Got off the boat/cruise and had some time to kill before my flight. I happen to find this place and glad I walked right on in. I was greeted with a warm smile and had a table right away. Unfortunately they had some kitchen issues and some of the items were not available, but they have plenty of other items in the menu. Started off with one of their Prison Pals Blonde. Very refreshing and crisp. Love to trying local beers. Thankfully I was craving pizza and it was recommended by my server too. Straight plain pepperoni but there was nothing plain about it. It was loaded with pepperoni and it had a nice cheese pull. Now... The pink sauce it came with... No lie the color makes you question it but it was very good. Garlicky and creamy add on that just add the right mix. The place is clean, beautiful and seems to have a good vibe. The staff was very attentive and checked on my frequently. Came here with my girlfriend for lunch. It's right across the street from Miami Heat Stadium. I don't usually order pull pork, but Craft did their thing with this one. The meat was cooked very well. The pizza bun added a new twist to it that I liked very much. Truffled fries were okay, definitely tasted the oil a little too much but it was good enough for me to still eat it. Anyways, when we got to the Bayside location, our moods changed. The interior and service were great. Tomas was the best! He was attentive, but not bothersome. I would never have thought to put pulled pork on a salad but man I would do it again in a heartbeat. They have house made beer aioli which is incredible to put on anything. CRAFT is a great location for brunch if you have a large party and need to make reservations. I made a reservation for a party of 11 for a pre-graduation brunch. Upon arrival at 9:00 AM, the hostess asked whether we wanted standard indoor seating or outdoor seating. We wound up choosing outdoor seating and the hostess and her staff immediately started putting tables together to accommodate our table of 11. Their menu has a decent selection from omelettes to breakfast platters to sandwiches/croissants. They have mimosas with fresh OJ either sold by glass or by pitcher which was a plus! They also have a wonderful selection of coffee from lattes to cappucinos to espressos and so forth. We ended ordering our drinks first while waiting for the remainder of our party to arrive. I got an iced vanilla latte and it was well made. It was not too sweet and it had a subtle hint of vanilla which did not overwhelm the taste of coffee. I also ordered a pitcher of the mimosa for 4 of us to share. It came out as a bottle of champagne followed by a small carafe of fresh OJ. Each glass had a fresh strawberry on the rim. :) Great aesthetics and care! Once the rest of the party arrived, we ordered food. I got the breakfast sandwich with a side of potatoes. The sandwich was underwhelming. The egg was overcooked and the bacon was not crispy. The tomato jam was an interesting touch, but there was too much of it which made the top bun soggy. Overall, the breakfast sandwich was a 3/5 and didn't have much flavor to it. I was hoping the side of potatoes would redeem the meal but it lacked flavor and salt. It was also cold when it came out rather than warm and crispy. All in all, the ambience of this brunch location is great and I appreciated the service, but the food was just okay. read more
