Liz is one of the slowest people I have ever experienced on this planet. When I say slow i'm not only talking about how she moved as if her feet were weighed down by 2 buckets of butter, but also the way she holds a conversation. She only addressed the line that extended beyond the door twice, at least within the hour I waited. Both times it was to say how they weren't taking any orders for the next 10 minutes. Maybe they're right when they say they just hire anyone nowadays (and now getting paid $20/hr you'd think people would care). Now to the main issue I have. I came during the T-Mobile free cookie event on 11/2/24. I myself run a business and know what it's like when special offers/promotions roll out, and what it takes to prepare for them. I also know how certain customers can behave when issues occur. This being said, if you are expecting to have an influx of customers that are exclusively looking for one item, is it not a wise idea to have prepared not only a regular supply, but maybe even a little extra?? Now, if I didn't have to wait in line for almost an hour, just to be turned away with no solution/alternative I wouldn't be leaving this review. Going forward I think the manager "Jessica" should try, 1. Coaching the staff on how to notify customers when certain items become unavailable, or are out of stock. As to not have them waist time. 2. Coach the staff on how to better supply customers with alternatives/options when items are out of stock. As to not have customers leave angry and dissatisfied 3.Hire staff that can move with a sense of urgency, while also being able to communicate with skills beyond a 2nd grade level. All that being said the store could have been a little cleaner. There was trash on the floor and the cooking/preparation area was messy. I order online because of this shopping center specifically is tough to get in and out of (not crumbls fault) but their pickup process is the worst. Often times nobody is working the pickup area. I've been there on two occasions where the cashier just stands there looking at the door with no acknowledgment as I walk in and stand at the order pickup counter. What gives ? How hard is it to train employees to greet customers. Ask their name and assist with the order pickup process. I get it if their busy and they're taking orders. Understandable. I was hoping to have a great 1st experience here but alas disappointment. We ordered cookies & ice cream for my son's birthday. I ordered via the app for curbside pick-up . Turns out if you order something and they do not have it in stock they just put ANYTHING in the bag, which is honestly dangerous because of allergies. The one item my son wanted for his birthday wasn't in the bag so I called to let them know. The response was "Oh sometimes they do that, they probably shouldn't. This was my first time trying Crumbl and I was not disappointed. The cookies here are so delectable. I did a curbside pick up order and my cookies were ready within 5 minutes of me arriving. The employee who gave me my cookies was very friendly and professional. The flavors I got included s'mores, peanut butter, chocolate chip, sugar, popcorn, and funfetti. All were good, however, they did forget to add the popcorn and caramel on the popcorn cookie. I called them to discuss the issue and they took care of it, which I appreciated. So for service, they get high marks from me. My favorite is probably the standard chocolate chip. It was warm and gooey. I also like how the cookies here aren't overly sweet and that they're a good size. Overall, the cookies here are amazing. While I did have an issue, the staff here handled it well. I will likely be back to try more of their weekly flavors. read more

DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I visited this location today and it was pretty busy when I arrived. I ordered at the kiosk and was aware that it was going to take a minute for me to get my order. 20 minutes went by and I still didn't get my order. I then told one of the girls working 2 about my order and I thought that she would get back to me about it but she never did. The place was packed and another woman working there explained that some of the workers were new and they were back up. I completely understand that and was being patient. However People who came in after me and placed their order on the kiosk started getting their cookies before me. Another 10 minutes went by. I asked the woman about my order again and she never said anything proceeded to give people their orders that ordered 20 minutes after me. At this point I was getting frustrated and impatient because I asked multiple times and my order was still not addressed. After another 15 minutes she finally tells me that she's gonna look up my order. She proceeds to look it up and tells me she can't find it And I told her that I was charged for it. She told me that it was a "ghost transaction" and it was never processed order and they didn't get the order on their end. I explained to her that I had been waiting a long time and didn't understand why I couldn't get my cookies if I was charged for it. She only told me sorry and it happens all the time. I am pretty upset because I spent 45 minutes waiting for my cookies only to find out that they never got order and they didn't tell me this after the first 20 minutes of me asking. I work in customer service and I am very patient and understanding when it is busy and there are new people and mistakes are made. However if the customer is unhappy and is waiting way longer than they should for a mistake that is not their fault I feel like they should be compensated. It's very disappointing that she did not offer any resolution to the problem and her excuse was "it happens all the time and they don't know why." I will not be coming back to this location. I ordered online and was given a specific time. Showed up they were very busy and they said it would be another 20-30 min. Over an hour later, still no product. Cancelled order and left. Recommend contacting your customers and letting them know that your ready pick up times are wrong. Also 5 of the 12 cookies i ordered they ran out of within that time. I wouldn't have sat as long as i did to receive nothing. Maybe it will work out once they figure out how to operate a little better. Had from other locations and product was delicious. One star because didn't receive any product and was given wrong time frame online as well as in person. In their defense they were busy but there customer service sucked. No one had an answer. Worst service ever. I placed an online order and went to go pick up the order. When I get there, there is a huge line and I'm told to go to the back. After waiting in like for almost an hour and a half, and I'm bear the front of the line. The employees come out and tell everyone that they are closing an hour early and that our orders will be canceled or we can come in the next day for our order. With only about 7 people left in line, they refused to fulfill our orders and told us to come back the next day. And while they had a rush, only one girl was fulfilling orders while the others were all cleaning an hour prior to closing without a care in the world and not helping make orders. The employees ended up calling security on us to make us leave. This is absolutely unacceptable. I am never returning here. read more

My 11 yr old daughter was the one who told me about this place when we saw this Crumbl coming soon sign so we couldn't wait to try it. Drove by opening weekend coincidentally and there was a ton of people in line, so I was a bit worried when we decided to make our way to try it a few days ago. Surprisingly the ordering process wasn't too bad! ORDER USING THE MOBILE APP (and say you are there a few minutes before you get to the store front). I ordered for "ASAP" pick up which was set to be ready 30-45 mins from my order time (not too bad since we were simultaneously painting at Painted Earth next door). Once that time came around I checked in to say I was there and maybe waited no more than 5 minutes. The workers were carrying out cookies and calling out names for pick up orders while groups of people just waited outside. The cookies were YUMMY and HUGE! They came out nice and warm. We got the party box (12 cookies) for a little over $40 tax included. They seem to have weekly cookie flavors and we tried every available flavor (minus the Rocky Road b/c it was already sold out): Chocolate Chip: soo good, sweet, a bit of a cakey texture b/c of how thick these cookies are, but not overly sweet. Reese's PB: this one was a majority favorite, real peanut butter taste and chucks of Reese's. Super yummy! Funfetti: my daughter tried this one, she loved it! Fun kid favorite flavor. Sugar Cookie: served chilled and was good, but maybe not a big wow factor compared to the others Caramel Popcorn: another Yummy flavor with actual caramel popcorn topping. Overall, we will definitely be back to try their other items like ice cream. BEST TIP: use the mobile app to order ahead for a set time or even "asap" and then make your way there!
