Cow Cafe is located in DTLA and a short walk from Crypto Sports Arena. Cow Cafe serves coffee, beer and wine all day long from the time they open 'til the time they close at 2:00 or 3:00pm depending on the day. They also serve food. I had avocado toast with an overeasy egg, which was flavorful. It also came with a small side salad with dressing. Happy hour is from 1:00 to 3:00pm. It is a small shop and seating is limited but there are outdoor seats available.

Great coffee! Great taste! Not bitter like other coffee places. I like that they partner with homeboy ind for their pastries. They also serve wine!! Good place to sit and work in the morning. I will definitely be returning. I had an iced vanilla latte. Service 10/10

I came around 11 am in hopes to make a quick stop before meeting a beloved friend. Catching up on life errands as life goes on. The location is located at the corner of streets. Street parking is conveniently available. I ordered a decaf latte and have been struck by the busy ebs and flows of people. It's a wonderful area to get into deep conversation with friends. There are a few outlets here and there if you need a place to study. The menu features brunch options that I hope to try another time! The space is cozy. I can tell the place built up a supportive community of regulars. I'm grateful for this place!

For the last few years, when my wife and I visit either Anime Expo or Los Angeles Comic Con at the LA Convention Center nearby, Cow Cafe has been the place for us to stop and grab some great coffee or some delicious Mediterranean based food that's all reasonably priced. I've always liked the coffee here, particularly just the regular lattes but lately we've been experiencing some of the food - the harissa tacos are filling, delicious, and comforting and the bagel sandwich, which also has harissa, is the perfect blend of carbs and nutritious ingredients like avocado and red onions. The workers here have always been nice although there are times I wish the tables were cleaner. Considering its proximity to some of Downtown LA's busiest areas, Cow Cafe is relatively quiet, and its windows give visitors ample opportunity to look outside its location on a street corner and take in the sights and sounds outside. Cool vibes all around.

We walked over for a quick cup of Joe... I was delighted that they had dirty Chai turmeric latte!! It's one of my favorite drinks It completely hit the spot for me mid morning The service is great . The food looks amazing. We can't wait to come back for happy hour. Right on the corner so fun.

Cute place! They took my unique food allergy very serious, and made great substitutions.

I was in town for work at the convention center and staying at the AC/Moxy hotel. Everyone told me to be careful because if you walked too far from the hotel, the area could be sketchy and potentially unsafe, but the restaurant was a direct walk that was very easy. It was safe in the daytime and we were not worried at all. We were in town for a work convention and we liked the place so much. We went two times.

Food was a 10 if I am ever in downtown n want a good burrito this one is the one I look at yelp to see what the hype is about since it has a good rating which means for me to try so now service was ok register girl looked out of it I think the manager or shift lead she actually is the light of the room I didn't quite get her name but I just know I'm leaving this yelp because I am a Man of my word n I'd say 9/10 parking isn't the best tho ! Great happy hour I didn't know they have Great Mediterranean Cafe I recommend first time btw

The best kept secret in DTLA. Affordable prices for made to order, delicious breakfast food. Good coffee too and friendly service. Just trying to enjoy it before people find out and it gets too busy!

I have eaten here so many times. Previously, this has been a place. I love to bring out of town friends as it's a walk from my apartment. Typically the service isn't superb but we don't mind waiting 30 minutes for our food. However, today I ordered online at 12:19 was when my order was confirmed. I showed up at 12:48 giving them some extra leeway And they told me my food was almost ready mind you. I only ordered one avocado toast.. I realize the clock had turned 1 PM and waiting over 40 minutes for an avocado toast that has no estimated time of delivery in sight is unacceptable. I was very patient and kind with the worker. They never offered an apology or a solution to fix the problem.. I asked for a refund and they gave it to me with attitude and I said I come here all the time. This is really sad not even an apology is really sad and they smiled at me and said have a good day. I asked for a refund which I now have to wait 3 to 5 business days for and I'm not eating after my multiple mile morning run because of this.. I don't have groceries at home and I planned for this to be my breakfast/lunch. Do better. Ruining peoples day because you can't handle the volume is unacceptable.

    Chilaquiles

The main sad thing about not having to commute to DTLA for work is being close to Cow Cafe. When I say they have some of the best chilaquiles ever, I mean it. I'm Mexican and have tried tons of chilaquiles but Cow is in my top 3 hands down. They're always great service, chill ambiance and they make their food with love!

