The newpark mall food court was fairly empty on the Memorial Day holiday. No waits, and friendly, instant service at this tea shop and eatery. The ham, egg, and cheese crepe was served hot with tasty filling ingredients, and came with a side of fresh fruit. The strawberry field smoothie was amazing, strong strawberry flavor with a hint of banana, perfect level of sweetness, and not tart, just the way I like it... yum!

There were a variety of crepe and snacks so we took awhile to pick one but the service was amazing. The lady who was in charge were kind when taking our other and the other one were expert crepe maker! We also tried a jasmine milk tea and it was a classic. We got a chicken pesto bacon savory crepe and a sweet banana strawberry Nutella one: we love them both! 5/5 It was in the food court and it was the only place opened when we went. We were able to see it from macys entrance. Great location! The sun was nice and we sat right in front of the place. I'd come back to this mall just for this crepe place
Honestly the Nutella crepes deserve 5 stars. It's the service that deserves 3 stars. They were very disorganized and ordering was more confusing experience than it should have been. I WILL return. Hands down best crepes I've had since I was a kid. When I'm in the area I am making a stop. Hopefully they are more organized by then. Just like standing in line being confused as to when to order. My friend finished his food by the time I was done ordering. (Just ordering not when I received it).

If they had their shop somewhere with outside entry, I think they'd do so much better. Maybe when the housing goes up adjacent to the mall, then they'd get more foot traffic. If they were a little closer to my house in Fremont, I'd come here more often. I felt they are reasonably priced and very filling.

Great service with great options, so we ordered chicken pesto crepe, chicken teriyaki with no cheese crepe and fruit tea lychee. We gave our order and waited for around 10-15 minutes. It was delicious one must try the non-dessert crepe top.
Chicken Bacon Avocado Pesto Crepe Horchata Milk Tea One of three restaurants currently operating in the mall Food Court. Two people were working here on a weekday afternoon with a steady flow of customers, and they both handled everything quickly and seemingly effortlessly. The ingredients are fresh, and the crepe chef was very talented. It was fascinating watching her work. The crepe was great! The bacon is Canadian bacon, not crispy. Not what I expected, but definitely what the dish needed, and definitely delicious. The horchata was light and sweet!

By the time I got my crepe it was 15-20 minutes later. I ordered the Strawberry and Banana Crepe that had Nutella in it and had the option of ice cream for an extra $2. They have a lot of options including salad, crepes, smoothies, and other fresh options so I felt like it was one of the healthier options in that food court.
I typically buy drinks from Crepe Bar, but my mom and I decided to give their crepes a try. We ordered the Mango Crepe and it was pretty good. It's pretty light and not very sweet which I like. I wished that they used real mangos rather than canned, but the canned ones are still tasty. The wait here is pretty short also.
They still haven't lost their crepe touch. Excellent size. Excellent presentation. Excellent service. Excellent taste. Excellent colors. Vegetarian 1A crepe will always be my favorite here. I am really going to miss this place if I move outside of the San Francisco Bay Area for sure. It is filled with lots of vegetables, cheese, and yummy green pesto sauce. The serving of fresh fruits on the side is very fresh and good. There's no other place that makes the crepes this huge and stuffed, plus give you fresh fruits side, all for $12. Newpark Mall is not the best shopping mall, but thumbs up for an excellent food place inside the food court. The lady who makes the crepes over the counter is always very passionate and loves her job. My fresh watermelon juice is always great tasting too. I only feel love and passions here. Definitely come try out their delicious crepes, drinks, and ice cream.
I've been wanting to try this place since we go to this mall on a regular basis but we're usually in and out and doesn't have time to stop and eat but tonight, we definitely put this in our agenda and I'm so glad that we did. Of course, when trying new food, my son and my husband are usually skeptics so I had to make sure that I order something that they might like. They don't really like too much sweet and chocolate so I went with the #9 which is the Chicken Pesto with mushroom, spinach, shredded cheese and feta cheese. We like being able to watch how they make the crepe right in front of you. It's also pretty nice seeing how the orders ahead of us were made as well. It's wonderful to see the different combinations and ingredients that goes into each crepe. Once we got our order, it came with a side of fruit cup which had orange, watermelon, pineapple and melon. They were so nice with giving us extra utensils since there were three people splitting this. I only ordered one crepe because of my husband or son didn't like it, I didn't want to end up having to eat more than one crepe on my own. The crepe cost $9.50 but it's huge! And all three of us enjoyed it very much!!! It's so good and all the ingredients worked so good together! Now, I can't wait to try the rest of the other combinations that they offer.

