Amy was our waitress, and she was on it. She was delighted. There was 5 of us in our party, we ordered the build your own pizza with thin crust, sausage crumble and mushrooms. A margarita pizza. A caesars salad and a house salad. The house salad was really tasty. The pizza's come 6 slices to a pizza, 12 inch. 2 pieces each. We were really full, but we decided to order 1 more, the margarita pie. My husband ordered a mango margarita with Don Julio tequila. For 30.00 a bit expensive, but it was well worth it. It was one of the best margaritas I've ever tasted. But for 30.00 it better be. The restaurant was very busy. We had to wait approximately 25 minutes for our table. So glad we waited. We will be back, very impressed with the service and the food. Ever in Buena Vista, Co this is a must go to. Thanks Amy you were great. Follow me if you like this review.

We usually have a rule on vacation we don't eat anywhere more than once, well we ate here 3 times and wish we could bring the place home with us! Our favorites are the Avalanche, Pig & Fig and the cheese bread!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]On a rainy day in the mountains, pizza just hits and Crave was a cozy spot to duck in to for lunch in Buena Vista.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There was a slight wait for a table, so my friend and I sat at the bar. Service was attentive and the pizza and salad we split, came out quick. The salad we got had a nice mix of veggies and oranges while we stuck to a basic margerita style pizza. Nice people on their staff and friendly local spot.

This was our first meal in Buena Vista and we were relieved to find decent food after a long travel day! I got the chicken alfredo and asked for pesto on the side. The flavor was incredible, especially with the pesto! My one complaint is that the chicken was a bit dry, which I find to be a common problem when I order chicken dishes in restaurants. We also had a salad (I think it was the house greens) to share, and it was one of the best salads I've EVER tasted. The other members of my party enjoyed their pizzas as well. One person got the seasonal pizza, which I believe was a bourbon bbq brisket pizza, and that was VERY flavorful so they couldn't finish it in one sitting. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Service was attentive and the place was well-decorated and clean![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Made to order pizzas, they're 12in single ones. You have a choice of sourdough, focaccia, or gluten free crust. Delicious and flavorful! The sourdough had a nice crisp to it. The alcoholic drinks were good too! Nice service

Hearty portions. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Neat ambience and atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Kind servers. [[HIGHLIGHT]]A local hip spot to visit.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Take a pizza to go. It will help during those long evenings at hot springs. The menu is extensive. I consider this place a favorite on my journeys to Buena Vista. You should go. You'll be glad you did. [[HIGHLIGHT]]People watching is fun here as folks from all walks of life patronize this.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The building is old and vintage with a modern feel.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

This is the most mediocre food I'd become a regular for. This is supposedly a pizza joint. I tossed a soft ball and ordered a margarita. The Toronto cocktail was kind of a miss. The pizza did arrive and it was a respectable electric oven crust. But it was weirdly flavored with "ITALIAN SEASONING" (the flavor was all caps) all over the top, red pepper, and a crazy amount of overcooked basil. I like bread cheese and herbs so I ate away but this is terrible pizza fronting as elite. [[HIGHLIGHT]]If I lived here I'd come to be among the exceedingly white mountain crowd (my people), I like the vibes, but for the food, no.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If the 3 pizzas I've eaten in town, this is at the bottom. Since I ended up being ignored and having to pay up front, they knocked a glass of wine off the bill without asking which was very much appreciated.

We ate at Crave twice during our stay in BV! Both times were excellent. We had the pig and the fig and the bee sting pizza. The cheese bread with tomato soup and caesar salad were also bomb. Sadie behind the bar was lovely and the FOH manager Mark is an all star. That dude knows how to run a restaurant and make sure everyone is happy! Highly recommend stopping here for lunch!

What a great place with super friendly service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a cool semi-open kitchen concept at the back and smells delicious as soon as you walk in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We ordered two pizzas--the Pig & Fig on focaccia crust and the Pep Rally on the sourdough. The prosciutto, pickled onion, arugula and fig on the Pig & Fig is unique and delicious. Both crusts were fantastic with the perfect crispy crunch. Not a super extensive wine list but my spouse also had the Limoncello spritz to start the night and enjoyed it. We will definitely be back again!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere inside was very homey with a modern twist. It was beautiful with a bar in the middle and an open kitchen to see all the dishes being prepared.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a very spacious restaurant with lots of room to accommodate everyone.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's located in the heart of Buena Vista surrounding by cute little shops.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got the pig & fig pizza and my husband got the Margherita pizza. The pig & fig pizza was very good with a handful of arugula, figs, pickled onions and prosciutto. The pizza was a bit heavier so I only managed to eat half of it but it was good. The Margherita pizza was thinner but delicious. I got to steal a slice. The cooked cherry tomatoes and fresh basil was simple but sometimes simple is better. The crust was a little more burnt being a bit thinner, but overall it was a yummy pizza. We opted to try their dessert which included a cannoli dip and cheesecake with whipped cream and mixed berries. The cannoli dip was good but the cheesecake was delicious! The cannoli dip resembled chips and salsa with the filling in the center with the fried bits around it. The filling was pretty good but I couldn't eat too much of it. The cheesecake on the other hand was something I couldn't stop eating. The cheesecake was so soft and rich. Mixing it with the berries and whipped cream just enhanced the flavors even more making it a top tier dessert. Overall this was a really good spot to eat at with very friendly and attentive service throughout the night. I'll definitely come back to try some of their other items next time!

The staff is also so incredibly nice and gave me several recommendations and made it all seem like incredible options. The price point is high, but i'm learning that's just Colorado in general. There is almost always a line snaking through the shop to place your order, but the staff is genuinely hustling hard to move people along. Once you get through the queue, you grab your drink and wait for them to call your name from the kitchen. It is a familiar routine for a reliable morning fuel up. Truth be told, this particular visit turned into a bit of a comedy of errors. I ordered a Cool River Burrito with chorizo, but the kitchen lost the ticket entirely. When they finally sorted that out, they failed to pack it to go as requested, so it ended up being a bit of a messy situation overall. To add to the frustration, the outdoor tables were pretty neglected. None of them had been wiped down or cleared, and unfortunately they were the only spots available to sit. Honestly, the food itself usually redeems the bumps in the road. When the burrito did show up, it was tasty and plenty big enough to satisfy a massive appetite, packed full of hearty ingredients and that chorizo punch. The interior space is definitely on the cramped side, but it manages to feel cute and features a nice modern vibe. Despite the logistical hiccups, the crew working the counter is incredibly kind and busting their humps to keep up with the rush. It remains a great, dependable spot to grab breakfast and a solid coffee drink when you are in town.
