I came here after calling and had to wait 45 minutes and they never alerted me about a shortage in cookies. This establishment should try to have more dough ready and bake ASAP, curbside is shut down most the time and what's the point of having DoorDash if you cant complete orders passed 5pm on a Friday. Also, $4-5 a cookie as well is very high for their wait time and demand. I wish they'd take this into consideration. This place is in the Veranda plaza near Yardhouse. I went here after eating at Yardhouse. It was my first time and my cousin-in-law's first time as well. I went during the Lunar New Year week. It was really packed in the plaza. It was very hard to find parking. There is no sitting inside because it is small. You have to either order from the counter or tablet. I got an Oreo cookie. The wait is not bad. The cookie however tasted as if they crushed the Oreos and put it in the blender to make it into another Oreo cookie. It does taste good. The menu changes every week. My first time having Crumbl is average. I would try it again and try another cookie. read more

I think the only reason people leave lower reviews is because of either the price point or sugar content. I mean for starters, its a massive cookie so for nearly $5 a pop its totally worth it, and second, if you don't like sugar/aren't a sweets person then what are you doing eating a massive cookie LOL! My advice is if you like sweets/have a constant sweet tooth like me then try crumbl! I guess people like this place because there was a line out the door...once you're inside, there are two electronic pads to order and pay from that were user friendly. You can also order online through the app We received our order in less than 5 minutes. Ordered the chocolate chip, sugar cookie with pink frosting, pumpkin and peanut butter cookies cookies are super thick. They're so thick that they're hard to swallow . Definitely need lots of milk so you don't choke.
