Sometimes last minute lunch decisions are the best decisions. My boss wanted me to ordered pizza last minute for work. He suggested Cosmo's! I placed the order online for an 11am delivery. Shortly after the store called me saying they already had a deliver for 11am but they would try to get my order delivered around 11:15am. I told them that was perfect and they delivered at 11:10am! Perfect! I honestly don't remember what I ordered but I think it was one of each of their popular ones. They were hot and fresh and full of flavor! Perfect choose for a team lunch! Cosmo's is in a class of pizza of its own. The best way to describe it is as NYC but with a twist. It's a thin and delicious foldable slice. The sauce is custom, and it shows. It has a unique flavor that sets their pies apart from everyone else. And the cheese and toppings are just as stellar. Every pie, every slice, has the optimal ratio of toppings. Be sure to check out the cheese pull when it's fresh. This shop is huge with plenty of seating. The staff is so incredible, I would want to hire them all if I were opening my own place. One bonus about going to the shop is watching them make the pizzas just behind the counter. But you can definitely get the same world-class pizza delivered. They have their own delivery staff (no hand off to a third party), and they rock as well. read more

Terrible customer service. After being told they have good pizza I drove very far out of my way after a long day at work to get their pizza for my family to celebrate something. Upon arriving I was told that they are having problems with the payment equipment. I was not told at the time I placed the order that there would be issues. My card has a bad strip and I was told I cannot pay with chip or Apple Pay. When I asked if there is a solution to the issue I was given no real response. Just "we're working on it. No timeline on when that would be or other solution. Left with no food for a long drive home. Will not be returning. read more

We stopped in for a slice. It is nice to have this option instead of having to commit to a whole pie. We were in around 9pm on a bustling Saturday night with a full lobby and many delivery orders flying off of the shelf. There is no service here but the people working here were all very nice to us. There are many tables and some swivel seats at the counter for smaller parties of 1-2. Unfortunately, the pizza was bland from the crust to the sauce to the cheese. They purposely underbaked the crust as it was pale in color on top but there was some golden brown on the bottom. Bear in mind, we just prefer golden brown all around, not seeking any char on a NY style crust or any pizza really. We wished the ingredients were better. Despite adding the pregrated parmesan cheese food product and some ranch dressing it was a bust. The ranch dressing was very heavy sour cream leaning with an overwhelming dried dill flavor. The consistency was good but we didn't care for the overall flavor. It was one note. It definitely needed salt, garlic powder and onion powder, you know, some of that ranch dressing spice pizzazz. We are glad we tried it. This pizza might be better appreciated if you have imbibed of alcohol and/or some other substance(s). This pizza is for hard core pizza enthusiasts who love pizza no matter how bad. read more

Gosh, I love Cosmo's! If I want a slice of pizza this is my go to place. There are a couple locations throughout the Denver metro area. This is the one that I go to most often. There is always indoor and outdoor seating. They have a variety of slices premade, and they can put pretty much any toppings on a plain cheese. The slices are huge and that's my favorite part! If you are a ranch lover, make sure to get the spicy ranch. It's delicious and not too spicy. They do offer gluten-free, and vegan pizza but you must order a whole pie. The largest size pizza is huge! This makes for great party pizza. They have fun themed rotating plastic cups for soda. I love the Grim Reaper cups that recently debuted in October 2022. Overall, great pizza, always a solid choice. If you're trying to come late night, double check the hours and call ahead. I have tried to come here late at night and they have been closed, despite the website saying they're open. read more

We grabbed a slice from Cosmo's which was down the street from our Airbnb. The place reminded me big time of Ian's pizza in Madison, WI. Nice big slices. Typical ordering process. You can call ahead or order there. You will have to wait if ordering inside because they will warm it up in the oven. The food is basic but it's cheap and easy, so my son and I go there often. The staff is usually great but they change hands often and the guys that work the kitchen now, are disgusting and rude. Manager clearly hates his life and the owner supports sexual predators. We had just walked in and I was ordering some slices, had my son and his friend take a seat at the table behind me and they were playing with eachother while I ordered. The very next second, the man in the kitchen is SCREAMING at my son "HEYYYY, don't put that in his mouth". I was literally shocked, it happened so fast and I'd like to say these kids are very well behaved. Mistakes happen, that's part of learning as a kid. Regardless of what a kid is doing, you don't scream at kids in front of the entire restaurant, making EVERYONE uncomfortable. Screaming is not "simply asking". Politely asking someone not to do something would have been sufficient or better yet, asked ME. There is no situation where a complete stranger gets to scream at kids, make a spectacle, slamming dough bins around and making a scene, and THEN comment on women's appearances with other employees. The 'manager' proceeded to discuss what I look like and tell his co worker that, "I wish my mom would go out looking like that, honestly". Who even says something like that about their mom?! Disgusting! The fact that you support sexual harassment and mocking of children as acceptable, is a disgrace. We hadn't even been inside the store 1 minute before this happened. Completely uncalled for! His constant comments on my appearance went on the whole time we were eating and made me very uncomfortable. Couldn't wait to get out of there. Someone should shove his ego up his a** thinking he can talk to anyone like that. I called to express concern over the creep running the business, as to not cause a further scene than what was already being displayed by staff in front of the children and I'd do it again too. To clarify, my son didn't put anything in his mouth. He shook the parm over his face so the cheese would fall in his mouth. I understand the sanitation issue, but you don't seem too concerned about sanitation based on the cleanliness of your business and staff with hair everywhere / not washing their hands. "please don't do that" would have been the "simple" request we were looking for, minus the sexual harassment. Kids make mistakes and I did have a conversation with him about it. He's 6! What's your managers excuse? Do better! I was raised in the restaurant industry and you are an embarrassment. Go to Sexy Pizza, unless you want to get yelled at and sexually harassed, then cosmos is your place!! read more

