Took my grandaughter to Crumbl for the first time, she choose the sugar cookie with the gummy shark and of course, the girl right away says, is it ok, we ran out of gummy sharks. SUPER RUDE & WORSE SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED. I made an order for pickup on June 20,24 and arrived at 9:53pm, 7 minutes before closing, and they had already locked their doors. There was two girls, they said their names were Liz and Ruth, working there and the older lady kept telling the younger girl to ignore us and then eventually told her to send us away and was making rude gestures. I talked to other people who were standing there who also placed online orders which were confirmed for pick up and they got charged for the cookies just like us. It's not cool how they charged all of us yet we couldn't get what we paid for even though we got there before the closing time that's posted on their front doors and online. I talked to a worker and she first mentioned there was "no more cookies" and then she said "well we never packed them". About 5/6 other people experienced the same thing I did before 9:58pm NEVER COMING BACK HERE EVER. read more

I was really excited that Crumbl Cookies opened in Menifee! I ordered cookies for pick up on the day they opened. I typically wouldn't do that but the app gave me a 30 minute time frame I'm the app so I figured I'd swing in and grab some. Over an hour and a half later and still no cookies. I ended up leaving without cookies and couldn't even cancel the order in the app because it showed that my cookies were delivered. It has been a while since opening so I decided to try it again this evening. I ordered in the all. The cookies came out to curbside quickly but when we opened the cookies to eat them, half of them were cold like they'd just come out of a fridge or freezer. I was under the impression that these cookies were made fresh but apparently not. They were not awesome. It's so disappointing. While I understand the "growing pains" of a new business in the community, my experience was not so great. It started on February 5th, when I placed an order using DoorDash. I received a confirmation at 2:49pm. I kept checking the DoorDash app for updates - then at 4:21 pm, received notification that my order was canceled. OK - tried again later on in the evening to do a pick-up order through the Crumbl app. Placed and paid for my order at about 6pm for a 7:30 - 8pm pickup. Got to the store about 7:45, followed the directions on the app and it showed I was "6th in line." Five minutes later, it said I was "7th in line." Finally went in to find out what was going on and was told that my order was "picked up." Really? How did that happen if I was there waiting with my phone and my order number? They were very busy, as expected, but said they would re-fill the order, but they were now out of the peanut butter cookies (I had ordered 2 of them in my 6 pack box.) The staff was kind, but there are some kinks in the system. A fully paid for order should be ready without delay during the time frame for pickup. And, there should be some way to make sure the person picking up the order is the person named on the order. (The app specifically asked for the name(s) of who may be the pick up person,) Great cookies...happy to have a new store nearby, but hopefully, the cookies don't crumbl... UPDATE 2/7: The Crumbl manager reached out to me and apologized for my experience. It was a very pleasant exchange and he is going to work on making things right going forward. Again, a VERY, VERY RARE occurrence in rating a 5 Star feedback which is few and far between, but when it warrants it, it warrants it! Firstly, giving an establishment 5 stars means there's little to no room whatsoever for improvement, nothing they can do to be any better than they are right here and now which is seldom the situation. There's ALWAYS room for improvement or staying on your game to receive and continually keep up the standards of your rating so I'm watching them for future visits! Not only are they beginning with a fabulous product, all warm and esthetically pleasing to the eye, but an experience for the tastebuds and on the tastebuds of moms like me to turn out some of our own pretty good, if not comparable cookie that we never seem to have time to bake anymore! Great staffing with genuinely helpful attitudes to guide you to just the right selection (all the while mortgaging your home to buy a dozen!) but it just somehow seems to be okay because who can, or is going to argue with someone walking in the door with a dozen of these babies versus a dozen of those stale one day old donuts from the corner "Mom and Pops" donut shop? WORST customer service ever!! I ordered a Christmas gift well in advance (to be delivered the morning of Dec 23rd), and the time came & went with no delivery. It said it was delivered, but it wasn't. The store promised to make a a new order immediately & still have it delivered that day, she said it would take about 20-30 min. The whole day came & went with NO DELIVERY. I called them at 11:30pm to see if they had delivered & was told "No, the order is still sitting here on the counter. Nobody picked it up." I asked if it was customary that Crumbl just lets orders sit with no regard to the customer getting their order, she said she couldn't help it. She said I could call back on Dec 27th & request a refund. No help, no apology, not a care at all for customer satisfaction. I told her I didn't want a refund, I wanted the order delivered. Her exact words were "The only literal thing I could do about it at this point is deliver it myself, and I'm not going to do that." WOW HOW RUDE!! First of all, I didn't ask for that. Second, this is a gift going to an elderly couple & I DON'T WANT IT DELIVERED AT MIDNIGHT! So now I'm left with no Christmas gift. Worst experience ever & I was a loyal customer (and as a teacher we order a LOT at my school). I will certainly be letting my entire school know what awful customer service I received. Crumbl should be offering to deliver my orderAND refund my money as well. read more

I was so excited for the opening and had to go the day of. It was pretty busy, but what do you expect opening day. It took about an hour to get my cookies but Nikki (the employee who helped us) was so helpful and kind. she made sure to apologize for the long wait and was so kind to make sure we were happy with our order. I love these cookies! I ask my husband every week if we can go to Crumbl. For less than $5 you get a large, warm, gourmet cookie. We've never had a long wait and we've always gone on a Saturday. I first tried Crumbl Cookies on a trip to SC. I immediately had to search for all of their locations within a 20 mile radius and thank goodness we have one in Menifee. I am not a dessert person. I am not a cookie person. I don't enjoy cupcakes, pies, and all that stuff. But This place, this concept, this pound of soft baked delectable deliciousness cosplaying as a cookie....is my new obsession. On an unrelated note, I tried these on valentines day, and joined a gym and put in 45 min of cardio that same day. I'm scared to look up the nutrition facts because these cookies, the size of my kid's head, were heavy AF.
