This dealership completely wasted my time and operated in a very misleading way. I received an online offer through a third-party service for my vehicle. Before my appointment was even scheduled, the dealership already had my VIN, Carfax report, photos, and detailed information about the car. I specifically had a lengthy conversation with one of their employees two days beforehand because I wanted to avoid exactly this kind of situation. I asked very direct questions about whether the offer would change once I arrived, and I was told the only reasons the number would change would be if the tires were worn, the windshield was cracked, or there was undisclosed damage. When I arrived, they inspected the car, which I had no issue with because the vehicle matched everything already provided to them. After the inspection, they suddenly said they needed to "run numbers," which made no sense considering they supposedly already reviewed all the information beforehand. The original offer was $42,850, yet they came back almost $3,000 lower. Their explanation was that they had "pulled the Carfax" -- the same Carfax they already had access to before I even came in. The third-party representative who arranged the appointment even told me this is not the first complaint they've heard about this dealership using this tactic. It honestly felt like they simply wanted to get me in the door hoping I'd accept less after investing my time driving there and waiting through the process. Complete lack of transparency, professionalism, and respect for people's time. I asked detailed questions upfront specifically to avoid this situation, and they still chose to mislead me. read more

I'd like to give them a negative 5 stars, that's exactly what they deserve. Every time i go there they try and do one on me. When Anthony was the service manger he switched one of my tires and rim with some other vehicle and i ended up with a mangled scratched up rim. I told him look I wash my car, I don't send it to be washed so i know every scratch on my car. He says well we'd have to send it away to be repaired, which never happened. Now my next visit was out of this world. I took my car in for warranty service and a battery situation. I had previously charged my battery twice, in dong so they said i had shorted out my radio and display screen and one headlight. Anyways I had them replace my battery, which cost me $600. And then they tell me to fix the short in my headlight would cost $1050, and the short in my radio and display screen would cost $5000 and they could drop it down to $1000, so I told them just leave it , i don't need a radio, as far as the head light, I told them, I'll just drive with my parking lights. Now this is where it gets good. I bought a new headlight and installed it, works great. And after a few months of not having a radio or display screen, I dismantled my dash to get to my radio, than i decided to check what fuse is for the radio and display screen, it is fuse #61, so i looked for fuse #61, boy was i pissed and happy at the same time. These mother fers took out my burnt fuse and never put a new in. What do they think, everyone is stupid. I will never have any trust in them. Brought my Mini in for service as car was not starting smoothly. Suspected the battery was the problem, car inspection revealed not the battery but spark plugs, tune up and other service items over $1000. A few weeks later, same issue with car starting and turned out the battery was bad!!!! Either inadequate inspection or check-up or misled with needed services. Unreliable! read more

I took my car in for 3 repairs. After they inspected the car, they recommended $3,746.49 in repairs. I contacted my Mini mechanic who quoted me much less. Today I took my car to my Mini mechanic. NONE... I repeat NONE of the 6 items the dealer told me to repair needed repairing. I did have some maintenance that needed doing, but I was shocked that NONE of the repairs Crevier told me to get needed to be done. I don't write reviews, but I am writing this to warn you about this, especially if you are female (I am). I am shocked and outraged. They outright lied. I brought my car in for a routine oil change. After inspecting everything they found a small thing that needed to be repaired. They took a short video and text messaged me so I could see what they were talking about. They made sure that I understood everything that needed to be done before proceeding. They gave me a rough estimate and then actually charged me less than they originally told me. The customer service was above and beyond what I expected. They supplied me with a beautiful loaner as it was during the corona virus period and they were short staffed so it took a little longer than I originally thought it would. I highly recommend Crevier Mini Cooper to anyone who is looking for one in So. Cal. You won't be sorry. I will definitely go back to them when I am looking for my next car.