We went to Newpark Mall to get a chair massage. Afterward, we went upstairs to hunt down some coffee. Imagine our surprise when (almost) the entire food court was closed! ... with the exception of 'Crepe & Tea Bar'. We're SO happy that they're still open! =) They offer a variety of different crepes, including savory crepes, sweet crepes . They also offer fruit smoothies, fruit infused tea, milk tea, and Boba of all kinds. This time, we purchased a coffee Boba drink and (2) Strawberry, Banana, and Nutella crepes ... with vanilla ice cream! Best. Lunch Ever! The owner and his family are very kind and service was fast and exceptionally polite. They're expected to close down as there isn't any business here (Newpark Mall will close in 2026).Please stop by and order a delicious crepe to support them! read more

Was in the area waiting for something and was wanted a one stop shop for snacks, boba and ice cream! The popcorn chicken is really yummy & good sized pieces and not small bits. Brown sugar boba, though can't customize sweet level, was just perfect in sweetness. I am very partial out boba it was chewy which is nice if you like chewy ones... my preference on the softer side. Food & drinks came out fairly fast. read more

My daughter and I went here yesterday, we absolutely loved it! We ordered the Strawberry, Banana, Nutella Crepe with Vanilla Ice Cream. There is a minimum $10 for credit card transactions. read more
A quick snack while we shopped. We wanted something light fruity and fulfilling. We choose to share and this place was perfect. Customer service was great she explained and helped direct our order. Their workspace was clean and condiments were properly covered. As he finished up orders he would clean up and prep for next order. We ordered cheesecake strawberry crepe and one chocolate strawberry Nutella. It was a warm day so we added a scoop of ice cream. I personally like the cheesecake strawberry as it was a great the blend of taste. I. didn't want the chocolate to over power the taste. If your craving chocolate the Nutella crepe you can't go wrong with. To go I ordered the tiramisu Oreo tea. It was Thai tea with a kick of Oreo. I found it to be filling. I think I'll be having this tea alone not after a crepe. But my picky son enjoyed it. The mint was a pretty touch. read more

Excellent crepes! We ordered the chicken pesto and banana brown sugar to try out both savory and sweet flavors. My daughter and I love the savory one a little bit more but both are very good! Very fresh ingredients. Nice service. Oh I love they have a small cup of fruits to go along with the chicken crepe. It's a balanced and complete dish. Will definitely make this place as my default eatery every time I come to New Park mall! read more
This place is such a gem! I was surprised that the crepes and drinks were actually good here considering it's in a mall food court. Crepes- I've been here multiple times and equally love their savory and sweet crepes. So much that I always struggle choosing which type I want because I know I'll be too full for both. The savory ones with pesto are delicious and so filling that I couldn't finish it all. The sweet ones are a great dessert and have a lot of fruit. My favorite is the strawberry and Nutella one... Workers are sweet and always fast. Highly recommend. read more
For two crepes it was around $20 dollars. Pretty pricey in my opinion. We ordered 2 crepes- one was a ham pesto and the other was a dessert nutella with ice cream. The egg was cold in the pesto one and the pesto sauce was too salty. They didn't give too much meat in it either. The nutella ice cream crepe was okay, wasn't anything special and they simply put the ice cream in a cup on the side of the crepe for $1.50 more. I would say they were pretty fast in making it, however the quality of the crepe was not the best. read more

This is my favorite crepe andctea bar. I like the 15 A crepe. It is crispy and yet has the perfect amount of sauce. Excellent flavor too! I also ordered the mango strawberry tea is famous with lychee Oh yummy. The staff are pleasant and this is a good meet with friends. The food is top quality and elegantly served. I have eaten at lord of crepe bars. This one is the best. I also order the chicken pesto., or an egg one all,are perfect sauce lightcwell cooked crepe! I recommend this place. If you down in the dumps this is a good pick my up place. Good atmosphere. Try it! read more

