Don't waste your time. I booked this company for rentals for my daughters birthday party. The week of I called to make sure that he was coming and all was in order. I never heard back. Called again and texted multiple times and never heard a single thing. I had to hire a separate company at the last minute. UPDATE - Five minutes after leaving this review I FINALLY heard back from the company. Oh not to say that he was delivering our rentals but berating me for leaving this review and telling me I "should be nicer". Fabulous customer service. I wanted to make it a special day for him, so I looked in to getting a bouncer. I'm on a tight budget, so I did my research. I called a bunch of places off google, I asked Facebook groups. I ended up messaging places off of Yelp. Cricket was the first company to reply. Even after I got replies from other companies, they were hands down the most affordable. They were clear on prices. Sent pictures of what they had and they were flat rates. I got an amazing price for a bouncer. They delivered it, set it up and picked it up. And they are so nice and professional! DO NOT HIRE THEM! You will regret it! They said they would deliver on Thursday and mentioned they needed payment upon delivery. When they arrived, I had money in hand and paid them. Then proceeded to tell me they would return on friday to setup because they were missing a few items needed for the setup. I explained how I wanted the setup and one of the them even took notes. I was waiting all day Friday for them to arrive and after many of my phone calls & texts, and many of their excuses, they arrived at 2am to set up! How does someone w a business think it's ok to deliver at 2am? Very unprofessional and disrespectful to my neighbors! I wanted the setup ready for when I woke up Saturday so I could start putting up my decorations; therefore, I did not make a big deal about it. I was just happy to finally have the canopy setup. I greeted them at 2am but went to sleep trusting I had already explained (and they took notes) of what I wanted. When I woke up Saturday morning the canopy was not where I had asked them to place it and the walls were not closed off like I wanted. I called Julio and he said they were very busy and could not come right away to fix it and would be here in 2 hours. He also mentioned I could try to move the canopy myself!! I guess he changed his mind because he arrived a few minutes later. He and 2 other men came and they enclosed the walls but then Julio proceeded to say he could not move the canopy because it was too heavy and all he could do for me was close off the walls. Why would he tell me I could move it when he couldn't move it himself?! He took off leaving me in tears. One of the other men saw how upset I was and suggested I ask about 6 people to help me move the canopy and apologized for Julio and said he was just very stressed. Well, Julio, don't have a business if you can't handle it! And don't be rude to your paying customer. I tried to move the canopy myself and it started to fall apart! They didn't even secure the screws properly when it was installed so it was falling apart. Luckily, Julio's dad arrived a few minutes later with the table linens I had paid for (and still hadn't been delivered) and found me in tears. He and another lady (both older people) were able to move the canopy to where I wanted it and were able to reattached the canopy. How is it that 2 older people could move the canopy and 3 young men couldn't?! It was obvious Julio just didn't want to help me and was very rude. Don't waste your money w these clowns! Especially Julio! The most unprofessional person I've ever worked with! I hired them because the brother Juan is an acquaintance of mine from high school and I trusted them to provide great customer service and deliver what I paid for. I was wrong! read more

Cricket provided tables, chairs, a dance floor, a bar, lights and a lighted-backdrop for behind the head table at my son's wedding. Juan and the Julios were very easy to work with. My family used to work in hotels and catering, so we know what we want and the team happily obliged. They worked with me on every detail and all of our requests were greeted with a "no problem." Communication with the team was also very good. We had several changes along the way and Cricket was very flexible with us. Overall, 10/10 for value and service. I'll update with pictures when I can. Such a disappointment. I needed a draped canopy for an event. I setup an appt online through their website to get measurements taken and a quote. The day of the appointment came and no one ever showed up. I called Juan and he told me it wasn't necessary for them to take measurements on site. I said OK and asked to go ahead and reserve the canopy. It took awhile and several texts/calls to finally get the quote sent via email. I agreed to the quote and asked Juan where/how I can send the deposit. Complete silence. Finally got a hold of him several days later to make sure my canopy was still reserved and he told me it was not since I hadn't made a deposit. He then told me he'd email me the deposit info shortly. That also never happened. I finally gave up. I wasted 2 weeks chasing Juan down for nothing. Luckily I found another company who quickly made the reservation in time for my event. read more

Proceed with caution with Cricket Party Services. I'm very disappointed in this business for their lack of follow through to their lack of professionalism. I made an online reservation for several party rental items and had the order confirmation emailed to me. I even called to confirm the order the following Monday after placing the order. I spoke with Juan. He confirmed the order and even helped me make changes to the order. I confirmed Cash On Delivery as it stated on the website, the party date and delivery time and he agreed. The day of my party (Sunday), there was NO Delivery, NO show hours before the party started! I called the company and spoke w a driver. He stated they had no record of my order. They asked me to send screenshots showing proof of my order, which I did. They said they couldn't deliver any items and actually referred me to another business . I contacted the other business and they said I wasn't the only customer this has happened to. This is a really bad way to conduct business, especially now that more people are hosting events and parties! Word to the wise... look for a more reputable company. It's not worth the risk to have this experience happen to anyone else. I really hope this business considers this review as an opportunity to make the necessary changes to improve.
