cost, too, before any work is done. His staff is also friendly. I highly recommend him - I have recommended three people so far who needed lots of dental work done due to waiting to long, and they all love Dr Khodadadi, too - and would encourage those with Dentist Anxiety to give him a try. read more

He and his staff are wonderful; I just can't say enough good things. Like others on this list, I've always HATED the dentist, UNTIL NOW. Dr. Khash is the best dentist I've ever been to BY FAR and I trust him completely. He's constantly trying to increase his knowledge, even though he's well established and has a family with small children at home. I only wish that everyone I work with was as professional and conscientious. Not to mention he's VERY concerned about his patient's comfort and will do whatever possible to make sure it's a pain-free experience. As a patient quite fearful of dentist, I must admit that this dentist and his staff put all of my worries at ease right off the bat. With kind receptionists and skilled hygienists, you immediately know that all of your needs will be taken care of to the highest degree. The absolute highlight of the office is the dentist himself, Dr. Khodadadi. Extremely gentle and caring, it is obvious that he is not only well versed in the technical aspects of patient care, but also bedside manners as well. I went to him for wisdom teeth extraction and after having carefully looked at my X-rays, he told me that I would need an oral surgeon for the best results (my wisdom teeth were HEAVILY impacted, even the oral surgeon had an extremely tough time with them -___-). Rather than charge me a large sum for the extraction, he was kind enough to educate me about the best option available. Hey this place is great, the doctor is really good more then 17 years of experience. the personel is also very experienced. I have always been scared of dentist, and I had been going to a previous dentist, and doctor khodadadi let me know problems that weren't even diagnosed by my last dentist, so this doctor knows his stuff. hes also very gentle and through, he takes his time, but I like it that way, cuz I know he did a good job with no rush. and I was honestly seen right away, I hardly waited at all! great!. read more

This review is for the Westchester Clinic. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I just changed my dentist as he was little far away from home. Biggest mistake of the year was going to this place. I had bunch of xrays taken last week and I was waiting for more than 2 hours after the xrays were taken for no apparent reason. I went in as a new patient and then they took 4 xrays. Dr.Khashyar measured the gums and suggested I needed a deep cleaning, which my previous dentist whom I visited before couple of months never suggested who was very thorough. After that he said I needed 4 extra xrays due to deep cleaning and i got that done.After which the hygienist gave me how much it would cost for deep cleaning ($480 after insurance) and option whitening for $350. She gave me this and went away.I was thinking the doc was gonna come see me again and but I was just there for an hour and I had to remind them that I was just sitting there and I need to leave if there is nothing else. The doc came and he asked if I had any questions. I asked him if he saw my extra xrays and he said " yeah yeah , you need deep cleaning as you have lot of bone loss" which none of my dentist had previously said and I had removed my braces before a year and that is how my teeth was going to look. So now I requested a copy of all my xrays and that was it. The whole office's tone changed and started almost screaming at me. Anyways I got couple of appointments for this week and I just called and told them (actually spoke to the dentist itself) that I dont want deep cleaning and just do the regular cleaning. Here comes the highlight , the dentist said he cannot do some service that I don't need. Wow , I NEEDED DEEP CLEANING BUT I DON'T NEED REGULAR CLEANING. Stay away from this place and not worth your time or money. read more

Dr. Khodadadi has been my dentist since 2008 until now. He is very nice/friend and very professional. He is very nice to students and reasonable when i was both in college and now in graduate school. He has given me the best prices and for the job he does i think i rip him off. I never had a dentist pay such attention to detail. Most of the ones i was use to just did it fast and wanted the $$$. This Dr. actually cares, he even numbs my gums b4 the injection!!! i hate that needle =). If you are a student, talk to him, very reasonable with students, i think he genuinly wants every1 to have a nice smile and be satisfied with his work. His staff is very friendly and very flexible. This is a review of my experience with Dr. Khodadadi I was refered to this Dr. one of the main reasons that I decided to give him a try was because I was told about his painless technique with anestesia, he is very thorough and detailed he takes his time to do things right. When it has to do with your teeth I would prefer to be done right instead of bad service and suffer the consequences later.
