Went back to cracked today and had a very good experience. I had one of their breakfast sandwiches, the porker, which was perfectly cooked, and tasted excellent. I also ate it while driving and thought that it was going to be a huge mess. It totally wasn't! They seem to have found a way to package the food really efficiently for commuters. Since I last wrote, they've expanded their coffee and smoothie list substantially and have lots of options for milk and milk substitutes. I got a vanilla cream cold brew which was excellent, but a little too sweet for me. I think I'd ask for less vanilla bean syrup next time, but otherwise, the coffee was great. I'm really happy to hear that the business has expanded with a new location and are looking to open a food truck. I've been to the Andover location a few times now and they had some of the best covid accommodations of any restaurant or coffee shop, and they still managed to grow their business which is so impressive. My previous points are still true, it is a bit more expensive meal than what you'd get at other breakfast and lunch shops. I think that there are several menu items where I can justify paying a bit more because the items are just "that" good (the porker, the açaí bowl which is actually a lot cheaper than other local spots, all of the mac and cheese bowls, and the so-Cal sandwich). read more

Wow! This place was a shot in the dark for me because I was only out this way for a meeting. So glad I stopped in! The maple pecan iced coffee is delicious. As was the breakfast wrap called "The Big Commute". I hope I have more meetings out this way so I can come back and try some other stuff! Incredible! read more

Food is great but it's very small. Not a practical place to sit down and eat at all. I got pancakes (very good), bacon (greasy and not crunchy), and a monkey wrench smoothie. It cost $30 including tip. Service was amazing, but the layout of the place makes no sense. The kitchen takes up most of the restaurant. Smoothies are almost tasteless and are made with frozen fruit, which for $8 seems pretty crazy. If they used fresh fruit their smoothies would have more flavor and it would justify the hefty price tag. Food was very aesthetically pleasing, but it's $7.25 for what is essentially toast with butter, bananas and honey. Honestly I will pass on this place in the future. Loving this new breakfast place! I've been wanting to try for a while and finally got my chance. Food was excellent, atmosphere was great. For atmosphere, I didn't know what to expect- was it sit down or counter order. To clarify, you can order online or in the store at the counter, wait for your food and then find yourself a seat. seating is seat yourself. They have seating inside, outside and some cozy Adirondack chairs outside seating as well. There is plenty of bar space, a few single tables and some community tables. Seating does not seem to be an issue. And the decor is so cute! The lights resemble cracked eggs- so adorable. The food is absolutely delicious. I love that the options are on the healthier side made with fresh fresh ingredients. I had the surfside burrito ( Scrambled Egg Whites, Avocado, Corn & Black Bean Salsa, Tomato, Arugula, Cheddar, Chipotle Aioli, Whole Wheat Wrap)--- nice surprise to have egg whites-not too saucy or runny or soggy. Not too cheesy. Just the right amount of food. Overall tasty and I will go back just for this. I also had a Vanilla cream (Iced Coffee, Sweet Cream, Vanilla Bean, Shaken). The coffee was very smooth but a little on the sweet side for me- probably a bad order on my part but the coffee overall is tasty. I really love this addition to Andover and I can't wait to try more. It's kind of a strange location. The breakfast sandwich was 'fresh', but flavorless and unoriginal.

In my experience, this place has AWESOME food but not the best coffee. I'm not a sugary coffee guy but a lot of the coffee I've tried here, even in the most basic flavors, have been mediocre if not just bad. That being said though, my friend tried their cereal coffee and loved it so to each their own! This is the only place around me where I can get a quick breakfast burrito and they have some of the best selections. I wish it was a better place to get my breakfast AND my coffee but for what it is I still think it's a great place. read more

Glad this place is open, I have been driving by for awhile now watching the renovations progress. Obviously had to stop in during my lunch break for the grand opening. For lunch I had the Morning Routine smooth and the Chipotle Turkey Wrap. The sandwich was a good size and I was definitely full after the meal. Everything tasted great. It came to $16; I feel like the ingredients were "healthy" and fresh so the price is justified. The staff brought their A-game today because the service was excellent. They had a full house for the lunchtime rush and managed it well. They also had plenty of cute decor, some of the lights in the back seating area were shaped liked eggs. This place is good! The best part is their allergy-friendly menu; almost everything can be made gluten free. In a lot of ways this place reminds me of Pressed in Burlington, mainly due to priciness. We felt the entire order for two breakfast sandwiches and two coffees was just a little too much for what you actually get. We weren't fans of the coffee--it's that artisan roast style that is incredibly strong and bitter. I got the chocolate pancakes and the ham and egg sandwich. My only critique is that they put too much chocolate sauce on the pancakes, which I felt was a little overpowering. Go for the coffee, not for the food. The cereal milk latte is delicious... but the food is not at all worth the hype. We'd been before and had breakfast sandwiches which were fine, but really small. Figured we'd opt for something different and have better luck this time. I spent close to 50 bucks on breakfast for myself, my husband and my brother and was shocked at the quality of what was served. We had the breakfast burrito and it was covered in whatever sauce it comes with, so much so that the entire burrito was wet and we ended up throwing half away. What a waste of money. read more

This place is the real deal. Fresh ingredients, seriously healthy options, and incredible taste. Staff are super friendly. They offer online ordering which makes it even easier to eat healthy on the go! My son is truly picky and only likes to eat healthy foods. Egg whites are his number 1 request when we go to bfast. This is a place worth checking out. The food is good. My coffee was a little bitter but that is often "just me" so don't put too much into that observation. The price was moderate ($23 for two people with medium coffees and breakfast selections). My recommendations for the owners: 1. Add some sound proofing to the high ceilings and maybe some on the walls. The music tends to bounce all over. 2. A mellower choice of music will also be nice. Got the Porker sandwich - delicious brioche bun, flavorful and large sausage patty, slightly runny yummy fried egg and amazing caramelized onions. Also got the iced cereal milk latte, which was also so delicious and not overly sweet! During COVID you go in to order with a mask and the employees are masked with hand sanitizer available in many spots. After ordering you go outside to wait and a runner will bring your food to you.
