This place is cool, in a newer shopping area with lots of new things being added. The restaurant is new, nice and clean. The appetizers we tried were great - the crawfish cheese bread was everything I wanted it to be, cheesy, garlicky, and delicious. We also got the hush puppies (not pictured) and they were really good. My family is from the east coast so to find a decent hush puppy around here is hard! The boil bags were good, we tried the "Signature" house blend of spices for the first two boil bags, and I was not impressed with the amount of flavor. That blend does have garlic butter in it though so I thought maybe it was just mellowing out the spice. Next time I would try another flavor. As far as the seafood or self, the headless shrimp were easy to peel and cooked perfectly. The crawfish was small but that's to be expected this time in the season since it's early. I feel like the crawfish was soft which is why I don't usually like the boil bag style, but will give it another chance once the crawfish get bigger and more in season!! Service was decent. A little bit slow, it took close to 45 minutes for us to get our raw oysters to the table..... the server apologized when he brought out our other food and said it would be a little while because the kitchen was backed up. We tried to order a second pound but after waiting 30+ minutes they said they were still backed up and we just told them to take it off and bring the check It wasn't a super busy night either. Overall okay experience. I think there are things that can improve, especially how quickly food is coming out. And I will be happy to come for some bigger mud bugs this season to give them another chance once they have worked out their kinks read more

I'd give them a solid 3.5 stars. Went on a Monday evening and didn't have a wait. Fairly empty when we came, but filled up more as we waited / ate. Ordered the #1 combo (1 lb crawfish and 0.5 lb shrimp). Flavor was good, but they're not cooking fresh crawfish - some were clearly still cold. Also ordered the fried shrimp poboy with Cajun fries and an extra side of hush puppies. Poboy was good with decent bread that could have had a bit more flake to it. Cajun fries came spicy (as requested) and were good, yet super salty. Hush puppies were what you should expect. Service looked very good at other tables, but our server was quite underwhelming. I love this place! The seafood was so good, perfectly flavored! The waitress was attentive and checked on us often. There was a short wait when we walked in. The crawfish was a good size. I chose the grail- garlic butter and Thai basil. You won't be disappointed if you love fresh garlic. The only thing I was disappointed in was the cocktails were not available. They only had margaritas available last night but they were yummy. We had watermelon and strawberry. The fish sauce wings weren't as crispy as I'd like them but they were good. I had to try the crawfish egg rolls because it sounded interesting. They were okay. I would definitely return to try the rest of the stuff on their menu. The order was 1 pound of spicy shrimp, order sent and paid for at 6:27 with an estimated pick up time at 6:47. I received a text saying it was ready for pick up at 6:45. Apparently the text system is "not accurate". I spoke to the front desk multiple times and kept getting "they're working on the order." 7:30 comes around and I asked for a refund, but get "they're packing it right now." The server ran to the back and quickly packed it. The shrimp we received was lukewarm, nothing extra, nothing to apologize for the wait time.
