Strawberry Matcha, looks and tastes more like coconut milk with a dash of matcha

Couldve been better. Don't get the matcha if you enjoy matcha flavor. this is watered down matcha. and the color is a light green, I basically paid for coconut milk with a dash of matcha and strawberry flakes. the donut didn't look like the picture on the menu, I got a cookies and cream and the picture shows the donut is sprinkled with cookie crumbles but it looked like they shook the bottom of the bag on this one. (tasted good overall)

These are the best baked (fried?) goods that I've had in New Mexico! The donuts are made fresh so they're warm and have this amazing delicate crunch to the outside when you bite into them. They're cake donuts so they're also fluffy on the inside with a nice crumb, rather than airy. So good! I liked the vanilla glaze and cinnamon sugar--the glaze does make it a little less crispy more quickly but there's an ample amount poured on (get napkins! The glaze makes a messy donut in the most delicious way). I think the cake itself is probably tasty enough that a plain donut would be good as well, even without any added sugar. They're reasonably priced at $1.90-$2.40 each, depending on whether you get a classic donut or one of their specialty ones. These are so good that I've run several miles to them as a midday treat for myself! I only wish their hours ran longer and they were closer to me--one of these donuts makes a perfect dessert. They're not huge, like a yeasted donut, but the size is perfect for a snack :)

Delicious and pretty cheap! These donuts are made fresh and are oh so yummy. There is shaded parking behind the food trucks.

Fresh hot donuts in a food truck lot! I stopped by on a whim because I needed some coffee, and ended up ordering a donut. They sell cake style donuts, which is usually not my preference, but I'm so glad I tried one. I ordered a strawberry donut, and it was delicious! The outside of the dough was nicely crisped from the fryer, and the inside was warm and doughy. The iced americano I ordered with it was a perfect pairing on a hot summer day. Lots of parking Saturday morning, and other food trucks around. I will most likely be back in im craving donuts again.

Excellent coffee and donuts here, with an emphasis on those warm, fresh donuts. My only regret is not returning for a second go-round. Top 10 world-wide. Not to be missed...

as good as cake donuts get, honestly. i'm not even a huge, huge fan of cake donuts; i usually go for yeasted. but these absolutely blew me away, and were piping hot and fresh. my favorite donut is boston creme/bavarian cream, so i knew i had to get that one. it was delicious and adorable. the chocolate was a little too sweet for me, but loved it all the same with the americano i ordered. a good coffee donut, for sure. their coffee wasn't bad given that a lot of the brew i had in santa fe was way too dark for me. this was standard and held up well, but not too over roasted. the other donut i tried was a may seasonal (glad i got there the last day of the month to try this one). it tasted like spring alrighty -- orange almond with dried raspberry sprinkled on top. so so good. would definitely recommend this spot, and i was lucky enough to be staying just a half a block down the street. the service was also extra friendly, thanks y'all! keep it up!

I'm a lover of all things fried and craft donuts has me as a fan! They are located right across from Kaune's in a food truck lot right next to a bbq and taco spot. I liked being able to order online and they were ready when I arrived. Their donuts are made to order and served warm. Some were a little bit more greasy than others, but I still thought they were all delicious. My boyfriend loved the plain ones, but I am a fan of toppings and can't wait to try all the different varieties. There are special flavors each month so that will keep things interesting and sure to make me a repeat customer.

Excellent. These are the best doughnuts I have had since being in Santa Fe. I tried Whoos Doughnuts but these are much better. These were fresh and delicious. I had the Lemon Blueberry and Maple Bacon. I can't wait to try the others. Wow.

My dad and I discovered that Craft Donuts and Coffee was located really close to where we were staying and decided to walk this morning to grab some doughnuts. It was located in a food truck lot and we were able to spot it immediately upon arrival! They have an amazing selection of doughnuts and even have specials! The person who took our order was really nice and accommodative to my cinnamon allergy! We got a half dozen doughnuts and the December special, the peppermint bark doughnut! The presentation of all of the doughnuts was perfect and they all tasted so yummy! If you're ever in the Santa Fe area, this is a must try spot!

