My wife leased a Mini Cooper S for three years, and we were pretty happy with the car up to the very end. We'd heard horror stories about Mini maintenance costs, but since our lease was only for three years, we didn't have an opportunity to experience any issues with the car. Overall the car was fun to drive, it was a nice looking externally, and a little fun & quirky on the interior. I brought the car to Crevier MINI to get serviced around a year ago, and my experience with the service guy EJ Padilla was super pleasant. He was nice and friendly and they took care of the oil change and service, no problem. At the end of our lease we brought the car here to return, and working with David was pleasant. We needed to get the last service on the car before returning the lease, and we were able to take care of the lease return paperwork and then drop the car off to EJ over at the service department, and we were done. They took care of the services needed and, without needing our intervention, handed the car off to the lease return team. Our new car isn't a MINI, so I probably won't be back here again, but while we had our MINI, this seemed like a nice dealership and I felt like it was worth coming over here to Yelp to give them a positive review. read more

Had to shop for a new car, and went around asking for quotes with Toyota, Nissan, and other dealerships around town experiencing a total nightmare. All the dealerships/car salespersons are so ambiguous, unclear, and never gives a clear answer as to availability of inventory, price, and deals available. Went to the dealership to check out the car, and we liked it. So asked if he can help us out a little bit more, and he worked out the deal with his manager bringing down the price a little bit further. In this creepy, ambiguous world of car shopping with a dealership, the experience was refreshing and a pleasure. This place is horrible, I leased an electric 2025 Mini Coooper countryman and 11 months later the car needed a major repair through no fault of my own, just a poorly made car. It sits in thier lot for almost two months, still haven't gotten it back yet. While asking texting and calling for updates I am contastantly ignored and always given the same response, "we'll get back to you shortly or something close". bought tires in Nov of 2024. had one split by the rim 4days ago. Crevier advised me not to drive and have the car towed to them by mini. since I would need to pay for the tow I opted to use roadside. when I called them back to get an appt as their site was booked for 2week I was told 'they'd call me'. no word. so I called for the part # was told a service person would need to give it to me and 'they would call text or email. have never heard from them. clearly they don't stand by their products. disappointing. read more
