Quick & easy. Enter your info into the screen at front counter. They will text you or you can hear your name being called inside the store when they are ready for you. I didn't have to line up after 1:15 pm Monday. Excellent customer service. Excellent management of the store. They seemed like very happy employees. Huge public parking lot. Didn't feel ghetto compared to the one down the street from Westfield ValleyFair Shopping Mall. Great location. Everything inside the store on the racks looked super clean, colorful, stylish, and beautiful. I cannot say the same for other locations and other stores. They had more than 4 people working inside. That's plenty for these old vintage consignment stores. Love this place for buying & selling used to new clothes and other fashion accessories. As I looked around, I saw a Coach purse for $24. Very organized by size and type. Super clean pieces and their items are pretty much like new! It's nothing like a Goodwill, Savers, or other thrift stores where things can be messy or look very used. This is real business. Well maintained with excellent attention to details. I saw several items that I absolutely loved. This is really not bad compared to what I saw at other stores. Lots of good brand named stuff: French Connection, H&M, Anthropologie, Dooney and Bourke, etc. Sweaters feel & look great too! Got some cute stuff in great condition that you don't need? Look no further. They accept great pieces. Most importantly, it's beautiful, in season, or in style. Try to bring items that are in the upcoming season. I would rate this place a higher end consignment store since they carry great brand names and all are beautiful items. Note, their clothing on the racks are currently selling at around $15-$22 each. More than a decade ago, you would be able to find $6-$10 each. Recession is looming. Overall, this is still a great place with higher end items selling for cheap. Would I revisit and bring in more old bags, clothes, shoes, and more to sell to them? Absolutely yes! They can have my stuff for $2-$15 each if they like. Win win situation. Recycling fashion, saving Earth, getting paid cash on the spot or get store credit, decluttering, lighter loads inside your closets, etc. Perfect for moving. All good. Great experience.

Don't get me wrong - I love Crossroads and have been going to their San Carlos location since I was a teenager (forever ago). However, I went to the Blossom Hill location recently to sell some clothing. I had a couple of small bags, one of which contained a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses. These sunglasses retail for about $350, so when the girl buying my clothes said she had taken 4 items and could give me $26 in cash or $47 in store credit, I automatically assumed that she wasn't interested in them. Once I got home and went through the bags, I realized that she had taken them! I went back the next morning and she (Linda) was there. I explained that the glasses were expensive and I was expecting a whole lot more than the $10 she gave me for them. She tried to tell me they were really damaged and chipped, which was not the case (see photo). There was one small nick on the right lens, but that was it. She pulled them out of the glass case, and promptly removed the price tag before I could look at it. I asked to see the tag, at which point she told me she priced them at $38 due to the "damage". She was nice enough about the whole situation, but I felt totally ripped off. I ended up paying her $11 to get the glasses back, at which point I left. I'm glad this happened at the Blossom Hill location and not at my regular spot on San Carlos, since it created a lot of negativity around a store that I otherwise love. I doubt I will ever sell there again. Lesson learned.

I prefer this location to the one on Stevens creek. This location has a been vibe and the sales people are friendlier.

I had a hard time taking it all in because I was so overwhelmed. One of the sections I spent some time checking out was the gourmet snacks. I saw lots of scrumptious looking food, like cookie packages with half shortbread clotted cream cookies and half gingerbread with dark chocolate pieces. They also had lots of different types of pasta, coffee, tea, candy, chips, cocktail mixes, and more. I didn't buy anything because I'm trying to cut back on snacks, but I'm still thinking about the shortbread/gingerbread cookies days later. Overall the store was neat and tidy despite the crowded shelves, and the line to checkout was pretty short. In addition to gourmet snacks, the home goods section offers decorative items for the kitchen, garden, and home, as well as necessities like pots & pans, serving dishes, drink-ware, towels, etc. I didn't buy any items, but did make note of some nice home decor I might want to go back for (as well as those cookies).

I've been wanting to go to Redemption for several months and finally made it to downtown Campbell…read moretoday to check it out. It's a cute boutique offering California-made items such as pottery, clothes, skin care products, jewelry, art, and more. The store is nicely organized and their items are neatly displayed. A table with pottery near the entrance caught my eye right away. I also enjoyed checking out the flavored salts and oils for cooking, room diffusers, wall art, and jewelry. I was surprised to see they carry the wonderful Osea skin care products as I didn't know they were made in California. I ended up buying a ceramic spoon rest, room spray, and a tiny gold "diamond" ring. Their prices were reasonable. The store owner rang up my items and was very friendly and nice. I will definitely be back to shop here again.

Lol oops! This particular day we were walking around and discovered this cute little store!! I thought these mixed drink bottles were so cute. I had to take a picture!! For 10 or $20 you could buy one of these along with a bottle for your friend or as a cute housewarming present!! They had different sizes, different flavors and different mixes that went for everything!! They even had a fruit punch, one with just fermented, dried fruits inside! I really like this idea! Store had a bunch of other little odds and ends as well as some local soaps, candles, clothes, and baby items and some interesting maps or posters that showed different astrological signs as well as were certain vegetations grow within the state or even the time of year!! I'm not much of a gardener, but I would love to get into it! I also don't have the space but I liked the posters! I also thought I took a picture of the poster, but apparently I forgot! It was still really cute though! The lady in the store was very welcoming and friendly and if you check on the app, you get a discount with your purchase! So I'll have to save that for next time! I definitely wanna come back here and buy little stock for presents for friends and family!

Macy's backstage Oakridge is located on the 2nd floor by the children's clothing and men's undergarments. They have a good selection for all genders, but my favorite is the shoe section. It is well organized and they have lots of designs/styles to choose from. Some of the juniors/women's clothing is not the best price, but they are constantly rotating things in and out. Don't forget, you only have 30 days to exchange/return, unlike the original Macy's!

I walked all over the store trying to find an open fitting room and all but ONE were blocked from customer use, as in, closed due to their fears about COVID, I guess. I know we're still in a pandemic, and we need to be careful, but I've shopped at other clothing stores since the post-lockdown reopening and most of them allow us to use ALL fitting rooms in the store as long as we keep our masks on while trying clothes on. Sorry they think so low of their customers that we all gotta be funneled into ONE fitting room and wait our damn turn in a big long line to try on our clothes. I had 5 dresses weighing my arm down and was not gonna wait my turn to try them on when there are 3 other large fitting rooms they could have opened up for their customers. And this is a BIG store and I walked all over the place trying to find the only open fitting room. Totally absurd and I'm sure other shoppers called bs and gave up too. That is potentially a lot of lost revenue for Macy's. The ONE fitting room had a huge line backed up down the aisle so I decided to put the dresses back onto their various racks, (way too nice of me, but again, this is not the fault of the salesforce), and I walked out. What a waste of my time and a bummer since I was so excited to try on the cute dresses. I give them one star for the cute clothes and kind service, (the ladies at each counter were very friendly), but 4 blank stars for the company's stupid policy that put me through this buzzkill, and for them not trusting their customers to keep our masks on in all their fitting rooms.
