Friends and I stopped here on our drive from Boston up to Vermont. It was super convenient for the trip because it's literally right off the highway. The atmosphere is really cute. Their branding is everywhere and well decorated for the egg theme. It was also clean despite the service and turnover being super fast. I got the egg n tater bowl which I actually couldn't finish. It was a lot of eggs! I also subbed chorizo for the ham which was perfect for me. Simple and delicious. I loved their hash browns as well. I actually could've done with less egg and more hash brown. 1st time there and last. As a breakfast restaurant, you'd think they'd be good at it! Sausage was not edible, scrambled eggs were dry and hard, bacon had been sitting around and they just heated it up. Coffee was old. But the worst part was when I told one of the girls that worked there, she just wanted to explain that that's the way they received it and said "I don't know what you want me to do about it". I told the manager and he did the right thing and spoke to her and gave us a gift certificate but I'll never go there again, ever!!!! read more

The Baja Burrito was so so good- loved the combination of everything and all ingredients were fresh & trash! The Egg N Tater Bowl was really good- I could have done with more of the "tater" aspect as the dish has a LOT of eggs. The tater was easily the best part of that bowl and makes me wish I tried a loaded hash brown (I'm going on the assumption that any one of them would have made this review a 5/5 instead). Came here for a quick meal before a hike at ward reservation. Very sleek exterior and ample seating outdoors for outdoor dining. There is parking around the back. We got their sunny chorizo bowl, porker sandwich and for drinks we got their cold brew and maple pecan cold brew. The chorizo bowl was both our favorites- simple mixture of chopped sweet potatoes, chorizo, green opinions, a little kale, sunny side up egg, feta cheese, tomatoes and peppers. I did wish there was a little more cheese. It was simple, clean, and healthy. You can distinguish the taste in all the ingredients. If I were to get the porker again- i would get less maple syrup. I expected it to be more savory but the maple syrup mustard over powers the savoriness of the sausage. I wouldn't recommend the pecan cold brew, it's a bit weirdly taste and I think the regular cold brew is a better choice. read more

We had the freshly squeezed orange juice and it was tasty. Their Banana Toast on gluten free bread was delicious and very filling. Husband and I also shared their Egg N' Tater bowl with sauce on the side and we customized it to being dairy free. It was tasty but I wish they added few more veggies, it was an overload of eggs. Good but not 4.5 stars good, which makes me wonder if I got the wrong thing. Ordered the classic egg and cheese on brioche. It was good, but the brioche overwhelmed the egg and cheese. I wish they added another egg to the non-meat sandwich to make it more substantial. Vanilla bean coffee was also good. Not great, but good. I will say the pomegranate juice was delicious- would get that instead of coffee if I went again. Service despite covid was pleasant and prompt. I wanted to update my review since they have done an excellent job of operating while maintaining appropriate COVID-19 precautions. Employees are always wearing masks. When the state shutdown and a lot of businesses had to close, Crack'd began offering offer curbside pickup. You can place an order online and an employee will bring your order to your car. My order is always ready at the promised time. They now also offer delivery through third-party services like Doordash and Uber Eats. The interior has recently reopened for ordering only and they have expanded their outdoor seating area. They've done well with providing a lot of seating while also maintaining safe distances between seats. Now that I've sampled more of their menu over the last several months, I've added the Live Free or Die and Steak and Egg breakfast sandwiches to my list of favorites. The Tofu Scramble is delicious too if you want a vegetarian option. They also sell bags of their coffee which make a great cold brew. read more

The issue I always have is with the flavor of the breakfast offerings. A friend and I have been wanting to try this place. We finally did on a Saturday afternoon around 12:30 p. We had my dog with us so my friend went in to order for both of us. I took a seat with my dog in the patio area. It wasn't busy outdoors as it was in the 60s and the patio isn't completely sunny at this time. My friend emerged with two coffees: an Americano for her (which was very hot to where she had to remove the cover to have it cool off) and a hot decaf coffee for me. It wasn't long (maybe 10 minutes) for our late breakfast/lunches to be delivered to our table by a very friendly server. I had the sunny chorizo bowl which was chock full of diced sweet potato hash and small cubes of chorizo with some fresh spinach, feta, diced red onions, cherry tomatoes topped with a sunny side egg. It was very tasty and my only complaint would be more well done potato's as they seemed a little crunchy. My friend was happy with her surfside burrito and hot americano. The servers were all friendly and helpful. They even brought out a fresh bowl of cold water for my dog and refilled it. We would definitely return to try other menu options. Parking in the attached garage was free and ample on a weekend afternoon. Not sure how it is during the week when the office park nearby is busy. read more

Not sure if it was the brioche bun , the aioli , or the carmelezed onions but this sannich was phenomenal. Also need to try the jalapeno chorizo hash browns. These things will take your socks and rock them ! We could have passed on the egg burrito - TOO MUCH FREAKING EGG IN THERE ! I have traveled this country far and wide in search of the beautiful combination of egg, meat, and tortilla. I found an EGGCELLENT one at Crack'd in Andover. The Surfside burrito was massive, and the ingredients screamed freshness. Fluffy eggs, a wonderfully flavored house-made sausage, tomatoes, roasted corn, and surprisingly spicy jalapenos in a wheat tortilla made me feel as if I was back in the Land of Enchantment. The salsa was spot on as well. The staff was friendly and professional, and various signs around the place spoke of the admirable ethos of the establishment. This is a very cool place. We enjoyed our breakfast outside, and the entire experience was pleasant and memorable. The latte brought me back to summers gone by. Of note and the reason this isn't a 5 star review is the crew is completely unmasked and their to go, order ahead and order in system had us waiting/confused where and when we would connect with our order. We arrived in The midst of a rush - no shade to the hustle of the staff they are completely rocking. Might just need a different register system or ticketing process. I finally made it to Crack'd, a popular brunch/quick bite outpost I've been hearing about since high school. With such a big menu, there weren't many option for vegetarian/vegan/dairy-free customers like myself, so though I was excited to try a famous breakfast sandwich, I instead ordered a veggie burger which came with a side of fries. The food took a while but it was busy so I didn't mind. I enjoyed the veggie burger for sure, but it wasn't the best I've had. It was more or less forgettable after finishing since nothing stuck out to me about it. Chips were great though! Love this place for brunch! It's super clean, fresh, and tasty! My boyfriend and I ordered the Egg n' Tater Bowl and the Chorizo Bowl. Both were simple and flavorful. And unlike most brunch options, it actually felt healthy, while still filling us up! We also ordered the Caramel Macchiato and the Nostalgia Iced Coffee and were on a happy, caffeinated daze. I preferred the Caramel Macchiato for its bolder, richer flavor. The Nostalgia coffee was good too, but the drink highlighted the cereal milk more than the coffee.
