I'm horrified to report this is the worst skillet cookie I've ever had in my entire life. It somehow felt overcooked, yet undercooked at the same time. It was also like they cooked it at an angle. Because it awkwardly occupied 3/4ths of the skillet. It had the consistency of a cake but the taste of a cookie? It was like they couldn't decide whether or not they wanted to make a cake or a cookie. So instead, they decided to half bake something that was in between. I couldn't believe it. It was also completely lacking in the chocolate chip department. All in all, this skillet cookie had a worse performance than Michael Jordan during his high school varsity tryouts. I'll admit it too... I completely lied to the waitress when she came over and asked me how the cookie was. Instead of telling her the truth, I gave her two thumbs up and said, " it's good!".... It was not good. It was terrible! I'm a coward.

On my most recent visit, I ordered the Grilled Bacon & Blistered Shishito Pepper Burger. While the burger looked delicious, and tasted decent, I had higher hopes for it. I was wanting the burger to be a bit more juicy and spicy. While there is some room for improvement there, it's definitely still a place I'll be back to!