Not only did we find the greatest pizza ever...huge, thin sliced, best tasting pizza around with amazingly affordable prices, but the atmosphere was beyond great. The funnest, nicest bunch of young people working there. They bend over backwards to make sure you're happy. One guy is continually hand tossing the dough. It's quite the sight to see. I have to give a shout out to Allison and Aaron. All three times we've been in there, those two have gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of!! They made my birthday! Ordered a build your own pizza online picking out toppings and the software they use printed them a cheese pizza. I cannot be the only person this has happened to. $42 for a cheese pizza. I tipped delivery driver 20 percent but didn't look at pizza until I got into my hotel room. My husband told me to call them and have them pick it up. I drove the un-bitten untouched pizza thinking face to face in best, red head man was a jerk telling me to pay for an entire new pizza that his ticket says cheese pizza. What a great place! I've been to the boulder location a million times - so it was a great change of atmosphere. The staff was great :) big smiles from everyone. My pizza slice tasted so great. Checked this place out as I have been watching the Barstool pizza review guy a lot lately. The thin New York style pizza is delicious! The staff were super friendly. Came right when they opened at 11am and they had fresh hot pizza on display. I asked for a slice of sausage which wasn't displayed. No worries though. They can pretty much take a slice of cheese and add whatever toppings you wish. I'm glad to have found this place as I will probably say some of the best pizza in Denver! read more

Been eating here last 10 years starting up in Boulder now visiting the north location almost every weekend, ordering the same thing until those last weekend when I have a young girl at the counter, some GenZ girl tell me she can't order me a slice of cheese and add pineapple cut in half.. pizza comes out with no pineapple on it... give her a pass the first time when I come in next weekend and it's the same young girl that is at the counter and she wants to tell me what I have to order when I can't order. I'm gonna give her a fucking piece of my 80's Some young kid. Tell me what I can and can't have check yourself at the door, young girl maybe somebody at the office needs to give you a lesson of what pizza is when the customer orders it just make it in charge him for it at the counter.. looking forward to my next visit. Meh....first time I tried their pizza. Slightly under cooked, veggies were plentiful but the ham was sparse at best. Looked they skimped on the protein to save $. Sauce and cheese were ok. Paid $24 for 16" with $3 tip and picked it up. Expected more for $27. Doesn't compare to my sister's pizza restaurant back in Michigan or pizza in Chicago but it is a small chain so my expectations were not too high. Service was good and friendly at pick up. Honestly I love this place. Service can be hit or miss but it's always pretty quick and it's one of the few places you can get late(-ish) slices (there are more, just not anywhere close to Westminster) so when I get the itch, Cosmo's is gonna scratch it. Slices are decent sized to a little much, which is what I like. Crust is simple, I always opt for pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, or combinations of either. The sauce is a little sweet which, I also like. I'm not a ranch lover but my partner will kill me if I don't get any spicy ranch for her. The big take-out drink cups are a staple in our home so that's a bonus! While Cosmo's is awesome for big slices, you can get giant 24" pies for parties or a small group of gluttonous friends. We've ordered Cosmo's for work parties, I've had it for birthdays, they make vegan pies as well so it's an easy crowd pleaser! I had placed an online order to pick up on the way home knowing i would have to wait a bit for the pizza to finish cooking since we ordered a pretty big pizza. I showed up and was told there would be a 10 minute wait, the restaurant was empty and there were 6 employees in the front making pizzas. I happily sat and waited 25 minutes. After waiting quite a bit after my quoted time I approached the front and asked about the status of my pizza. 3 employees then start frantically looking around for my pizza, which was never made to begin with. I then sat and waited another 30 minutes after being told the pizza would be finished in 8 minutes which everyone knows is impossible pizza cooking time for a 24 inch pizza. There was nothing offered for my waste of time, or poorly made pizza. The vibe of the restaurant is cool and modern, but after basically an hour you get pretty sick of it. Cosmo's recently opened up by us so we thought we'd give it a try after having some friends over to help us with some yard work. I ordered a 24 in pizza, breadsticks, and a chef salad. Everyone was starving so I figured we'd have zero leftovers. Well, I was mistaken. The pizza slices were larger than our plates and everyone filled up on one slice and a breadstick! So we now have salad for another meal and 3 slices leftover as well.
