It's not unique anymore. One of the draws of going here was to walk in and see all the liquid nitrogen and making the ice cream. It's just not fun anymore. It's like it hasn't been deep cleaned in 10 years. There's also no restroom! People seemed nice to us. I won't complain about them. It seems like a lot of kids working, to be expected. It's basically a fast food ice cream chain so what can be expected. The real issue is, they need a manager there running the ship. The crew was all over the place when I was there. They kept looking at the order receipts, running around chaotically. Asking each other questions etc. I think they need a boss or someone there that can help the crew out with direction. I think lack of management was the issue. I recommend spending your money elsewhere. Go find a mom and pop place nearby. This place is just not as "cool" as it once was.

At the very least, this is somewhat negligent for a place calling itself milkcraft. Also... checked the reviews for the last year. Ton of 1 stars and it's been somewhat cathartic watching the owner's account argue with each of the different reviewers in the comments portion. Here's hoping that the next ice cream business that replaces this one carries more of its main product in stock.
