Honestly, when a friend suggested this spot, I thought it was the hotel bar at Marriott. Nope! Turns out, it's a casual-gourmet place downtown with some of the friendliest service ever. The restaurant is pretty large with a cozy fireplace, extensive bar menu (beer, cocktails, wines, and mocktails), and really delicious dishes. We liked the Courtyard Social very much. We relaxed and didn't feel rushed by our server. The food and house wine was delicious. They have numerous options on seating: patio, booths, tables and bar with a good amount of privacy depending on where you choose to sit. I liked that they made my horseradish sauce without Mayo. They used sour cream instead; and came to check if it was okay. If you have a food dislike or allergies, I think they will try to make it right! I dined here tonight for the first time and was on a date. The ambiance of this establishment is a sports bar. There are several televisions in the bar area and plenty of seating as well. They're mostly high top tables and comfortable chairs. It can be noisy as well. The level of noise fluctuates. If you're looking for a quiet place, this isn't it. Staff is accommodating and friendly. I was impressed with the level of customer service. I liked how a manager or assistant manager seated us and took our drink orders then explained that our waitress was closing out a bill at another table. I felt that was thoughtful and again, good customer service. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip which comes with fresh vegetables (cucumbers and carrots), pita chips, and small slices on naan. For our entrees we ordered the bacon wrapped meatloaf, side of fries, and the chicken tacos. I enjoyed the meatloaf and fries. Nice comfort food combination. I loved the spinach artichoke dip. It had a nice smoky and cheesy taste. While eating our meals, I noticed the nice fireplace in the main dining room area. There's something about a nice fireplace on a chilly night like tonight. Overall, I felt the food was good but not great. I loved how staff didn't force a dessert menu or the bill on us shortly after we finished our meals. This is what pushed my rating to four stars. We enjoyed talking for a long time and didn't feel rushed. Excellent customer service. I'm interested in returning sometime but I'm in no hurry as I would love to check out other restaurants in the area. read more

Visited to meet up with a girlfriend and it was perfect!! Exactly what I'd expect from a downtown restaurant, but just off the beaten path enough that it wasn't packed! My friend lives sweet drinks and LOVED the frozen blueberry margarita. I had a Pinot noir that was great. The ahi tuna nachos were amazing! A good kick of spice, and the portion was great- lots of tuna and the crispy chips. It was one that I stopped and said, wow, these are good! Our server Kelce was great! What a fantastic new restaurant! They officially open this coming Monday, July 3rd. We were thankful to be a part of their soft opening! For starters, the ambiance and the staff were excellent. Kudos to Kaitlyn (our server) and Skyler (the manager). The food was exceptionally fresh! We started with wings that were flavorful and fell off the bone. My wife had their tacos and I had the burger. Amazing all the way around! WOW, AMAZING! The pictures on yelp don't do this establishment justice. I shared the prime rib dinner with my wife. It was large, thick, and seasoned to perfection. It came with 3 giant asparagus (about an inch in diameter) and a large side of mashed potatoes. Everything had a mild smokey flavor. We each also had side salads which could be a meal in itself. The salad dressings are home made. Note: Prime rib dinner meal is only served Friday-Sunday. read more

My husband was pleased with his meatloaf, I wasn't thrilled with my chicken as it was pretty under seasoned and lacking color on the skin but the veggies that came with were nicely cooked. One of our favorite restaurants to go to since moving to CR. A really cool spot to go for drinks, happy hour, or dinner. Tons of TVs are always a plus. The drinks are great but the food is AMAZING. Every waitress/waiter we have had has been so nice and never steers us wrong when it comes to food recommendations.
