If you have a sweet tooth, Crumbl is dangerous--in the best way possible. The rotating weekly menu keeps things exciting, and the cookies are always thick, soft, and indulgent. Some flavors are definitely better than others, but when they hit, they really hit. I love going with friends or family so we can mix and match and try a few different ones without committing to just one flavor. It's a great spot for a treat, celebrations, or when you are just in the mood to spoil yourself a little. It's really hard to say no to fresh, warm cookies straight out of the oven haha read more

I had a pick up order for 8:30 pm tonight. I got there on time and there was never more than 4 people including myself inside the store. I had to wait until 9:10 to get my order, which I placed ahead for convenience. They also did not have one of the cookies I placed for order online. Although the cookies look okay so I gave it an extra star. It you have to be anywhere soon after you are supposed to get cookies, don't because you will be late. read more

The Crumbl cookies are tasty. My wife likes the icing on the cookie. The chocolate chip cookies are good. My wife's fresh baked cookies are better. Unfortunately, I did not realize that they sprinkle sea salt on the cookies. I do not add additional salt on any of my food. It is not good for my health. If I would have known I would have said something, possibly the kiosk could have allowed me not to have sprinkle salt. If you don't want salt, tell the staff. The staff is incredibly helpful. read more

Stopped here after dinner on the way back to the hotel to get some cookies for the folks. I usually over order bc I'd like to try each of them, and with four of us it made sense to get a dozen. The first problem was the fact they were out of the one kind and said it would be a 30min wait, which we swapped out. Then, the other kind they said they were finishing went from an 8 minute wait to a 25min wait. The staff was very friendly and the girl gave me two free cookie cards bc of the issues, but this was a pretty lukewarm trip. The inside is the usual bright white with an open kitchen, and I will say this may be one of the bigger locations I've been to - again with zero indoor seating. read more

Can't go wrong with Crumbl Cookies! Placed an order online, which was simple and straightforward. Our order was ready in no time. Employees are awesome, friendly, and incredibly hardworking. This is our first time visiting their Fairfax location. It's neat, clean, and organized inside. We have always enjoyed Crumbl Cookies. It is on the sweeter side, so if you do not enjoy sweeter cookies, you may not be a fan. We on the other hand, are big fans! Their flavors rotate weekly. We have always enjoyed all of the different flavors offered. These puppies are big and perfect for sharing. Half a cookie is usually more than enough for me. Everyone was super nice and the worker did a quality check to ask if it was to my liking . Service 10/10 Cookie was hard on the outside and a little too soft on the inside for my liking. Ambiance is not loud at all, but I'd definitely say this is more of a take-it-to-go place and not a dine-in. The cookies are fun, themed, and a good treat now and then. As a Crumbl location they are the best one I've been to! As a brand whole, the cookies fill a craving, but are not out of this world. I'll be back to try more if a flavor that intrigues me comes up. The only reason this review has two stars is because their cookies are really good. Customer service in the evening hours is awful. We placed an order tonight to pick up cookies for our kids as a st Patrick's day treat from leprechauns. We also took advantage of their option to have a note come with the cookies. My partner went to go pick up the cookies and chose curbside pickup. He waited out there for almost 10 minutes. He told me the employees looked at him when he arrived in the parking space and the proceeded to go about what they were doing. Eventually he had to go inside and let them know he was waiting on an order. They also forgot one of the cookies and he had to remind them about it. When he got home I also saw that they didn't even bother typing up the full note that we had written. So basically that part took away from our kids surprise. Not worth it to come back. Google sweetsbyhomade, her cookies are a lot better, she's local to this area (cookies are same size as crumble) and her curbside delivery is on point. These guys have no excuse. read more

Although these cookies have more calories than you thought but i think it's still a good treat for your soul at least one a week. Just don't overdo it. Apparently preordering means nothing. I placed an order on Wednesday for Saturday at 8 - 8:30 PM on the website for 16 cookies (12 + 4). There is no input for an email confirmation, no indicator that you effectively need the app (then why take website orders ...), and nothing to indicate that you need to do literally anything other than PICK UP YOUR ORDER AT THE SPECIFIED TIME which is what a preordering for a date and time would suggest to a sane person. I didn't want to walk into the store and order that many since that seemed like a bad idea, especially at 8pm. Eventually, I'm asked (they were struggling with 2 workers as a dozen people were either trying to order or pick up so staffing is not a strong point) and asked if I wanted a refund since I've already been there waiting for a bit. I've been hearing them say they were already running out of flavors which also indicated they did not reserve any for the order I placed 3 DAYS AGO so distribution, inventory, and basic customer practices are also not strong points. Obviously I said yes to a refund and walked out pretty irritated but as of writing this I have no refund yet (only 1 day later to be fair). read more

Heavy, thicc, and soft! Oh boy, these cookies were so warm and fresh out the oven when we got them. The center was cooked through, but almost seemed "doughy" because of how buttery-soft they were. The peanut butter chocolate cookie was by far the most rich, and one bite made me quench for milk! My favorite was the basic chocolate chip, and runner up was the white chocolate with sprinkles. The size of these cookies are great to share with one other person. When you walk into the store, obviously it smells like cookies.. and it's amazing! read more

You announced on Instagram that everyone would get a free cookie on November 6. I came to the location and waited in line for about 15 minutes. There were three employees working. During all that time, no one approached any customers. One girl was making the free cookies, another one was assembling orders, and the third employee -- a man -- seemed to be doing nothing, just walking back and forth. In those 15 minutes, not a single paid or free order was handed out. Then the girl announced that the free cookies had just finished baking and we would need to wait another 15-20 minutes for them to cool down. I decided to walk around the plaza and came back in half an hour. She hadn't mentioned that we were supposed to log into an account and order the free cookie online. I didn't have an account at that time. The line was still huge. When it was finally my turn, I created an account at the kiosk. It turned out there was a system glitch -- some customers were getting 2-3 free cookies in their accounts. I registered and ordered my single cookie. After another 15 minutes, the girl announced that from now on they would give out only one cookie per person, because of the system error -- apparently, she had given someone as many as six. By that point, they ran out of cookies. I couldn't waste any more time on this terrible service or wait for the next batch. In total, I spent about 15 minutes the first time and another 30 minutes the second time. I never even got to try the cookie -- I just left. But I did get to see how the staff worked, and I realized I'm not willing to spend 45 minutes of my life on any order from this chain, especially not at this location. I've worked in the service industry myself, and I was shocked to see paying customers standing for 15 minutes without anyone approaching them, even though three employees were present. I also noticed similar reviews about this location from months ago. Clearly, the manager hasn't fixed the problem -- or just doesn't care. read more

Based on my carrot cake cookie, alone, I'm a fan. The cookie is big, soft, and the icing was as expected. I had a little bit (ok, not so little) of the flavor of my favorite cake. Service was so easy. Enter, put your order into the screen, and wait. Sure, the waiting area could be bigger but I liked that we could watch the cookie making. No wonder they look terrible- don't go here if you want to give a cookie as a gift as I had to bring a cookie back 3 times to get fixed- and it's like hello, it doesn't look anything like the example cookie. She told me the frosting was under the raspberry? Do you see the example cookie where the raspberry isn't hidden and I don't have to take your word for it? After the order was picked up, did they credit me for the cake they didnt have? NOPE! I called and got the credit. In speaking with the manager I learned that the store policy is if they dont have what you order, they just do not put it with your order. No credit is given unless you ask. This is from the manager that was on duty on Sept 25 @ 9pm. You can also tell they were mailing it in because the cookies they did have were awful. Those are not cookies. They are just bad.
