CHICKEN PAILLARD
Chelsea D.

First time here. Great place for American style food. I shared the Chicken Paillard Salad with my mom and the portion size was perfect. The service was great! Our waiter was nice and helpful. Ambience wise: great for families as there is plenty of seating areas and booths but also great for sports fans as the bar area is surrounded by TVs. Would go back as there are a lot of great options :)

This is a great all American restaurant. It's great if you want to go out to eat but don't want to get all fancy. It's nice and roomy. Very clean. The service was amazing here. We got the beer cheese and pretzel bites. I'd say that's the best in the area that I've had (I've had a lot). My husband got the fish and chips and I got the buffalo chicken wrap. Both were good. The wrap was a bit messy, but good! Definitely coming back for a chill Sunday lunch.

Wings

Food, service, & ambience were awesome. We've eaten several times an never been disappointed. We got wings & the BLT to go-delicious!

Sunday Brunch is amazing. Make sure you get here early. The line outside starts at 11am! The menu is tasty, affordable, and has something for everyone. The waitress we had was prompt, attentive and very friendly. With the restaurant being so busy, I was very impressed she was able to make us feel welcome and special. You have to try this hometown favorite

Chicken Pot Pie

First, the host (who I suspect was also the owner, but I didn't ask) was so welcoming and pleasant! We waltzed in on a Saturday afternoon and were quickly seated indoors. The patio, however, looked spacious and lovely, too. We began with a garlic hummus appetizer, which came with carrots, celery and pita bread. It was very refreshing on a hot July day. I chose the candied pecan blackened chicken salad (hold the goat cheese) - very good! My boyfriend opted for the chicken pot pie - note: it came baked with green beans, not green peas, and he still ate every morsel! The service here is great - we weren't rushed, we never had to ask for refills and everyone was so friendly! We highly recommend!

Unique wall paper - old newspaper articles. Cool.

Aurora, our server was personable, attentive, and knowledgeable. She gave great menu recommendations. They offer indoor dining room as well as patio seating. The appetizer options were quite accommodating. You can order individual wings or ribs, which is an excellent way to try more menu options. We tried a couple of the Smoked Baby Back Ribs and the Smoked Jumbo Wings. The wings have a signature seasoning and are accompanied by Scratch Blue Cheese or Alabama White Sauce. We tried one of each. I tried the Knife and Fork Brisket Sandwich with a side of Mac & Cheese. The sandwich comes with sliced brisket, house BBQ sauce, SOTF slaw, and a mission bakery sweet potato roll. My family tried the Pulled Pork and Broasted Chicken sandwiches, as well as the Smash on the farm Burger. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Our first visit to Smoke on the Farm was particularly positive. The service and food were outstanding. We would definitely consider returning to try the Smokehouse Sampler next time, and we would highly recommend the restaurant to others. Cheers

Almost nailed a 5! What was the let down: drinks! A $14 Maragarita was a waste of time. Poorly made…read moresadly by the owner I think! OUCH! Probably best to stick to bottle or canned beer. We are from FL, we eat out alot. We find it rare for good service, good food and good drinks. We usually see 2! Here we got good food and good service. Holly was kind, polite, efficient. A true Rockstar. Lets talk food where they won us over: The onion soup is addictive, on point, nade me weep with joy. Real onion soup not onion broth. Ribs were amazing. Just butta! Fell off bone, sweet and sticky. Platter Sampler for $27 was the way to go. Loved the beans, hearty and different. So our main bill for 2 was about $60. $13 soup $3.50 tea (good, strong) $14 margaritas (fail) $27 platter We took another $70 in food home: wings, chicken, brisket for friends that we are visiting. 130 + $26 in tip, so appprox $158 well spent! Thanks to Holly for great, respectful service. What should they fix: the cocktails. I think they are ambitious in name only, but the bartender isnt equipped to crank them out properly or fast. Almost had the bourbon, maybe next time. Ambience: cute, clean small restaurant in strip mall near a butcher shop Go for food, dont miss it. Prices are on par with most places!! Not cheap but what is! Excellent ribs and onion soup.

The staff made me feel completely at home, and the owner personally came over to welcome us. He explained that he'd be serving the full menu from appetizers to entrées -- and he delivered with genuine warmth and confidence. As someone who's tried countless Mediterranean, Pakistani, South Asian, and Asian halal restaurants, Mashawi still managed to stand out in a big way. Service: The service was top‑tier. I had heard many good things about the menu and could not wait to try out several dishes. We tried a couple of appetizers. The pimento cheese fritters were incredible and I loved the sauce it came with. We also tried the Parker house rolls, which were perfect for dipping in our shrimp scampi. We also tried the burrata caprese which was absolutely phenomenal. My daughter, the birthday girl had the summer into fall pasta which was very light and fresh. We also ordered a couple of drinks from the bar. I had a champagne supernova and my daughter had a lavender lemonade. For dessert, we had whiskey chocolate pecan pie and buttermilk pie. Our server was friendly and attentive. You cannot go wrong eating at this establishment. It's perfect in every way.

Was told it would be a 20 minute wait (we were there around 6:30pm) which was fine given that if we left and tried to go anywhere else, it would have taken that much time anyway. Several others came in after us and were told similar or longer times. Hostess mentioned to us that it was crowded inside because it was so hot on the patio. After all the others kept arriving, I happened to ask if the patio was closed and she said no, to which I said we were actually fine sitting out there. Then, all the other parties waiting said the same thing, so we all got seated immediately. Hubby had the special which was meatloaf. I had the burrata salad with added grilled chicken. Mine was the perfect size for a light but filling dinner. My husband said his was good too and even recommended it to a lady who asked about it from a nearby table. He even got a free cupcake for his birthday. Service has always been very friendly. Ambiance inside can get rather noisy, but the patio was better even with cars and a plethora of Amazon trucks going through the roundabout. Temp actually wasn't too bad. Fans, shade, and a little breeze helped. Glad I asked about patio!
