First off, the guy that collects the sample, Phillip, is awesome! He comes on time, is quick and courteous. He makes this process as painless as possible. No part of Covid testing is enjoyable but the covid test courier is efficient and painless. The process is begins with choosing a 3-hour window for the testing. Then the staff calls you to confirm a one-hour range for testing. I had Bailey come swab me. She was very nice, courteous and professional. She explained the procedure and then started the process. It was quick. She was then off with the sample to the lab. It took a full day but by the end of the next day, I was able to get my results. The best part about the process was that it was not so disruptive to my day. I have had testing before and I had waited upwards of 2 hours for urgent care or even 15 -30 minutes outside a lab for the test and results.
