Definitely agree with all the reviews here that these donuts are amazing - hot, crispy, fluffy. The plain donut alone has so much texture and flavor, and I love that even without lots of other toppings/sugar it's so good. Love the seasonal/special flavors too, we had the cardamom pistachio today and it was great. We tried the funnel which had been raved about earlier - couldn't really taste the strawberry drizzle but if you like powdered sugar it was good! Visited here twice on my recent trip to Santa Fe. Ordered a half a dozen box both times for the fam. Also indulged in an iced chai latte which was magnificent on a warm sunny day. These donuts are made FRESH when you order and are made TO ORDER; there are not rows of pink and chocolate donuts waiting to be grabbed. Expect to wait. Went to the truck this morning and ordered 4 donuts. The lady in line behind me then ordered a dozen donuts. I received 2 of my donuts, a long time passes, and then the lady who ordered a dozen got hers. I still only have half of my order. I asked the guy if I was going to get my other donuts. He asks me what they were, so I tell him, and then I ask him if he stopped making my order in the middle to make this other lady's dozen donuts. He looks at me and with a straight face says, "No," which can't possibly be true because she's holding 12 donuts and I only have 2. Then he tried to sort of make it up to me by giving me extra donuts? I don't want extra donuts. I want the donuts that I ordered, and that's it. I don't need extra donuts to make up for your mistake that you wouldn't own up to or apologize for. I don't like being lied to, and I will not be back here.
