When I first made my move in between cities in SoCal, we found Prodigy through Yelp and we were very glad we use them. Because we had such a good experience when we made another move a few years later we reached out to them again. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our move out date and packing dates had to be changed multiple times, but Iliya worked with us patiently to help find us a crew within just a few days that was able to move us out efficiently and conveniently. Carlos and his moving crew were superb and worked quickly, with a positive attitude, and were willing to accommodate a lot of our requests. If we move again in the future we would definitely be reaching out to Prodigy again.

Everyone knew their roles and worked hard throughout the day to make it a pleasant moving experience. My furniture was delivered the following morning, and the team lead that day was Leo. His team did a fantastic job as well. I have a special shout-out for Lalo. This guy was amazing and made my overall moving experience over the top. He made sure my wife and I were 150% satisfied. Our furniture was placed exactly where we wanted it, and he maintained a positive and professional demeanor throughout the entire day. Everyone I encountered from Prodigy was exceptional. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOLKS ! i cannot tell you how bad this experience was in this small review…read morebut i can tell you be careful, i paid over $3,000.00 to have them pack my stuff and as you can see in the pictures my chandelier was thrown into a box with a blanket. It was broken and the folks they run for Atlas Van lines would not cover it. I was also told because my stuff was delivered to a mini storage it was not covered but my contract says if i see items broken before they were put into storage then it would be covered, we noted it and so did the driver but they wont cover it. The weight was completely off by 5,000 pounds, unbelievable but understandable. Underestimate the load and they make it up on the back end... The driver messed with my star wars mask collection and tore one but nothing again was done. Really sad when they knowingly dont care but come off as your buddy until they have your stuff on their truck, they are in control... they have your stuff Your call if you use these folks but dont say i didn't warn you JP

Jeremiah's communication heading into the move was excellent and Mike and his team arrived right in the window they said they would. As soon as I gave them the rundown of the place, they wasted ZERO time and got straight to work - all the way until the last item was carried into the new place. Heading into this move, I was worried about taking apart our bed frames and putting them back together. Mission Movers took care of it at no extra cost. But the biggest thing for me is how friendly and HONEST the team was. One of my dining chairs was already cracked before the move and they approached me and apologized for thinking they did it. That small gesture went a long way for me and I know they were going to find a solution even if it was their fault. They also could've charged me for a full 4 hours but charged me to the exact minute they worked at 3.75 hours. Not to mention it was also a really hot day and they powered through it without a single complaint. My wife and I have said several times that we don't know how we would've done it without Mission Movers. I know exactly who I'm hiring for any of my future moves. 10/10 experience! PS: don't forget to tip your movers!!! These guys weren't expecting it and they were so grateful - it only made me wish I had more to give.

I'M NEVER GOING TO MOVE MYSELF AGAIN! HOLY COW - SUCH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I've had such a stressful work month that the thought of moving myself was out of the question and I knew I didn't want to lift a finger. When searching for a company, Maralbek was extremely communicative and he answered all questions I had and more. Very pleased with him and he put any doubts I had to rest. Akhmed and Adam were absolutely awesome! They moved everything but a few items which I insisted I take personally. They were amazing with the speed of the move. They were able to wrap and move items in my one bedroom, within 1.5hrs - that's including going up and down stairs. And unload the truck within a shorter time frame. Punctual, organized, and attentive to my furniture being moved. When we arrived at my destination they asked where important items should go and I explained to them where and they delivered. Super organized and willing to rearrange anything if I needed it. I know I only had 1 room to move but for sure I would hire them again if I move elsewhere. Don't look for any other company, this is the one. I had friends come to help just in case this company turned out to be not so great but these two did all the work that my friends and I were sitting on the couch relaxing and talking as they loaded and unloaded the truck. I messaged a few moving places but cozy moving stood out for me because of their super prompt responses to all of my questions. I love supporting small local businesses and it was the best decision to hire a moving company for our move. Viktor texted me the night before to confirm the schedule and as well as the day of to let me know their Etas. Viktor and Slava arrived on time and immediately got to work. They were super careful with all of our stuff and moved things so quickly!. Both Viktor and Slava are super friendly and such hardworkers we really appreciate the good convos we had with Viktor and getting to know him as well! Not only did they moved things super fast while ensuring all of our furniture are nice and secured but they really made sure the unloading and removal of shrink film was quick and proper too! I cannot rave enough about this team! They worked efficiently and carefully, at an affordable price and had great communication. I moved from a 5x10 storage unit in Montclair to an apartment in Los Angeles and they did the entire move from start to finish (including 1 hr drive) in under 3 hours. I was more than happy to pay their minimum 3 hours + double drive time because they were amazing to work with. They shrink wrapped the things we asked to shrink wrap and even made our slow elevator work in their favor. Everything was moved carefully and I never felt like they hit anything or that they were going to drop a stack of boxes. Nothing was damaged in the process. We had an afternoon time slot and Marco gave me an estimate start time of 3-5PM. I asked that he give me a call when he was about an hour out and he was great about communicating. They gave us updates as well when traffic turned out to be worse than usual. I would 100% work with this team again. I didn't have to lift a finger! read more