My son is a donut connoisseur so when we travel, we like to check out the local donut shop. We set out from our hotel and walked to Craft, thinking it would be a storefront. It is not! They have a permanent set-up with a truck in sort of a food truck garden which was neat. We ordered an assortment of donuts: glazed, cookies and cream, strawberry and others. It seems all the donuts start out as plain, and they they coat them in the fresh glaze and toppings. It made for a sticky, yet delicious, eat. The donuts themselves were fluffy and crisp, fried without being heavy. My son thought they were a little too messy, but I can handle some frosting on my fingers. Just be prepared to grab extra napkins when you order because you will need them!

The employees/baristas and customers were so friendly here! I'm from San Diego and was visiting Santa Fe for a week with my family. I tried to sample many of the coffee shops in town and this one stood out for its friendly service and warm atmosphere, plus quality coffee. I ordered the horchata latte and it was delicious! However, it didn't seem very strong coffee-wise (I believe my latte had two shots of espresso?), so I had to come back like an hour later to get a second one to satisfy my caffeine needs. The breakfast/brunch options looked amazing and were reasonably priced, but during our stay we did not end up eating here...we simply ran out of time! The space is within a shared work building right off the street, walkable from where we were staying and close enough to walk to the Plaza. I enjoyed walking here on a few mornings and getting the feel of what it might be like to be a local in town, while scanning the many clothing and other types of shops along the way. Overall I'd recommend this coffee shop for friendly vibes and yummy coffee drinks...but next time I'd add an extra shot to my latte.

We tried a couple of different coffeeshops around Santa Fe, and this one was our favorite by far. I got the Murmuration of Starlings and it tasted just like the name! This place is on the smaller side and there's not a whole lot of seating, although they do have a few outdoor spots. I also care about the vibe of a place, so the breakdown is 5-star coffee drinks, but ho-hum 3-star service, hence the 4-star review instead of the 5 I would've loved to have reported here. The place is a few blocks from where we stayed and was easy to walk to and find, knowing I'd be looking for a sign with a few animals on it and it may not be obvious to some that this business is a coffee shop. I ordered the Crash of Rhinos, which fits their clever theme. The drink was just sweet enough and unique and flavorful. However, when we walked in, there was no barista or anyone at the front to greet us; we didn't mind waiting a minute or two for someone to show up since it was clearly open and there were a couple customers inside (and duh, we were on vacation and not in a hurry). When the nose-ringed hipster-looking girl came around the corner I was disappointed that we were not greeted with a smile or a good morning, or "sorry to keep you waiting" kind of phrase. She took our order, made our drinks, and did not say thank you (I did, and tipped her $2. Why, I'm not sure). That was that. Hubs ordered the spicy mocha drink and it was a bit much; he decided it would be better iced or he'd try a different selection next time. Yes, there was a next time. Different barista, same kind of treatment. Still tipped just because I was a barista for many years and know this really helps supplement a worker's salary and encourage good communication with customers. This time I ordered the Murmuration of Starlings latte, which has rosemary, thyme, and cardamom notes. It was delicious but similar to the Crash of Rhinos drink. The third time we visited we entered through the Chocolate and Cashmere shop next door. I found it funny that the nose ring barista girl happened to be in that shop talking to the girl who worked there, but when we walked in, she quickly exited back to the coffee shop to sit with the other barista at a table in the coffee shop. The chocolate shop girl was so sweet and we even visited their location in the Plaza a day later and she was just as nice, even though that day we did not make a purchase. Overall I do recommend Crash Murder Business for their coffee drinks, but don't expect friendly service. (If you're looking for that, go to Iconik up the street!) Just because you work at a coffee shop and you have a cool haircut does not make you above others. Especially when small businesses work to please their customers and should encourage their return. Kind of a shame...but I would still go back for the coffee if I were ever in town again.
