This is the kind of place that I would go once just to try it, and then never again. The liquid nitrogen ice cream is DELISH. THE BEST ice cream I've ever tried. I got a medium sized green tea ice cream with mochi and almond toppings. The ice cream was incredible- it was thick and creamy. And it's fascinating to watch the ice cream being made. The bad part? It cost me $10+. A medium sized ice cream is $8.50 and any additional topping is $1. I love the ice cream and I recommend you all to come here at least once, but be prepared to spend some money! read more

It's pretty much Cold Stone with an extra show. I ordered a Nutella base with Marshmallow Cream Topping using Organic Cream. The end result was delicious but it was extremely loud so the cashier thought I said I wanted condensed milk. Which by no mean sounds the same marshmallow. I also asked to have it mixed but ended being a topping...still good but another mistake that threw me off. My boyfriend ordered a "Nitro-Dole" which described on the sign as Pineapple Sorbet but was corrected that they did not have Pineapple Sorbet and Nitro-Dole was the closest to it. Even though it says Pineapple Sorbet and it was pretty much what he meant.Tasted like a dole whip and with the added strawberries it was good. The problem overall is the communication and a lot of the people working there looked very new and somewhat nervous which makes me nervous when it comes to making my food. Very loud and hard to move around since everyone is trying to take pictures of the action. The price was quite high and if you want to add more toppings it will be an extra dollar. The small filled me up just fine but overall it was more for the show. In the end. Ice cream was good. Price is high. Service needs fixing. read more

I came here on a Thursday night, and thought it was closes but it was just really not busy, which surprised me. however, once I came in a bunch of other people came as well. My friend ordered the Matcha Green tea, medium, premium milk, with waffle, mochi, and condensed milk toppings. The total was almost 12 dollars due to the two toppings. I was pretty excited to try this place because I love icecream, and this place has been blowing up my instagram since they have opened. My friend took the first bite and she said that it tasted like "creamcheese" which made me think "you are crazy" but once i tried it I realized what she was talking about. The texture is EXTREMELY creamy, almost the texture of cream cheese and the matcha wasn't as strong as I was expecting. The matcha seemed to be overpowered by the milk or something but i felt like I was eating creamcheese. Oh creamistry oh creamistry! All I can say is due to my bodybuilding diet I count my macros and log all my food intake. I try and keep sweets to a minimum but when I do want ice cream, this place is the ONLY place I go to. It's the only ice cream worth cheating on your diet for. They literally make your custom ice cream right there in front of you with the liquid nitrogen. And because they make it right there, the ice cream stays nice and hard and toppings never turn soggy. My favorite is cinnamon toast crunch with the premium base....I wish I was eating that right now ha... Also I've tried cookies and cream and a coffee/Heath and many more. Visited this place for the 1st time yesterday was not aware of the 50% off ice cream special they were having because of their birthday celebration so ridiculously long line the store was messy and the cashier was not friendly.. Over rated ice cream. I went there with a few friends on the opening week and waited too long 40min for freaking ice cream! Never returned because it was $8 for small scoop of ice cream! Then one of my friends had bowel movement problems after eating their ice cream that night. He could not sleep the whole night because he was fighting for the toilet! We ordered two doubles. We had French Vanilla and Butter Pecan with the premium base. The experience was cool especially for kids but the ice cream is over rated and over priced. We paid $25 for two doubles. Most of the time if you consider having a double or two scoops its because you want two different flavors. We'll they don't allow you to get two flavors on a double. It had to be all one flavor The ice cream is definitely rich n thick but the flavors are off. The vanilla didn't taste like French Vanilla tasted more like a cream and my butter pecan was way under flavored. Tasted similar to the vanilla with small nuts. Thrifty butter pecan is was better.
