The deck is ripping apart on some of the boards and for the money I paid the job is less than mediocre. I've been working with them to resolve this for almost 10 months. They came once changed 2 boards. I have 4 more boards that are completely disintegrating from this very expensive product. The sloping they're not taking any responsibility for at all. That's a joke! Substandard products! I've reached out to my contact person at the company many times. He'll reply to me. "I'm too busy. We're so busy. We'll get to it. They were extremely neat and careful of all our belongings. Recently I noticed that the patio cover was slumping in the middle. I called Jack and he came out the next day to assess what was happening. After inspecting the patio cover, without hesitation, he acknowledged that the patio cover required additional reinforcing but that it could be done in a way that would look consistent with the rest of the cover. One week later, he sent a crew who fixed the problem. They added a post that removed the slump. The "fix" was completely integrated with the original design. This company stands behind their products for real: no haggling, no costs, no waiting and no problems!