Look elsewhere. So many good moving companies but this isn't one of them. Not sure where the good reviews are coming from. They were Super nice initially. Sounded like they really want your business. And their price was less than most others. I guess you get what you pay for cause when moving day came.... They put a big ding in our wall and put a very substantial scratch on our cherry wood hutch. Then they charged us $150 extra to use THEIR dolly and another $150 to move a refrigerator. This was never told to us up front. All we had them do is move our stuff from upstairs to down in preparation for some construction. Didn't even use their truck. Didn't want to give us $$ back for the damage but finally offered $50. The wall can be fixed. The furniture needs to be completely refinished. They just didn't take care at all. Acted like they were being put out. Seriously? And they didn't even have to load and unload a truck. Move on to the next 5* review and save yourself problems. read more

May 2021, l cannot say enough good things about them. I got all my questions answered by text or email before we even confirmed the contract. On that day Marco, Baur, Anthony and Manuel were fantastic! Marco called me to tell me he was on his way and they arrived right on time. They were conscientious about our neighbors and kept they trucks from blocking anyone's spaces. They wrapped and asked about the items we hadn't gotten to and offered to take care of it. Moving a 2200 sqft. home was not easy. They tackled each room so well and the furniture and boxes were safe and sound. Great movers! everything was priced just as expected. We were exhausted by the end of the move and they were still going and asking if we needed anything else moved before leaving. I cannot say enough good things about them. Thank you guys! Super satisfied with the service provided! Marco was really accommodating with some tasks I needed help with outside of just moving (throwing away old furniture, moving a fridge being delivered the day-of upstairs) and he didn't charge extra for any of it. The apartment I was moving from and the one I was moving to are both a little bit confusing on how to get to the back alley, but they navigated it very well and were very patient in the process. They ended up having to take apart and re-assemble some furniture and did so very professionally. All furniture was wrapped securely, so nothing was damaged in the move despite having a lot of bulky items. We were able to complete a 2 bed/2 bath-sized move in 4 hours, including all of the disassembly/reassemblies and extra requests we had. read more

Hired cozy moving and everything went so smooth! They arrived exactly on time and got straight to work. This is my first time hiring professional movers and I was so impressed at their efficiency with moving everything and wrapping all of my furniture to protect it. They even had wardrobe boxes to easily transport all of my clothing! The movers were professional and had great customer service. 10/10 I will hire them again when I move in the future. It took them 3.5 hours to move everything and unpack it in my new place plus move my couch back downstairs that did not fit in my new spot. After trying countless of different moving companies throughout the past 7 years living in LA, I can confidently say that I have found my favorite. The Cozy team composed of Rubin, Ackmed and Dan arrived on the clock, swiftly made their way up my apartment with a sense of urgency and the highest of professionalism. I have never met anyone who showed more care for my fragile OLED TV more than Rubin did. I could tell he was willing to give his life to protect it. Not only did the team performed their job to perfection, they were incredibly joyful and friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable even for an introvert like me. Maralbek stepped in to save the day when my move from LA to OC went very wrong on the other end and i was stranded without a place to unload for 24hrs. He personally drove across LA to pick up the truck from its parking spot and store all the contents personally in his garage overnight until the move could be tried again. And without any storage charge. Naturally that's an anxiety-provoking situation, but he went out of his way to take photos and videos of my belongings to reassure me they were safe. The guys were methodical, professional, and found their way to the exact dropoff point before i had chance to tell them where to go. Okay these guys are AMAZING!! Thank you soo much RUBIN, MARCO, and ILDAR!! They are so hardworking and great people!! Everything was smooth from the beginning until the end! I was told upfront about the moving costs including different heavier items. Guys arrived about 10mins early! It was great because we have a full schedule today with different errands and deliveries as well at the new house. These guys worked very hard to where I even had to offer them water a few times. I even bought some Vietnamese sandwiches for them, because they were genuinely awesome!! The move ended up being 5 hours and everything was wrapped up well. We are so happy and thankful. My movers were John and Solo, and when I say they worked fast and hard, as soon as I signed the contract, they IMMEDIATELY began busting their ass and got to work. They were literally power walking with my items from my storage space to their truck. I really appreciated that, especially since the last movers I hired really dragged their feet, maybe even intentionally, in order to stretch out the time. Timeliness, great pricing, honest, hard working, knowledge, personable, professional, above and beyond services, that's what I got with Cozy Moving Solutions. They are located in downtown LA, but had no problem coming to San Bernardino to help out my move which was about 15 minutes away. My entires 3 bedroom home was taken by 4 movers in 2 trips. Rubin is the man and his team Adium, Bafur, Aslam were great. Highly recommend! It took me a while to find the right one, every mover charges differently and looks like they're out for blood, but Cozy was different, I had a good vibe from the owner from the beginning and it paid off. 2 months prior to my move, I shopped around for my move and I ultimately went with Cozy due to timely response, friendliness and pricing. Super easy to book with them. On the day of the move, Ruben and his team called ahead and let me know they were on the way. During the entire moving process they made it extremely stress-free. They were quick and went right to work. Ruben even help me assemble the crib! My husband was dreading that.. This is our second time using Cozy Moving, after our first time, we knew exactly who to go to. This time Rubin and Baur was the team and they did not disappoint. We had a one bedroom apartment and moved into a townhouse. I thought the stairs were going to be tricky but they were able to maneuver around the corners with our bed, couches and a few tables without any scratches. They were able everything done in three hours, including the drive from one apartment to the next. Marco was incredibly helpful and responsive from getting me a quote to actually moving all of my stuff today. He showed up on time and had everything moved from my apartment to my new condo in a safe and timely fashion. They helped us assemble our furniture late even though they were very tired from working all day. That is exactly what Mansakh is. They were efficient, and made sure to shrink wrap items that tend to break. I also spoke directly with CSI and was told the claim was closed at your company's direction--not due to any lack of response from me. The floor damage was hidden by boxes your movers placed throughout the area. Once the boxes were removed, the scratches were visible and I notified you within two days. That is reasonable notice. The $0.60/lb valuation is irrelevant here. This is not about damaged household goods--it's about property damage caused by your employees. Scratching new granite flooring with dollies is negligence, and that liability rests with your company, not the customer. Very disappointing handling of a clear issue.