We picked up a coffee here and it's a clean friendly spot for DTLA's area near the convention center. I don't drink coffee, but bought it for a friend with no complaints, so it must be okay. From my ordering perspective it was fast and convenient.

    Jessika D.

The area itself it pretty good and beautiful. Light colors everywhere, makes the place seem bright and colorful. Service was amazing, every worker there were so kind and welcoming. Food was absolutely amazing, I loved the way they made my egg. I'm incredibly picky with my eggs and I love when the yolk comes out, but the egg on the end is crisp and that's exactly how they did my egg. I loved my Avocado Toast with a side of salad. My boyfriend ordered a break burrito and this is his review on it. " The tortilla was cooked at a good crisp to it, the meat inside of it needed a little more salt to it, the potatoes were really good, and as for the avocado it was also really amazing. It also comes with a small salsa on the side but it is not spicy though it does give the burrito really good flavor to it."

There is a section where the cafe has various albums hanging on the wall. [Menu]: Some of the highlighted items to order here are Mason Latte, Hojicha Latte, and Brisket Burrito. The green sauce was very vinegary with a slightly spicy kick. The burrito itself was not bad as it had all the right ingredients. It took about 10 minutes for the kitchen to prepare this order. Mason Latte (Double shot Espresso, whole milk, homemade brown butter caramel, sea salt - iced $7.75): This drink had to be mixed and shaken first. A solid latte and not too sweet. The flavor was a tad light, but not bad. *** While no food or drink in particular made this place stand out among all other amazing coffee shops in Los Angeles, this is still a solid all-around coffee shop in my book. It's a very cute and cozy coffee shop and there was no line when we arrived. The menu had a huge selection of different coffee and tea drinks and also a seasonal menu. The staff were very kind and patient and swiftly prepared the Vienna Latte and Hojicha Latte we ordered. The Vienna Latte is so visually stunning, the layers of white milk, brown espresso, thick white cream, brown cocoa powder and Biscoff layered on top of each other against the dark green logo was so aesthetic. Having a sip before mixing the Vienna latter was incredible, the sweet cream followed with the nutty strong espresso flavour then getting a refreshing splash of milk made a great combo with the Biscoff. I actually liked the drink less after its all mixed because it was too creamy for my taste. (I normally like my coffee black) My hojicha latte was great, but it was also too milky for me. So I went up and asked if it would taste good dirty, with an espresso shot in it, and the barista said yes. I ordered an espresso shot and instead of charging me full price, they only charged me the add on espresso shot for the drink! ($1.50 instead of $4) It was very kind of them since it was absolutely my mistake for not ordering the right drink in the first place. I ordered the Orange Mint Latte, Matcha Sparkling Lemonade, Einspanner White, Hibiscus Mint Sparkling Lemonade, and of course, a cortado. I also tried their Wagyu Sliders. Every drink was fantastic. What I really enjoyed was how different each one was from the next. It didn't feel like I was ordering variations of the same drink -- each had its own flavor profile, presentation, and unique touch. The Orange Mint Latte was especially interesting, and both sparkling lemonades were refreshing and completely different from what I would normally order. The Einspanner White was another standout. Overall, it was a really fun variety to try at once. The cortado was also very good. It had a nice flavor, smooth texture, and was easy to drink. Their approach is a little different from a traditional cortado presentation because the espresso and milk are fully integrated together rather than finished with latte art. I actually appreciate that style when it's executed well because the focus is more on getting the espresso and milk completely incorporated into one cohesive drink. The presentation across the entire order was also really well done. You can tell there's thought behind how everything is served and put together, which adds to the overall experience. The Wagyu Sliders were great as well. I think the food side of Archives of Us deserves more attention because they have some genuinely good food options to go along with the drinks rather than the food feeling like an afterthought. The space itself is beautifully designed with plenty of seating inside as well as an outdoor seating area. I love the overall atmosphere and aesthetic -- there are certain details about the design, presentation, and experience that remind me of coffee shops I've visited in Japan. The staff made the experience even better. Everyone was extremely friendly, kind, and welcoming. Overall, Archives of Us has a lot going for it. A beautiful space, great service, thoughtful presentation, a strong variety of drinks, solid coffee, and food worth trying as well. My supervisor loves this place and recommended it. I haven't been inside, so I can't comment on…read moreservice, etc. Honeycomb Sugar Latte: I like the idea that you can add the amount of honey crumble into the drink based on your preference. I ended up adding it all. Salted Caramel Latte: I tried this drink the second time around, and I love it. It will be my go-to drink from now on at Alibi Coffee. It's sweet and creamy.
