How is this place even in business? Exactly 30 days ago I visited Crumbl for the first time. At 7pm on a Thursday night, they were out of the most popular cookie on the planet, Chocolate chip. Customer service reached out to me to offer a voucher for One Free Cookie. Tonight my wife and I went to redeem that voucher. Guess what? It's 7pm Saturday Night and Crumbl is out of chocolate chip cookies again. Oreo cookies were also sold out. No peanut butter either, those were gone too. Alright I'll admit it. I'm addicted to these cookies. But can you blame me? Once you take a bite into one of these decadently crafted cookies, you'll be hooked! I received a large box as a gift over the holidays and from that time on, I was a fan. I've been ordering their cookies from Crumbl ever since. The app is pretty seamless and easy to use, as well. You simply check your nearest location, choose the number of cookies you want to order and voila it'll be ready when you arrive. You can select curbside or walk in. Usually with curbside my wait is no more than 10minutes, which is not bad considering most of the times I've stopped by, the place has been bombarded with customers. In regards to freshness, the cookies are nice and warm when you receive them in the box, unless you ordered the chilled cookies. The size is generous, literally the size of my hand. Enough to nibble on for days. The flavors change on a weekly basis and they typically have holidays themed cookies, as well. The pricing is high but I find the quality and flavor is well worth the price. I recommend ordering ordering the larger boxes as the price per cookie is reasonably lower. Imo What they've done for cookies is similar to what Sprinkles did for cupcakes and Sidecar for doughnuts. It's always exciting when there's a new dessert place so I was looking forward to trying Crumbl Cookies when they first opened, but was disappointed. When you enter into the store, there are no tables or chairs or even much room to stand in a line. There are kiosks where you can order the cookies or you can order with the cashier. However, you feel rushed to make a decision because there's a line behind you. The cashier wasn't the friendliest either and she was not very receptive to answering questions so I felt like we just had to quickly order and pay. Then you step aside and wait for them to box your cookies and call your name. It'd be nice if they set up shop that allows for you to sit and enjoy your cookies while they are warm, but there's absolutely no space for that so we drove home to eat them. In the pretty pink box, while the cookies are fairly large sized, I think they are still over-priced. We got the chocolate chip cookie, the fruit tart cookie and oatmeal chocolate cookie. All of the cookies were too sweet for our taste. You need a lot of milk to eat these cookies. The chocolate chip cookies had too many chocolate chips and the cookies were thin and mushy. The fruit tart cookie had too much frosting. These cookies are probably more enjoyable for kids or young adults who want pretty looking cookies with lots of sugar. This place used to be good, but I don't know what has happened with the owner that now they are nickeling and diming people. I buy couple hundred dollars worth of cookies every few weeks for our meetings in the hospital, usually I buy few party boxes and the price is $48, however, the owner has become very greedy and wants to start charging for individual boxes!!!!!! If your business model does not work, that does not mean you are going to nickel and dime people and start charging for boxes !! That is ridiculous either change your business model or get out of this business. You don't know what the hell you're doing. I rarely write reviews but this service was really bad and overall an awful experience because of the worker. So bad that I think management should know my experience. I went in for the hot cocoa cup on 12/12 around 1pm the lady working gave it to me unfinished and then I had to point out that the marshmallows should be toasted and she was unapologetic and said yeah you can wait for me to toast them. Instead of fixing it right away she proceeded to help another customer who even told her that she could wait since I was first and not given my item correctly. She ignored the lady and continued working on her order. Even the other customer felt like the whole situation was off. I sat around waiting and finally was given it after she helped the other customer and then I asked for a spoon since it's a cup dessert and she just looked in a drawer and said they don't have any. Her whole energy was really dead and unapologetic she just like laughed to herself but I really doubt there were no spoons just zero initiative to look for some or grab them from the back. worse experience ever arrived for a quick pick up order nobody greeted me or anyone else that went through door I was standing right in front of the register looking for help but every staff employee ignored myself and everyone else there waiting like the staff members were robots. everyone there were kids who does not care about customers, customer service, and the image of crumbl cookies. also the staff were wearing socks with crocs, not sure that is to uniform policy but the two in front looked at every customer and did not even greet or come to help while they saw me waiting at the register for the longest time. waited approximately 5-7 mins for someone to get help definitely never ever ordering from here again stay away! when the female staff actually helped after that wait time she said it will be another 10-15 minutes on top of what I already waited. service was pathetic here. needs to retrain the entire team or have a new complete team overhaul who actually cares about their customers or whoever walks through that door. read more

