    Garlic buttered toasted-Mama's Homemade Bread

Location Uptown Dallas, just off McKinney and Worthington Parking Private lot but is tight-we usually park on the street-nearby garages Atmosphere [[HIGHLIGHT]]Authentic Italian kitchen.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Inside has many sections-historic building.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Seating [[HIGHLIGHT]]Large indoor patio-low top tables-great for groups.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service Friendly, attentive, immediate even when it's a big group Menu So many options! Spaghetti bolognese, chicken Parmesan, fettuccine Alfredo-meals come with salad, toasted bread. My picture is just of the bread because it is excellent! Toasted and with buttery garlic infused. So good! Our friends recommend the seafood! Meals come with choice of salad or soup. The salad was a generous spring mix with a tomatoey dressing. Very tasty. We had the chicken Parmesan that was a giant portion! Side if spaghetti that was doused with light olive oil. The chicken was lightly breaded, tender-lean, no fat and covered with a delicious tomato sauce-not too salty or heavy-just right. Summary Love this place-dependable delicious menu-something for everyone! This is the best place for a large group sit down dinner! Great food, outstanding service! See you there!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cremona deserves a lot more hype than they have!! It's one of the few restaurants in the heart of Uptown that has a designated lot for patrons, and the restaurant itself is spacious.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It also has so much character through the decorations.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food is just alright - the portions are very large, so while on the more expensive side, fairly priced. The vodka sauce was just alright. I was charged $4 for adding mushrooms, which felt a little steep. The bruschetta said it would have shredded mozzarella on the menu, but it was topped with heaps of grated parmesan. Service is great, very personable and attentive. I wish I liked the actual pastas a little more, though! If I return, I will see if they have another sauce I'm interested in. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I also went once on the weekend and there was live music, which I liked a lot.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Party of six started with the artichoke crème dip. It was tasty, a little thinner than I thought it would be but good. Moving on we had calzones, chicken Marsala, Stromboli and fettuccine. The Stromboli say is has hamburger but it looked and tasted like sausage. The portion size was big and the crust was soft and buttery. The chicken Marsala was flavorful with a very generous portion. The fettuccine was good as well and another big portion. The server was on top of things. The kitchen seemed a little slow. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was a little loud due to the gathering in the back room.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

By far the best hidden gem in Dallas. Absolutely love their food. Big portions. All made to serve. And the staff is absolutely incredible. Makes you feel like part of their family. Gives compliments. Checks in often. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance is 10/10 with an older man that plays the piano and sings live every now and then. Every table inside has white tablecloths and a rose in the middle. Very romantic.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's truly our favorite spot in Dallas.

We had a nice group of friends for a Friday evening dinner and we were not disappointed for the most part. TBH the food was just ok, being a bit on the basic traditional sense. Apps were decent, but the entrees (particularly the linguini vongole) were sub-par. The special of the night (chicken & eggplant Parmesan) was good, but a little dry and lacked flavor. BUT the experience of the restaurant and staff surpasses the shortcomings of the food. A great time was had by all and I would go back and try other options.

Spaghetti Meat Sauce (Bolognese) too much to finish! Fantastic

Great food ! Wonderful service. The bolognese was outstanding. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere is always perfect.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Cremona! Mille grazie!!! This family creates the most authentic Italian food and dining experience in the entire Metroplex... And why not? They've been in business for over thirty years and have been nourishing their loyal customers with Italian food for the body and soul since their doors first opened... The Cremona service is lovingly attended to by a true team of family who make sure "no one leaves hungry!" Prego! Thank you, too, for relocating and rebuilding after the fire that destroyed your original location. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cremona is iconic, and now legendary with an atmosphere not only of Italia, but on display are some of the world's most famous ocean liners of the 20th century.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]].. Thank you, Silvia and David... Jesse, Nico, Mark, David, Jr., and Isabella... Love Never Ends...

Went on a Friday Night at 8pm and found we didn't need our reservations as place was empty. Good wine selection & prices, we shared a bottle of Chianti. Good for date night as in Uptown and cozy atmosphere in a converted house. Food was only okay so I was disappointed there. Ravioli appetizers were dry even when using marinara. Chicken Rolatino was good as we hadn't had it before. Really disappointed in the pork chop dish as waiter raved about it. Noodles were plain and pork chop was thin and mostly bone, hard to eat. We won't be going back as too many other Italian places to try, but if you are in the area it's a valid option.

