My husband and I just had our second visit to Cosmo's Bistro and we enjoyed it so much I decided to give our review. He got the Salmon Salad. The Salmon was grilled to perfection, and the salad was fantastic with or without the fish. I got the hamburger that is the best that I've eaten. They have a true Chef, and you can tell with his homemade breads, pasta dishes etc. The staff is friendly and have the courtesy and ability to give the customer what they ask for. The meals were an excellent value. I would highly recommend this Bistro to everyone. With quality like this it deserves to prosper!!! read more

Came here the other night and I'll never go back. The service was horrible. The waiter forgot to bring us our wine, our dessert and gave away our boxed leftovers to someone who ordered food to go. He then brought us the bill and wasn't going to say anything about giving away our left overs until we asked for them. When I looked at the bill, he charged us for the food he gave away. I'll be honest if he was forthcoming about his mistake I would have overlooked it and paid for the food he gave away but his dishonesty pissed me off. Never again. read more

We sat outdoors on a nice day, and the restaurant has created a nice little ambience (and kept certain nice elements from when it used to be Sergio's). The food ranges from decent to good. My pulled pork sandwich was average, but I thought my friend's veggie sandwich was great. The fries come in a cute little basket, which was a nice touch, and I was pleasantly surprised by the apple coleslaw (I am not generally a coleslaw fan). The bruschetta was supposed to have prosciutto, but we are both pretty sure it was actually just bacon. The service was warm and friendly, but not necessarily efficient since both servers on duty were helping us. It might be easier for them if servers get their own tables; if not, it requires constant communication between the two. I would come back here. read more

This is a very quaint bistro, perfect for a lunch date on such a beautiful day. The environment is the highlight... The food was "ok". Don't get me wrong, it was good ... just not great. The pulled pork was on point! That dish is a "must try" if you do visit. The small plate of shrimp stuffed mushrooms are also delicious! The miss on this trip for me were the lettuce cups. Really the only thing I thought was that the price didn't match the portion/flavor too well. We had the eggplant parmesan and chicken parmesan. (Side note, it was weird that they were similarly priced but the eggplant didn't come with pasta) So they both were cooked well, fettacini was soft but not too much. Chicken we cooked but not dry. They really nailed the texture of the eggplant. But, so so much salt. Missed anything else that might be there in the sauce. We might go back but it's not the best Italian you can get for the price in the area. read more

SERVICE DISAPPOINTMENT Upfront I will acknowledge that fact that this occurred on Mother's Day, but their lack of service ruined ours. Ordered takeout, via DOOR DASH. They accepted the order, then an hour later when the driver arrived for the pickup they told him they were to busy to prepare takeout orders. So an hour and ten minutes later as we are waiting for our food we get a call that they did not process the order, even though I have an order confirmation. Our Mother's Day dinner ruined. Could have just told us upfront and we would have understood but an hour and ten minutes later and they initially accepted the order...come on what happen to customer service. Excellent food and very responsive staff. I started with the French onion soup that was delicious. My wife started with a Caeser salad that was very good as well. My main dish was the Atlantic salmon and my wife had the lasagna. Both dishes were very good. We will definitely be back. read more

Just passing through town and found this little gem on Yelp. I ate a simple dish of angel hair pasta with garlic, olive oil and Roma tomatoes. Stopped by today for Sunday lunch and it was closed, at noon. No sign indicating why.

I hate to write a negative review on any business because I too own a business and know how these reviews can effect a potential customers perception, but the service we received today was a horrible showing on how a restaurant should be ran. I came in today with 3 coworkers to celebrate an office birthday. We ordered the Salmon Salad, ABC Burger, French Dip and NY Bistro Salad. First off, as we sat we noticed small flies all over the window seal and some flying around, so much so that when the Salmon salad was placed on the table, one of the flies landed on it. We didn't want to be a pain so we just dealt with it, until my coworker went to dig into her salad and right on top was a lovely hair (from what we could see it didn't appear that the chef was wearing a hair net of any kind). So we showed the waitress (and not to judge appearances but she had nails that were as long as my pinky finger and long green and black hair) and instead of apologizing, she just took the plate angrily and left, but not before handing us a wet towel to cleanup all the dead flies on the window seal that we noticed when we sat. Yes you read that right, she gave us the towel to clean it up!! Meanwhile the other salad we had ordered with NO CHEESE came out with what do you know...Cheese on it! Our coworker in on a strict diet so it was important that this was removed from the salad, so they took that salad and brought it back and if you can believe it, THERE WAS STILL CHEESE. They tried to just take a layer off and top it with some more lettuce but they failed to notice the lettuce they added on top was slimy and very unappetizing, so as my coworker picked those pieces out she ran into more cheese. Again we thought, whatever lets try to move on, the ABC Burger was good and the Beef Dip was okay if you like beef jerky style beef, but we ate it. In the end we thought surely the chef would come out to apologize or see how everything was tasting, or even offer a meal to be removed, but we got no such thing! No apologies, just a bill for the full price of an awful meal! read more

We actually had our wedding rehearsal dinner here and had the outside patio all to ourselves that evening. Food was amazing. We had braised short ribs, chicken masala, lagsana, and chicken pesto. Cosmos included foccacia pizza and salad as well. Lots of food for 50 people at a very reasonable price. No one left hungry. I came here on Valentine's Day to get an early lunch with my girlfriend, we were the first customers inside @11:05am so it was nice to pretty much have the restaurant to ourselves and the staff was very relaxed yet tentative to our lunch. It was such a nice atmosphere overall and the quality of the food was superb. Bread was warm, the pizza on the cheese was stringy like the commercials, and the pasta was plated beautifully. I was very pleased with the quality of the meal despite them barely opening their doors. I HIGHLY recommend for a pleasant evening out without breaking the bank! read more

We planned a private "girls night out" party here. We had a group of 50. The Italian entrees were amazing, plentiful and served hot. Set up was to be outside on the heated patios but because of rain and cold they moved us in and went above and beyond to cater to us.
