Amazing Outcome/Above and Beyond Service (e.g. Lab called to ensure names were spelled correctly on the travel documents). WOWZA! I would use them again! I was a bit leery of their process which seemed 'too good to be true', but it turned out to be very good and very true. We were flying from from California/Disneyland and crossing an international border. We found online/paid/and booked slot at Disneyland hotel. Process: Bailey called to meet us at the hotel. She was available early which was good for us and for her. The process/test was a snap and then we waited. I called and texted their 'business number' to check on results and got either a person or a very responsive text. We had to hit a travel window which we were watching. The results were provided past the suggested 24 hour turnaround as we were tested after 6pm, but they fully met our midnight deadline and the owner ensured the Lab 'got it done'. Per above, the Lab called to verify our travel details which I very much appreciated. The documents passed both US and Canadian inspection. SUMMARY - easy to recommend and would use again. This service takes away all of the angst of getting the required covid test 48 hours before traveling. My cruiseline , Princess, sent me to a Walmart in Corona for a free test but when I got there Quest had not sent the paperwork and customer service could not help me over the phone. I could not get anything done online with my phone. VERY frustrating. My friend managed to take the covid test but never got her results from Quest. So much for free testing. I called covidtestcourier and they called me right back. Made my appointment for 8:30 that night. They came to my house, did the test, and I had my results the next day. A super convenient service. We were visiting Disneyland and needed the RT-PCR tests for our international flights home. We are from Canada, and drove down to Disneyland for a few days, so we needed to get PCR tests completed before we came home. The appointment was easy to book, I originally booked a PCR test but with one of the travel restrictions changes we only needed a Rapid Molecular so CTC refunded the difference no problem.