Yummy! Walked into crumbl today as a reward for have some skin cut off at the dermatologist. The flavors didn't really interest me but I tired the chocolate cream cookie and my mom got the caramel popcorn cookie. They are big and rich so we cut them into 4 pieces so we could bring some home to my dad. Both were good but the 3 votes went to Caramel popcorn. It had a delicious cream cheese frosting with a caramel drizzle. The chocolate cream was served cold. It was like a gooey fudge crust chocolate cream pie all in a cookie. They cost over $4 each but are well worth the price. read more

I've had the Crumbl app for some time and would regularly drool over the weekly cookie menu, but this was my first time ever trying a Crumbl cookie. I'm happy to report, they did not disappoint! They were perfectly soft and warm on the inside with the slightest crisp on the outside. I literally said "holy crap" after each bite. They're pretty big and thick, so they're perfect for sharing. I got the chocolate chip, mystery peanut butter flavor, double fudge brownie, and chocolate toffee cake... I can confidently say that the chocolate chip cookie is definitely in my top 5, if not top 3, best chocolate chips cookies I've had in my life. They are very rich, and on the pricier side, so definitely save this for a special occasion or if you just need to treat yourself. They're not your average cookie jar cookie! 10/10! As for the 1 star review below, shame on that person. Disagreeing with what they chose to put on the menu is not the same as reviewing the quality or taste of the product. So excited that we have a local Crumbl !! Waited for the new flavors week and so glad I did. I love that they make different types of flavors and they do them well. This week I got - 2 Oreo, chocolate cupcake (like a hostess one), oatmeal chocolate chip, fruit tart and maple glaze. First of all people should now that some cookies are served chilled and that was the marshmallow and fruit tart. The best was oatmeal chocolate chip - delish. I came in yesterday for my little brother. He was begging for cookies. The first time I have ever personally bought these cookies myself. I placed an order at 3:30pm. And didn't leave the store til 5:45pm. I work in food service. So I know sometimes it can be extremely stressful and there are moments where it becomes unbearable to work in. But when I see people walking and placing their order in front of me and within 5 minutes they were given their cookies... clearly there is no system. Nor does anyone care. There was a woman in front of me who placed an order when they had a particular item and she paid for it in advance. She came in and was waiting, only for them to say, "sorry. We sold out. " .. idk guys. Maybe you guys don't have the control on your end. But on the customers end.. she paid for something and ended up with nothing. Just a waist of time. At least empathy for being the last one served at the shop would have made the waiting for 2 hours feel seen. The manager was not there. And clearly no one cares. A word of advice. So good. The cookies are warm even at 10:30 on a Saturday night. We got a 4 pack. My fiancé was disappointed the monster cookie had peanut butter but I wasn't because it was delicious. The chocolate chip was warm and gooey and is by far the best chocolate chip cookie from any retail place. My fiancé still thinks my home baked cookies are better. But when I don't want to bake this is a great place to fill my need for a warm cookie hug. Also this is only the second time I've ever had Crumbl cookies, the first time was a month ago at a party and I am so glad I got to experience them fresh this time. Food:mediocre and most of the time under cooked. I would recommend placing them in an over for 2-5 min unless your in to eating cookie dough. Service: The service was horrible and discriminatory . I ordered on the app to the nearest location by my house. The location seemed pretty busy so my boyfriend got out of the car to pick the cookies up,while I was waiting in the car. They gave him a hard time about picking the cookies up after having him while over 15 min to even be attended. My boyfriend told the employee at the bakery that the order was under my name and he refused to give him the cookies. Then my boyfriend explained I was in the car, which you could see right in front of the bakery. The employee still refused to give him the cookies. I ended up having to get out of the car wait another 15 min to be attended to pick up my cookies. The employee then told me that my boyfriend had to show him the order on his phone which he never asked him for. But several orders were being picked up and he did not ask one person to show him their orders on the phone. It was really inconvenient and not a great experience. read more
