So good. The bolognese sauce is delicious and I like that they have a gluten free option for pasta if you want to substitute the rigatoni. The chicken caprese is my favorite, partially because the sauce is loaded with garlic slices. Both indoor and patio dining are available. Service is excellent.

Veal that was overcooked, super chewy!

Ordered Veal parmigiana and this was probably the worst Veal I have ever tasted. The Veal was over cooked making it really chewy and hard, really not eatable. I had 3 bites at different areas in the veal all terrible. Side salad not worth it ice berg. The pasta fagioli was really good. The chicken caprese was average. Veal parmigiana priced at $23 for a veal that is overcooked not edible and maybe 15 penne pasta. I would go to a different Italian restaurant, maybe the lasagna would've been better.

I came here on a weekday afternoon for an early dinner and was VERY impressed. A beautiful place, nicely decorated and so clean! If I ever get asked on a date, I would go here. Good place for a business dinner or lunch too. Located in a Harris Teeter shopping center on Sunset Road in Holly Springs. I was seated quickly and Rene took excellent care of me from start to finish. I hope she is there next time I come. They had some specials that sounded amazing, but I had heard the pizza was good here, so after debating, I decided on the pizza. I got a medium supreme and it was LOADED with toppings! Three kinds of meat, lots of veggies too. This is a eat with your fork pizza, its too heavy to lift it! The only things missing was the cheese. Very little cheese on the entire pizza. Amazing thing was, it was still wonderful. This pizza was three meals for me, it was so loaded. It also came with fresh, soft , yummy bread. I ordered a side salad and it was fresh and delightful too and not overpriced like some places. Beautiful atmosphere, plenty of parking, amazing service and great food. I would give the review a 5 if the pizza had a little more cheese. I will be back to try some of the other dishes....there are many that sound wonderful!

After walking through the door and feeling like someone had purchased a restaurant starter kit off Amazon, we should have trusted our instincts to eat somewhere else - I will be haunted by that decision for the rest of my life (or at least for the next week). At least 4 people came up to tell us, someone would help us soon. I wondered why they seemed to put so much effort into telling us they'd help us instead of actually helping us but because the restaurant was only half full on a Saturday night - another sign that should have told us to leave - the wait wasn't very long for someone to actually help us. We ordered our drinks and looked through the QR code enabled menu on our phones. The waiter was a folksy guy that meant well but seemed to be a bit clumsy at his job and the interactions with him were fairly awkward. When I ordered the Rigatoni Bolognese he said our Bolognese sauce is great. My wife ordered the Penne Rustica - he didn't comment on that sauce which is weird because when it came out it appeared to be the exact same sauce. The waiter said he would bring out some bread shortly. I was hopeful, maybe this place will be a surprising hole in the wall with great food. And then the food arrived! The bread seemed like a super market French bread loaf thrown in an oven to dry it out just a little to make it crunchy and warm. My wife and I got dishes that looked nearly identical. Runny pasta sauce, over cooked noodles, and a taste that felt like a frozen pasta dish reheated. The Rustica had a few sad looking vegetables and chicken breast that had fake grill marks on them like a package of chicken breast bought next to the lunch meat in the grocery store. The bolognese had ground beef that looked like it had been tossed into a dish after it had been completely compiled. The waiter couldn't understand why we didn't want a box to take the barely eaten food home. I explained it wasn't very good. He tried to be helpful but fell short of actually doing anything to resolve the problem whether comping the items or just asking what might not have lived up to expectations. It just felt like everything else at the restaurant, a bare minimum effort to make things passable. I recognize the owners are probably trying to make a living and support their family. I commend them for taking a risk with a restaurant but I would suggest they invest in improving their experience starting with the food. I don't write reviews like this lightly but I also worked hard that day earning the money that I spent paying for this meal. If you work hard for your money, I suggest you support another business that puts forward that same effort earning your support.

Excellent bistro atmosphere. Clean, welcoming environment. Fresh made foods, the bread! Oh, my! Be patient, food cooked to order. Fresh brewed iced tea. Will visit again to try their pizzas.

Annie our server was the BEST! I came here tonight with my sister, 2 adult nephews, and my brother in law. Annie suggested items to us as we were taking forever to figure out what we wanted. We ordered fried calamari and fried mozzarella to start with. She came right out with appetizer plates and fresh hot bread. We finally figured out what we wanted and we were all pleased with our choices. The eggplant rollatini I had was so big I only ate one roll out of the three. We were all pleasantly surprised that a sald came with each dinner as a lot of places have done away with that. My brother in law had the chicken sorrentino and he was surprised at the size of his dish as well.he has lived here for years and never been here and will definitely be his new hang out.

