So I haven't tried the ice cream yet so my review is based on customer service and attentiveness! The fact I'm writing this review before my ice cream is actually finished is because I am highly allergic to almonds and when I expressed that to the cashier, she didn't even bother to check just assume what type of nuts is in the waffle mix this had super upset me! My allergy is not an assumption anyone should assume! Go check and not make me ask you to go look! Going to the hospital is something I never look forward to. read more

Ok their Nutella ice cream is reason enough to keep on coming back to this place. So your order comes with waffle if you order the medium and larger size. Dont opt out for waffle on the side vs waffles on the ice cream cup because it just doesnt make sense and ruins the presentation. I find myself craving for Creamistry goodness once in a while and i've succesfully resisted it everytime which also sums up on how I should describe this establishment. Yes, they're good but not perfect that you can't live without it. Sprinkles is to cupcakes but Creamistry is not going to be IT for ice cream. But dont get me wrong because they are good. *Ok this is a review of the customer service, I didn't actually get a chance to try the ice cream.* Decided to finally try this place out, it was packed, but that was expected. We waited in line and when we were finally next to place our order the iPad registers went down. The lady in front of us was able to put in her order ($40 of ice cream) but the register wouldn't process her card (or anyone's card, whole thing went offline). Well the staff went ahead and made the lady's ice cream and gave it to the group and they started to eat while the lady stayed and waited for the registers to work. Well 10 minutes go by and everyone's starting to get impatient, no announcement that something was wrong, no nothing. The only reason I knew what was going on was because I was next in line. Well finally the cashier got tired of trying and said he needed to write down the lady's card information on a piece of paper. Obviously the lady said "NO!" (I completely agree with her, thats shady as f$&^) I heard the cashier say "Well we can't just let you leave with free ice cream." And they started arguing. We didn't stay long enough to hear how the whole thing went down, I wanted ice cream damnit, so we left. I was just amazed at how the whole thing was handled! 1. The staff gave the lady and her group the ice cream BEFORE the transaction was finalized. 2. The cashier wanted to write down her card info without really asking her, so so shady. 3. Everyone in line still had no idea what the hell was going on, they should've announced that the registers were down and to please be patient. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Even though I didn't get a chance to try the ice cream the prices alone were appalling. I honestly don't even know why I stayed once I saw it was $8.50+ for a medium. read more

I think this is one of my favorite ice cream places! It's thick, creamy, and a different sort of consistency than any other ice creams! The liquid nitrogen process is fun to watch too. My top pics are Thai tea and the melon one. Soooo good! You pick your base, then flavor, then toppings. I always go for the cream base, because that's what makes them creamistry! The scoops are pretty big and also really expensive, so I can get away with just getting a single scoop. A definite must try! Love it! read more

After being in love with gelato for a while I think liquid nitrogen just became my new love. This place is a lot of fun to watch them whip up new ice cream right in front of you. There are so many flavors and variety for you to choose from or mix and match and have topping mixed in or sprinkled on top. My wife always wants to go here. I really enjoyed their prearrange Triple Chocolate the first time and when we went back I got Reese in Espresso ice cream which is the best! They have asian flavors which my wife loves so she gets Taro and Matcha. Go with the premium milk for the creamiest experience. The consistency is like whipped icing for cakes. I wonder what an ice cream cake would be like from these guys if they used their ice cream as the icing. read more

This was the first place I've heard of liquid nitrogen ice cream, but had not gone until recently (actually went to other liquid nitrogen ice cream places first). Interior is clean and service is friendly. However, the ice cream is pretty pricey for just being ice cream (pricier for toppings), even if it is made in front of you/with liquid nitrogen. I just got a scoop of the roasted sesame seed ice cream, and the flavor was not very strong. It was definitely creamy (as the name implies). Overall, I came here for the novelty of liquid nitrogen ice cream, but would not go back again unless I was taking someone who wanted to try it. read more

It was my first time here and I ordered a cup with vanilla ice cream with smashed up caption crunch cereal mixed in the ice cream with yummy bananas strawberries & NUTELLA! It was called the captains cream or something like that. But all I have to say was IT WAS DELICIOUS. I've never had ice cream like this before, it wasn't as runny and didn't melt as quickly as regular ice cream the flavor of he ice cream itself was just really really good I loved it and I can't wait to go back and try more things!!! Don't know much about chemistry or how liquid nitrogen turns milk into ice cream but man oh man Creamistry makes incredible ice cream! We ordered regular milk with matcha green tea and asked to mix in mochi + cap n' crunch. The results? Heavenly creamy ice cream. Love the idea of being able to make your own ice cream with a wide variety of flavors and toppings. Maybe I'll be more adventurous next time. I love the fact that toppings that-tend-to-get-soggy DON'T at Creamistry. So I feel like I can really go to town with something like crushed Oreos mixed in - they stay that airy extra-crisp texture that I feel I can't even get fresh out of a package sometimes, much less in the midst of all the cream. And the waffle? Creamistry is the ONLY place I order the waffle. I usually avoid waffle cones like the plague because they're too bready for my taste, but they are light and tasty here and I am so glad they don't sell it in cookie packages because I would have to double my weekly workouts otherwise. Also, what can beat seeing your ice cream being literally made right before your eyes, perfectly to your spec, complete with fog effects? And this isn't like choosing out of just 4 flavors either - if you've never looked over their menu of options before, you're going to have to step aside if there's not a few people ahead of you in order to absorb it all. Went to their soft opening today and chatted with one of the owners. Sounds like they've got great plans for outside seating space and improving the flow inside, and he was very enthusiastic about soliciting more feedback. They seemed to have a great crew in there - energetic with good team spirit. Most definitely my new favorite ice cream place. I've already had it 5 times this month! Anyways, some may say this place is a little pricy, but it is worth it because the quality is great and this ice cream doesn't melt as quickly as normal ice cream. There are so many flavors, I don't think you'll be able choose! This place offers unique flavors, but nothing too weird. The brownie bowls are delicious, they aren't rock hard, so don't be afraid to try it. Definitely worth the money! I'd want to say that 2 small ice creams would be $12 average. read more
