The facility is immaculate and the staff is so kind! So much parking too. They have done a great job filling the inside space with as much seating as possible. The bar has both USB and regular plugs for electronics. I ordered a cold brew coffee and the avocado toast with no feta cheese. The roasted cauliflower over the top adds a delicious crispy crunch! The sriracha honey is mildly spicy and adds a great sweetness. They were very busy this Saturday morning and because of this it took about 5 extra minutes for me to get my food than I would have expected. My coffee came out in under 1 minute. The brief wait would not ever stop me from going back! I can't wait to try one of their Mac and cheese dishes Definitely try it out! read more

Foods decent, small portions but tastes fresh. It's basically a hipster version of Panera just with more breakfast options. Curbside pickup option sucks because they have one person bringing the food out(who is working very hard) all in all it's okay but overpriced and I would only go here when I'm starving and don't wanna drive far from work. read more

Great new location! It's nice to support a breakfast business that's not a huge chain restaurant. I ordered online for 9:30, food came out at 9:40. it was pretty busy so i'm pleased with that. I got the Early bird sandwich and an iced coffee. The coffee is amazing, i'll definitely be coming out of my way just to get it! the food was tasty and i'm excited to come back and try more. Place was packed before 10 am so be prepared to wait, but it's worth it. Staff seems nice, except one younger staff member was visibly frustrated and mumbling f bombs. They were absolutely packed inside which during a pandemic didn't feel great as I waited for my drink. The food and drinks were really good and we were easily able to get a seat outside. Everyone had masks on but the customers were clearly not socially distancing and many had their masks off even when not seated and eating. It was hectic and I feel for the folks working there, it's so difficult to wrangle that many people, but you'd think there would be a smaller limit to the number of customers allowed inside at any given time? With vaccinations rolling out this probably won't matter soon, but it was a couple weeks ago and very anxiety-inducing. read more

I've been wanting to try this place and I got to tonight, and its delicious!! The location is huge and they even have a parking garage attached to the back of the store. I got the basic sandwich (egg, cheese, and I added bacon), hash browns, and I tried one of their drinks - the em & em. All were so tasty! For a quick bite, the ingredients are more fresh than some restaurants I've been to! The sandwich was so good and hard to stop eating! The portion size is very generous. The hash browns are like an upscale/more fresh version of a McDonald's hash browns, and also so yummy! The em & em shake is incredibly good! It tastes like a mix of cereal milk (think Cinnamon Toast Crunch milk) with chocolate syrup & cookie crumbles. It's so unique and tasty! I really like this place and love that they serve breakfast items until 6pm. It's a better alternative to ihop or Denny's if you want a classic bacon & eggs option. read more

We had ordered via Uber Eats, breakfast items and coffees to go. When the order arrived, the Uber eats driver forgot our coffees. We contacted Crack'd who advised us that they will have the coffees refunded, and if we wanted to stop in that morning they would make them for us anyway (even though it wasn't their mistake to correct). When we came in later, not only did they remake our coffee orders for free, but also gave us a gift card to use on our next visit. They went above and beyond correcting a mistake that was not even theirs, their customer service is fantastic and we will for sure be coming back. We were so impressed by their behavior, as well as the fact that we have never had a bad dish from them since visiting them a few times a year the past two years or so. read more

I have been here twice and both times were amazing. I got the pistachio white mocha latte and to eat The Big Commute. Everything is fresh and tastes delicious. The service and atmosphere are also on point. In the summer they have cornhole outside on the lawn, that was fun to play with my step daughter while we had breakfast. Very fresh, tasty food and delicious coffee. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked the Maple Pecan coffee drink. I do not usually drink my coffee sweetened, and this has maple syrup, but it was awesome and just sweet enough without being fake tasting.