The reason I am giving them five now is because I just used a different local moving company to pack my apartment and load a truck I rented, and I was highly dissatisfied with the service. I won't name this business, but the work did not reflect the cost and I wouldn't recommend that business to anyone. Comparing it to my experience with Stear, I knew I had to sit down and write the review. In July of 2021 I hired two workers to pack my 1 bedroom apartment, load their own truck, unload the truck at my new apartment, AND they drove the truck over to the nearby Goodwill so I could drop off four pieces of large furniture that I was donating for no extra charge. It took a total of 6 hours (my new apartment was only a few streets from my old one), and cost $800 pre-tip. One of the guys definitely worked his ass off the entire time, but I saw the other guy on his phone many times and slowly packing items. My roommate said she saw him chilling downstairs over to the side, and when he saw her he pretended to be working. That was the reason I was going to knock them down a star. But again, comparing the amount of work they got done in the time they did, and at the price they did it, to that of the company I just used, I am locking in at five stars. On top of that, all items were wrapped well enough that nothing was broken in the move, nor was I worried about it. They also knew obvious things like "wrap glass in wrapping paper before packing" and "don't pack living plants in boxes". That is in stark contrast to my recent experience. Here's a breakdown so you can get an idea of the competition: Stear (2021): -hired to pack 1 bedroom apartment and move items to new apartment (0.3 miles away) -I had more items in this move -they drove to a second location so I could drop off some furniture to be donated -all boxes and wrapping materials included in rate -2 men -I hardly did any work -$800 total -6 hours total Company #2 (2022): -hired to pack 1 bedroom apartment and load truck I rented -I didn't have items to donate and I had less items in this move -my dad and I were helping by packing and organizing the entire time -charged per box, wrapping materials "included" but they didn't have wrapping paper for fragile items (they used mine from my last move) -3 men (plus my dad and me) -they only had to pack and load a truck, didn't have to drive it anywhere -$700 total (was going to give me a "discount" at $760, I was like no) -4 hours 50 minutes total

There is a charge if you end up having a second location to move things - all that was reasonable for us. I reserved online about one week ahead and theres the $50 deposit during reservation. Two guys showed up and came with their own dollies and tools in a big movers truck. Their moving services included: Plastic wraps, blankets/moving pads, and boxes for packing. There was constant good communication and they worked hard with wrapping furniture, packing loose items into their box, loading/unloading, and moving heavy big furniture up/down stairs. We were able to pack/unpack, load/unload and also stop by a second property all in less than 4 hours. They move fast and I really appreciate that they use their time well and move efficiently. I highly recommend LA Movings and will use them again if I need to move in the future.