Disgusting!! Made a mistake a mistake of buying a drink here thinking it'll go well with the food I bought next door. $6 for a strawberry milk tea and they didn't seem to make it with care. Look carefully at the unsanitary display of "food" and the people making "the food and drinks" before approaching the cashier wasting your money and placing an order. Do not be fooled by the just looking at the screens and nothing else. The bare hands getting ice from the ice machine killed it for me. The drinks are all clunks and powdery not even looking like a "milk tea." Disgusting AF. Health inspectors should go evaluate this place! read more
My sister ordered strawberry nutella crepe. So I had a few bite on it. The taste wasn't bad because it's full of nutella inside the crepe, and also well generous with strawberry. Only when I cut it out in pieces with plastic fork and knife, that's really not easy, it kind mess up on the plastic plate. Well, I would say give it a try, since this is the only sweet tooth place you can have from the food court except the nestle and sno (shave ice) which they are located on first floor. read more

Okay, but the chicken is amazing!!!!! The fries are pretty good too. I haven't tried a crepe yet, but I might soon. So far their snacks really hit the spot. Now looking at how many nice things I'm saying about them, why is it only a 3 star rating? The service is kinda slow, and also the prices are quite high. About 10 bucks for one serving of popcorn chicken. A big serving, I'll give them that, but ten bucks??? However, please take my money it's delicious. We also got a strawberry milk tea, I don't recommend. The milk tea was just jam thrown into some milk tea and shaken. I was disappointed seeing their wide variety of fruit on the front, but I guess those are only for the crepes. read more

I'm so glad this place is in Newpark's food court- it could be a restaurant all on its own. There are so many options of drinks and foods to choose from that it leaves you overwhelmed! Luckily they had pictures of some of the drinks so I chose my strawberry something green tea and it actually came out with strawberry chunks inside- delicious! I went with a turkey/cranberry/avocado type of crepe (number 16 I think) and was not disappointed. They make the crepe in front of you and it's perfect! The portion was huuuge for me and super filling. The taste of the ingredients went together quite well and I love that the crepe remained crispy on the outside. Yum, I would definitely come back again for a bite while in the mall or waiting for a movie to start. read more

This place is such a GEM! I am very neutral when it comes to the concept of crepes. They're very under the radar for me. I never suggest to go get crepes. I don't dislike them. I don't like them. I'm like Switzerland. However, I came with a friend on a random weekday for lunch here, and my entire life has been changed. I had the spinach/feta/chicken/pesto crepe. One of the managers actually made the crepe. I like that unlike a lot of other crepe and boba places, you get to watch them make the crepe (so you can be sure that nothing shady or gross is going on...). The crepe itself was SO delicious. I went from being super indifferent about crepes to craving one of these like all the time now. One thing that sets this place out from the rest is that you can taste the quality in the crepe batter. At other places, they dilute the crepe wrap with water and fake margarine-y stuff. The manager told me that they use straight up milk and butter and you can definitely notice the difference. I also had an oolong milk tea, which was pretty good! (It was standard, decent tea. Not mindblowing but not bad by any means!) I'm writing this review about a week later... and now I'm craving the crepe again. Highly recommend 10/10. I never go to Newpark Mall, but I'd go for this place. read more
OK WHOA WHOA WHOA. I came by here with some friends after watching Sing a few weeks ago, and I gotta say that this place really really surprised me. I was kind of hesitant at first, because a boba and crepe place in a mall? I didn't know what to expect, but I definitely judged too harshly (insert disappointment-in-Amanda emoji here). Regardless, we ordered a couple of crepes and I ordered a Thai milk tea as well with boba. Surprise! The boba here is yummy, not too hard and not to soft, and there's a slightly sweet flavor to it as well. (I actually hate plain boba..) The Thai milk tea was not powdery and tasted genuine! I got to sample one of the crepes: strawberry cheesecake (I think?) flavor with fresh strawberry slices and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Ohh my goodness, this place definitely surprised me. I'll probably come here for dessert whenever I drop by Newpark mall! read more