Cremona Bistro Kitchen serves up authentic and delicious Italian food. The staff provides excellent service; I like that a waiter comes around with unlimited slices of perfectly baked bread. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The food tastes good and the restaurant provides an inviting atmosphere with plenty of seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I recommend booking a reservation for weekend nights.

Is this a good spot for a date? Is it too loud to have a conversation (esp w live music)?

Great place for a date. Not loud at all. On Friday they have a keyboardist but not loud.

But the chicken pizza was average. The pizza was holding well to its name. We didn't try anything else other than garlic knots which was okayish. And nothing extraordinary about the tiramisu. (just a fun fact) They seem pretty proud of that fact too, considering there's now a giant cowboy hat sculpture, "The Big Hat," right across the street. It's impossible to miss. Anyway, we weren't there for hats. We were there for pizza. First, a public service announcement. Figure out what you want before you walk in because the menu is only available through a QR code, and it is awful. You scroll. Then you scroll some more. Then somehow you're still scrolling. It feels less like ordering dinner and more like reading the terms and conditions for a mortgage. The two of us ordered a large pepperoni pizza, which turned out to be ambitious. We ate leftovers for days. Next time I'd definitely order the smaller size. My only real complaint about the pizza itself was the pepperoni. There was just TOO MUCH of it. Sure, I could have asked for "light pepperoni", but then I'd be paying full price for less topping, and that just goes against my personal philosophy. I'd love to see a "light pepperoni" option priced accordingly. ALSO not it is the good and greasy cupping pepperoni, kinda spicy. The pizza was also a little unevenly prepared. About half had a thicker crust while the other half was noticeably thinner. I definitely preferred the thinner side. Service was perfectly fine, the bathrooms were clean and nice, and the pizza was good overall. Just be prepared for the QR code marathon before you get to enjoy it.

Hands down Two Guys makes the best pizza in town! They make…read moretheir dough from scratch and it's delicious. Our standard order is a large three topping with pepperoni, real Italian sausage and onions. You've got to try onions as that touch of sweet helps with all the savory flavors. We always include a side salad with their homemade blue cheese dressing for a small charge $2.55! You've can also purchase their homemade salad dressings by the pint or quart. The pizza takes a minute to get made so the salad calms our appetite. I swear it's cheaper to get a glass of their house wine than to get a glass of tea so don't hesitate to order. This place is a definite bargain on many items. Now the pizza is just spectacular. The Italian sausage is the real thing that has been sliced from the links not the sausage "turds" you get with fast food pizza. The crust is perfectly yeasty and the thickness on the medium side. They also serve on a rack at the table to keep the crust fresh. Since we order a large it is a knife and fork pizza with the heavy cheese and toppings. Another favorite dish is their lasagna. I've lost count how many times I've ordered at the restaurant and to go. It comes with a choice of salad or minestrone soup. The soup is homemade and simply the best warming dish - a hug in a bowl loaded with veggies. Service is always friendly. The murals of Italian scenes and the wine bottles hanging from the ceiling add a fun touch. Just don't forget to try the pizza and you won't have regrets. One of the owners told me he has been eating that pizza twice a week for almost 50 years!

Upon entering you're met with dim lights, deep burgundy leather seats and images of musicians painted in every corner. The restaurant is absolutely stunning! Our table wasn't quite ready so we were asked to wait at the bar for short while. We started the celebration early by ordering a few drinks and by the time they arrived, our table was ready. We were lead to a large half moon shaped booth nestled in the corner; which was large and plush. Plenty of room for us four and honestly at least two more people. On our table was a place card that said Happy Birthday to my partner which was a nice touch. Our waitress arrived and very pleasant and helpful. She asked if we had questions and gave us some highlights of the menu. We ordered another round along with Meatballs Troubadour, the Heavenly Sourdough and Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice. The Heavenly Sourdough and Meatballs Troubadour were absolutely the stars of the show! The meatballs were flavorful and juicy. The marinara sauce paired wonderfully with the sourdough. For entrees, Dry-Aged Delmonico, Pomme Puree, Crispy Brussels, Honey Truffle Chicken and Whole Lobster Spaghetti. All the food was divine! To wrap it all up we of course ordered the 24 layer strawberry cake. The cake was bought out with a candle and 4 glasses of bubbly which was a very nice treat. Drake's met all my expectations and more. A huge thank you to the manager stopping by to make sure all was well throughout our meal. And also our waitress for her professionalism, knowledgeable and all around pleasant vibe. Drake's is now on my love list!
