Instead, I went with the Smashed Toast, which was smashed avocado on Texas Toast and topped with a fried egg. A side of hash browns was included, too. Service was top-notch on my visit. I was greeted the moment I entered the door and seated soon after. My iced tea arrived seconds after I ordered it. My mom and brother both ordered the Trifecta, but both meals had to be sent back because they were cold, and the turkey sausage did not look appealing at all (they had run out of regular sausage that day). My brother ended up getting the BLTE with tomato soup, which he enjoyed. My mom switched to the same Baja Turkey Burger I had but with tomato soup on the side. The biggest problem overall was the kitchen consistency. My mom's turkey burger was only halfway cooked, and both original meals came out cold, which was disappointing. Another issue was the environment that day, it was extremely hot inside, especially with the heavy crowd, because the A/C wasn't working. I really hope they got that fixed in time for the hotter weather because it made dining uncomfortable.