I knew it was a local fine dining restaurant, but just making reservations was an interesting experience. (Call and leave a message, there's no open table. There's a form to fill out. What?" As soon a we arrived we realized a reservation wasn't necessary as we were the only guests there for 30 minutes or so. My wife and I ordered: Glass of Wine, Ravioli, a Roman Pizza, a side of green beans, and a desert of tiramisu. The food was quick as we were the only ones there for a while as other guests came in. But as other recent reviews indicate, the menu options are pretty small, but the pricing and ambiance doesn't meld. I expected more redesign of the dining area that was used by the former restaurant; but that wasn't the case. It was a bit small dining room. I'll go back for an appetizer or glass of wine due a gift, but the pricing is too high for the food and the portion size that you get.

We booked an outdoor igloo for what was supposed to be a special night out with friends, and…read moreinstead got a cold, confusing, overpriced dinner that honestly felt like a parody of a "premium experience." First -- the ordering rules were never explained. Four adults sat down and each ordered an entrée, only to be told that apparently we were only supposed to share one entrée and one pasta for the entire table. How exactly are four people -- especially with dietary restrictions -- supposed to eat that? It made no sense, and the confusion led to us ordering extra just so everyone could actually eat. The igloo itself was freezing. There was one tiny heater doing its best, but only the person sitting directly in front of it was comfortable (YAY ME!). The rest of our party spent the night cold and distracted instead of enjoying dinner. It would get a little warm and then a server would unzip the dang igloo and leave the flap open and we were back to freaking COLD. Food timing was chaotic -- two meals came out, and the other two arrived about 20 minutes later. One guest who is lactose intolerant was hungry while waiting and asked for more bread, only to be told no. That's not hospitality -- that's just frustrating. Like... you can't bring the cold hungry man some bread? I'll PAY for the tiny pieces of crust but good Lord, just poor hospitality. Then the bill arrived: about $437 when we expected closer to $330, largely because of the unclear ordering situation. They SHOULD have 1. explained the "deal" better 2. automatically taken something off of the bill due to the additional meals being 20 full minutes behind the other people at the table. 3. Brought bread when asked ffs. They did take one of the "additional" meals off, so to be fair... when pushed... they did fight back, make a bit of a scene and ultimately took some off the tab. It was never about the $$ by the way... but paying over $400 for a sub par meal in Holly Springs in a cold igloo will be a good story I suppose. And the biggest disappointment of all -- the food simply wasn't good. At all. For the price and the hype, the quality just wasn't there. The lasagna was bad. Risotto pretty good honestly but not great. We are easygoing people who go out often, tip well, and genuinely want to support local restaurants. But this felt disorganized, uncomfortable, and not worth the risk -- especially when we've since heard similar feedback from friends. It's a shame, because the concept could be fun with better communication, warmer setups, and much better food. Unfortunately, we won't be back. We left colder than when we arrived and not happy with the food at all. Just no... go elsewhere.

The food is delicious!…read more "Ovo usque ad mala" (literally "from the egg to the apple") from the Latin expression of ancient Rome. Today we say "Soup to Nuts". The expression comes from the traditional, formal multi-course dinners of the 19th and early 20th centuries. Soup: Served as the very first course, representing the beginning of the meal. Nuts: Often served alongside dessert at the very end of the meal to signify the conclusion of fine dining. The Fresh Baked Bread was hot and delicious. I started with the delicious straciatelli (soup containing eggs and spinach in broth. It resembles rags due to the egg drop with green spinach). The Veal Marsala, Mushrooms with Fettuccine is a famous combination with a rich sauce which clings to the pasta beautifully. I also received some Italian sausage round cuts and some anchovies filets to enhance the umami flavors. Today the service was exceptional receiving fast delivery via Uber Eats from Holly Springs, NC to Cary, NC without incidents. My meal arrived piping hot in a well packaged parcel double reinforced and layered in a secure double bag handed to me at my front door. I highly recommend Bellini's for dine in or delivery because the service is top tier.

They do have a large selection of incredible Italian dishes and even offer daily specials. My go to cocktails are always a dirty martini, and espresso martini for after dinner.
