My sister and I showed up at lunch and got easy parking just on the other side of the street. We ordered at the counter and as it was our first time had a number of questions. The staff was super helpful and my food came out much quicker than I expected. They have lots of coffee and other specialty drinks but there's also water available in the counter area where you also get your silverware and napkins, a perfect arrangement for us heavy water drinkers The decor is funky and fun and definitely heavy on a chicken theme. I try out a lot of good places but this is at the top of my list of restaurants I need to return to soon. I was glad to see they have a total of four sites in different places and my sister who lives up in New Hampshire is hoping they will open one up there.

They're pretty expensive at $3.50 a donut, with some costing a bit more, but if you order half a dozen or a full dozen, you get them for cheaper. I also recommend going there within the first hour of them opening, because it seems they can sell out of donuts pretty fast. The second time I went an hour after opening, they were already sold out of the vanilla cream donuts and tiger tails. It's not the biggest place, but they still have some tables for people looking to eat there.

Very rarely do I find a restaurant that has it all...cleanliness, speed, accuracy, hospitality and an incredible product, but CRACK'D has figured it out! From the moment you walk in the door the staff welcomes you and shows genuine interest in serving you a wonderful product and experience. My brother and I visit about 3 times a week and have eaten half of the menu... it's very hard to make a recommendation because everything we've had has been fantastic! The staff stays busy cleaning the place and almost always someone asks me "how was your meal". On the way out the door they thank you for visiting their establishment, it's an all around wonderful experience. The owner and his partners are clearly restaurant people because they did not miss a detail with this place. Thanks for the great food and experience and see ya soon! read more

Really great food and even better service. My husband and I were traveling through the area and stopped on a whim. We both have respiratory issues that prevent us from wearing masks and we appreciated that the staff was accommodating; we ordered our food and then to be respectful of the environment, waited in our cars.
